Andy souvlaki Eat greek Nueva Andalucia Reviews from The Last Year
THE WORST PLACE EVER!
What an absolute disgrace. We were met by a lady saying she didn’t know if there was any room for us, However the whole place was empty. The lady was so pushy with us. They brought out a full trolly of starters and when we only took one of them she then stormed off with the trolly. From then on it was game over. The lady was extremely rude and so was the man behind. ‘making the food’ My girlfriends main meal had arrived which was the exact same salad that was on the starters plate so she got a main meal price the same size as a starter. Then we were fed up of the lady so we got up and said we wanted to leave. We had waited almost an hour after my girlfriend had finished her main! She then went on to say she was calling the police as we were leaving. If i could recommend anything it would be STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.

DISGUSTING GREEK RESTAURANT
Well what can I say!! The absolutely worst family experience of my life! I don’t ever write reviews but I need to let everyone know that you should NEVER EVER go to this place We were met by pushy staff who growled at us when we didn’t order what they wanted! As a family of 6 with children we felt intimidated by an obnoxious female member of staff! We were that annoyed after two drinks we left without food only to be told we owed €60. She told us if we left she was calling the police If I can give anyone one piece of advice please do not go here EVER
Super weird service
We knew what we want to eat and orderer those, tzaziki and pita bread as starters and greek salads as main. The the lady comes with trolley and shows us different other starters. We got a bit weird feeling and just repeated our order again. The the lady gave one greek salad from the trolley. After a while comes a second salad, after that tzaziki and after 15min comes the pita so that we can actually eat the tzaziki. All that time the tzaziki was in 29c heat waiting for the pita to arrive. Pita looked like super market version which was in owen. I also asked about the feta that is it pasteurized and the lady didnt even know what that means😳. When we wanted the pay the lady tried to get tip. Tip from what?! Service was weird and she could answer my question about the food. She clearly showed her feelings when we didnt leave any tip. We both needed to hurry to the toilet after this…😣 This dinner made me super sad. How can they run business with this kind of service. They really need help or at least go and check what kind of service other restaurants offer.
Never again
Bad ! Expensive and Dirty Outiside in a région with dangerous People dealing drugs and staff wants to décide what we had to order ! Never seen before 3 of our companie were sick afterwords
Not a restaurant but a failure!
Just experienced a very odd situation. The staff did not speak Spanish nor English. They brought us food we didn’t order, because that was the only food they had. When we wanted to order something from the menu, that was not possible. The food they brought us was frozen, it appeared to come straight out of the freezer. For drinks we only could choose between beer, wine, water or coffee. We ended up only eating a couple of bites from the Greek salad. When we wanted to leave, they tried to charge us 25 euro for 1 glass of wine. We paid for the food and drinks we ordered on cash and left asap. We did not feel comfortable!
Terrible place stay away
Exactly the same reviews, my worst experience in Spain, brought things we never ordered and she was very very rude and ofgensive and upset everyone. She told us not to try the Greek wine as it was the chespest, and was good, reacted is too buy €45 wine instead. They cannot treat people like this and get away with it. We are locals love Spain but this was a terrible experience. Stay away, sorry
So bad it was almost comedic, very disappointed!
We are locals and have been regulars at this cafe since the very first day it opened. Went yesterday after they reopened for the season and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The new staff appear to know nothing whatsoever about their own cuisine or drinks e.g. didn't know what "Mythos" was (the main Greek beer there, clearly visible in the fridge) or "Tsatsiki" (Yoghurt dip) etc. Service was awful, brought out the greek salad starter but with no cutlery or plates so we just sat there looking at it for 5 minutes unable to eat it. All the prices now hugely jacked up - 3 euros each for pita bread about the size of a large bread roll (ridiculous), beers 5 euros for a small bottle (crazy). They didn't actually have much of the food we ordered but didn't bother to tell us that - just brought various "alternative" dishes without even asking e.g. grilled halloumi cheese was switched for deep fried saganaki, pork souvlaki plate was supposed to be served with baked potatoes, cabbage salad and tsatsiki - they brought cold boiled potato, no salad ("we don't have that"), no tsatsiki . Had to explain what tsatsiki was, they managed to find some. Still charged us 12 euros for the "main plate" that was just 2 tiny pork skewers that tasted VERY average. Then after all of that fiasco they had the audacity to try to overcharge us - 2 greek salads on the bill (at 9 euros each) when we only had one. Unbelievable! Sadly I don't think we'll be going back - it was that bad! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Nightmare
Went as a couple , Wife’s food came out 10 minutes before mine (main course) when my so called Mixed grill finally arrived all meats were dry and basically inedible. When we got the bill , items we presumed were free we were charged for . Avoid this place like the plague . Sub standard in every way !! Joke of an establishment 😡😡
Very authentic and enjoyable "Greek Cafe" experience.
We live nearby and have been regulars at this restaurant since it first opened a couple of years ago. Very authentic "Greek cafe" experience, food is the real thing, just like being there! Have eaten here dozens of times now and never been disappointed. I note some people complaining about things like chicken gyros not always available etc. Well, yeah it takes many hours to cook and they are only a small cafe. I'm sure sometimes they have to make decisions / choices rather than throw lots of food away, or sell low value items (e.g. gyros pita wrap) to eat-in diners during the few weeks of peak summer season . To be honest I think some people need to get a life! There are very few authentic Greek restaurants in the area so I'm really glad that we've got this one!
Steer away
steer away. bad service. would not take payment cards but contacts. entered a larger amount on the machine than the receipt.
Don’t use- appalling service.
Do not use. Avoid at all costs. First time I ever left a negative review. Any questions asked about food or drinks was always refer to the menu on line which differed to the menu given to us. Food came out cold and lady in charge argued it wasn’t. A group of 13 of us- we all can’t be wrong. Very dis organised and a really poor experience from the service to the food. Don’t book or use this restaraunt.
Absolutely horrendous eating experience
Worst place I have ever ever been to! Rude staff! Poor quality food and to cap it off we’re charged 389 euros by the rudest lady ever. 13 of us eating and not one of us were happy … absolutely discusting!
Avoid this place!
Shocking service, rude waitering staff, food came out cold and at various different times. Once food was asked to be warmed, it was refused and they said it was fresh and hot (comparing potato to the potato in the oven). I will refuse to come back. Also overpriced.
Bad bad
Cold food, bad service and rude staff.. Told them I wanted my food heated up got denied/refused Had to pay full price, 300£
Poor
So disappointed, starters fetched On a trolley’ almost forced apon us, semi decent, nothing to write home about. Wouldn’t recommend all food I had was cold :(
Family lunch
Five star experience from start to finish. Great attentive service from Daniela throughout. Amazing authentic Greek food and drinks. We all loved it.
An amazing Greek lunch
Fantastic experience for lunch at Andy’s Soulvlaki today. From when we walked in we were looked after by the Daniela who made sure our experience was amazing. Drinks were never left to get empty and the food was of great quality. The cold starters were exceptional, a whole trolley is prepared table side and we were able to pick which starters we wanted in front of us.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
