Our server Gerson and the assistant manager Irvin were so attentive and helpful they definitely made the experience so memorable. The food was great too 100% recommend the truffle pasta side dish.

This is my third time visiting and Brent the bartender keeps me coming back. Always welcoming with amazing service. The wedge salad and the chicken was delicious! As well as the coconut shrimp. It's hard to leave when you're surrounded by such fun entertainment throughout the night, the ambience as a whole is always a great time! Will be back soon!

Don't go for the show
The show element was ok, but the food, service and overall vibe was terrific. Nothing beats a perfectly cooked filet mignon served with the fountains going off in the background
This restaurant is lovely.
It's a place for people in their 30s that want to go out but feel too old for the clubs and a place for people 50 and above that want to stay young but they have kids old enough to go to the clubs themselves. Food was ok tho, the pasta dish was way too hot and way too large to even enjoy. After 2 bites I was full.
The bartenders here were super friendly.
It was very apparent that we were not from here and we came at 4:55 pm before they opened. We asked for a table for two and how long can two people dine for? A max 1.5 hours. The hostess said there were no available seats although more than the whole entire restaurant were empty when we left. We ended up just sitting at the bar too and our experience turned around because to our surprise everyone at the bar staff were so friendly and the food was so good. Best food and experience in Las Vegas!!! Shout out to bartender on this Wednesday night :)
The Food was good not amazing.
We had the branzino and the new york strip with broccolini and mushroom sides. I thought this was going to be amazing food for all the hype. It was not over the top like I've had at other restaurants. The portions were actually good. We did hear great reviews about the place regarding the food and the show. We got sat by the window facing the fountains. This was behind the show. Not very good seats. The host was not able to move us. And since we thought the food would be worth it we stayed (and low chance to get another reservation on Sat night). Although the performers did work the back of the stage (a little) it was not the best experience.. We came for the show and did not get to really enjoy it. The service was good from our waiter. We came we saw probably won't go backs. If seats were better would have been a better experience. My advice, do not place anyone in those seats unless they see them first and approve. These were like the back of an airplane seat. During the day it would be wonderful or if you did not care for the show. Anyhow, I would recommend to try Mayfair it's a great experience overall (if you get in the front).

Came in for a girls night, the vibes and space was immaculate. Brent the bartender went above and beyond, he makes the best french 75s. The food and shows were top tier. Irvin the manager stopped by to check on us. We felt so special. 10/10. Will definitely return!! Thanks Mayfair for a night we couldn't forget!!
I was blown away! Every bite of food was so delicious.
It was such a cute place, the waitress was so sweet and attentive! We got sat in the corner which would usually irritate me because we couldn't see the show...but honestly we called last minute on a Saturday so I was shocked that they even were able to let us in because this is a very popular place to dine!! 10/10 will be back!!
Best dinning experience of my life
Best dinning experience of my life. View of the Bellagio fountains from our seats and the entertainment were the X factor. Service was on point as expected with high end establishments. Arriving early to your reservation and tipping the Maitre D helps to get the best seats. Entertainment consisted of talented & attractive singers, piano, bass and drummer. Food was good but came in a under expectations for the price you pay.

Cool hangout with live music and entertainers. Food is LV prices and a solid B+. Service is attentive but not obtrusive. To enjoy full sound effect of music, try and get a table in the center of the restaurant right behind the bar.

Go for the performance! The singers, musicians, dancers are so entertaining and engaging! The food was decent-not amazing. The hamachi crudo sauce was sweet and overpowered the fish. The tuna tartare was an extremely generous portion-easily serves two and could be a meal. We also had the dover sole, filleted table side, which also serves two easily. The vegetables sides are large and two would easily serve four people. I would take a pass on the Black Forest Cake, which was entirely lacking in cherry flavor. Service was fine. The hostess ladies could be a lot more welcoming as they set the tone so a little "so glad you are here" would be good. But, go for the show and enjoy all of it. It was wonderful!
Entertainment good but customer service is missing!
I booked our reservation 51 days ago. Our table was fantastic, our drinks were fantastic, entertainment was fantastic BUT…., right after dinner they forgot about us. Our reservation was from 7-9. Dinner only took until about 8. Just after 9 a man came up and said..,”your time is up..,we need this table!” He was very cold! The thing is we spent almost $500 on dinner for the two of us, and would have liked to order more drinks about 45 mins prior to the “your time is up!” I told this to the man that told us he needed our table but he clearly didn’t care. My advice would be to go up to a table 30 mins or 15 mins even before the time is up and “kindly” explain to your “guests” that the table is needed at a certain time. You could actually thank your guests for coming in at this point and ask if there is anything more that you could get them. You could even go as far as saying, “this table is booked, “however” if you would like to have a nightcap in our lounge you are welcome to that space. I own a business and if my staff dismissed my customers in such a cold fashion they would no longer work for me. Such a wonderful night ended in an ice bath from an unprofessional, cold individual that clearly doesn’t understand the value of customer satisfaction. The entertainment and food was great but one employee basically kicking us out, killed the vibe AND there were other empty tables around us. If someone had checked on us 45 mins prior..; they could have made and easy extra couple hundred bucks plus a tip. This opportunity was missed. Just think if every table was treated this way how much extra revenue that would equate to at the end of a week, month or year. Very disappointed in the way our lovely evening came to a cold halt! This also reflects on The Bellagio. As guests of the hotel we will consider other accommodations based on how the venues within, treat their guests. This gentleman kicking people out really could use a lesson in finesse! If the entertainment wasn’t so fabulous I would have scratched 2 more stars. This employee TOTALLY KILLED THE VIBE! Some responsibility goes to the staff that never returned to our table after we finished our meal. So instead of carrying on my evening into the casino; gambling and enjoying the rest of our evening; we are in our room writing a review and going to sleep. So disappointed!!!

A great location, with bad service
A great location, with good food and nice show. The only problem was the hostess that gave us the worst table in the venue. There were other tables available, we had a reservation made a day Before BUT he just gave us a table near the service area. Please treat your clients more respectfully. Otherwise a great location in a great resort.

Food was alright, but not worth the prices vs quality. Show was good, but too many staff milling about, or standing in the sightlines of the show. Glad we went, just was expecting a little more

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
How to delete listing?
Hi I uploaded a reservation but no one has taken it. I would like to delete the listing so that I don’t get charged the no show reservation fee. And also delete the listing how can I do that?

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
