Second time bidding and this I e was a tad more intense. For starters, the trader never confirmed the reservation change; therefore, my bid was actually picked up by someone differently. We arrived at the venue and they had no proof of my reservation. She gave me two names, whom it could have been the official place hinder. Nonetheless, I transferred the reservation to my name in ample time but was still detained for a moment. I think that is why we were seated ALL the way to the back, when I preferred the middle room. I will return; however, because AT has a great concept!

We reviewed your transaction and found that the name change was confirmed by the venues general manager, likely the GM did not communicate with the front desk team after sending us the confirmation.
