I'm not entirely sure where to start, but this has by far been one of the best culinary experiences of my entire life, if not the best. I've never had my senses tested so well in the best ways - things I never thought I would try or care to try were some of my favorite dishes. HUGE shoutout to the smoked caviar that melted in your mouth and tasted like and yet better than the best Texas brisket I've ever had (and I mean that in the most positive way possible, Texas brisket is one of my favorite things). Another favorite dish of mine was one of the starters which included a churro roll stuffed with liver pate and oohhhhh my goodness how delicious was that?! The coup de grâce came in the form of the A5G12 Wagyu they had, which only two restaurants in the entire United States have that high level of quality Wagyu they noted to us (French Laundry in SF & Addison). Wine pairing was exquisite - everything paired beautifully with the dishes on the table, it was hard to not drink the wine quickly :)The experience was quite worth it, especially with how attentive to detail the entire staff was. The food all came out at the exact perfect time (impressive pacing!) along with enough staff to ensure no one ever waited for a dish while others eagerly drooled at the dish in front of them.Again, probably the best food experience to date and I will most definitely be returning!
