Should you be charged a no-show fee after your reservation sold, you can submit a claim up to 48 hours after you have been charged by the venue through our community-moderated process to request reimbursement from the buyer.

Prepaid restaurant reservations are considered tickets in Illinois,
which are goverend by specific state laws.

If you are selling a reservation in Illinois or are a Illinois resident and you are not a licensed reseller (Schedule B)
you can not list your reservation at a higher price than the price you paid to aquire it.

Explore Tock will only allow the resale of reservations which are prepaid and non-refundable, please do not list
refundable Explore Tock reservations as they will not be approved.
