Great dinner !!!
We went on a Friday night and had a fantastic meal. Our server was super attentive, food cooked perfectly and it’s priced right. I wish it was busier though. I felt bad that there were not more customers. Hopefully when season kicks in they are back to a full house. Definitely recommend !!

We went there desiring a good filet mignon. Unfortunately at 7 pm on a Saturday night, with only two other couples in the entire restaurant, they were out of Filet. Are you kidding I asked, must be joking. They were not and since I already ordered a bottle of wine and an App, I didn’t leave. That was my 2nd mistake, the 1st being coming here. By the way, I NEVER leave a bad review. The meat we did order was not cooked to the correct temp. We ordered medium and medium well; what we got was rare and medium. There was no effort by the establishment to make us happy, no offer of a desert of drink to make up for the disappointment. Then, as we were leaving, a patron was complaining how bad his steak was and the management came to his table and was completely confrontational….even accusing a customer of slurring his words and asking how much he had to drink. I drink, and can assure you alcohol was not that customers issue. I am very forgiving…but will never, ever visit this train wreck of a restaurant again. I was thoroughly disgusted.

We come here regularly because the food is excellent. Small place and rarely crowed except on Prime Rib night (Thursdays currently). The chef has a knack for doing steaks exactly right. My wife doesn't eat beef, she gets oneof the chicken dishes and thinks they are excellent as well. The service is also excellent. I fyou go you should also get the beer batter fried onion rings which are out of this world good, also the crab stuffed mushrooms. Price wise you can drop a good bit more elsewhere but the quality and service is unlikely to be better. One more tip: We were there one Wed. night where it was pretty full; there was only one young woman waiting tables and she was doing a great job, no complaints. But a couple came in without reservation and they very politely told them they were sorry but could not seat them because they weren't comfortable they could provide good service. The couple appreciated that and I thought that was good too. So if you go, call and make a reservation.

We went on a rainy night and surprised to see nobody there at all. It's a shame because the food is very good and priced fairly for a steak house. Started with the spinach salad, very good. For dinner had the combo petite filet and lobster tail. Both great quality and cooked properly. Lobster tail is almost always rubbery but this was perfect. So yes my plate was $63 but when you consider it came with crispy potatoes and honey carrots not bad at all. My only critique keeping from 5 stars is the peach dessert was a no go for me. Tasted like a prepared whipped topping and the crust was just odd. Would have to try another dessert next time. But give this place a shot, I did enjoy my meal.

We were pleasantly surprised. Not fancy inside. Wine selection was great. Had Rodney Strong Cabernet. Wedge salad and spinach salad very fresh and tasty. The bread was delicious. I had the smaller strip steak which was plentiful and my husband had the ribeye. The mushroom sauce was so tasty. The entrees come with honey roasted carrots and choice of a second side dish. We were so full, so no room for desert. We will be back with the rest of the family.

Exceptional dinner in a quaint restaurant. Near Jonathan Dickenson State Park. After visiting many Florida eateries of varying prices and ambiance this past month, (From Venice-Marco-Jupiter, we have to say this was one of our favorite meals. Service was friendly, professional and masked due to Covid precaution, which made us comfortable. The steak tips in a Demi-glacé were extraordinary...As well as the twice baked potatoes. The house salad with pistachio dressing was delicious. And, OMG, the bread.... our table of 4 asked for more and our service sweetly obliged.

We just moved to the area and have been in twice now. Its a smaller restaurant so I could tell the server was busy but she gave us no indication of it asking our names and coming back multiple times to check in us. Barbara was very friendly and made us feel at home. I had the steak tips and twice baked potato. Its a huge meal. I had to take half home. I basically got 8oz of filet mignon out of that meal for $27 which i consider extremely reasonable. The taste was outstanding. I had mine with bearnaise.... perfect. The peach cobbler was literally the best ive ever had. Im going tonight just to get that. Its perfectly crisp crust with peaches that aren't overly sweetened. Just perfect for my liking. Im going to try the meatball appetizer tonight and a burger just to see the lower priced entrees now.
Be the first to ReplyNice little place.
The outside was cute and inviting. The staff was very friendly. The inside was not what you expect for the prices you see in the menu. However the food was good and the steak tips were melt in your mouth. I would go back again.

This restaurant is the successor to the old Kodi's from a couple of years ago. In between there was someone else who owned it but didn't last long. We were old regulars at Kodi's but for no particular reason had not taken the drive from Tequesta to the restaurant in a long time. We went on a Wednesday night and it was a fairly light crowd. It did not disappoint. I had the prime rib and it was a really good cut (not too much fat) and cooked perfectly as ordered. The chef told me when he bought the place it included the special oven that the Kodi owner/chef had for doing prime rib. My wife had the stuffed mushrooms, the crab stuffing with Bernaise was A1 good, as was her spinach salad. I had the Lyonaisse potatoes for a side; Kodi's used to have them too but these were frankly much better, a bit less of the creamy sauce more garlic and herbs which I like. The pre-meal bread was also fantastically tasty and unusually light Our waitress was very sweet ant attentive. Overall, the check was reasonable for food of this caliber, as is often the case in HS vs. Jupiter, about $10-$15 less other things equal. We will definitely get this back on our regular list.
