Best dining experience!!!
This is our second time at ASPIC, and never disappoints. It's a rather small and quaint restaurant in 9th arr., but the food is rather surprisingly good, in fact, it's great!!! It's tasting menu is finely curated and certainly elevating /transforming after every course. Service is excellent as well and in my opinion outpaces other michelin star restaurants in terms of price point plus having one of the best dining experiences in Paris. I would want to go back every time we're in Paris. Highly recommended.

I was expecting something spectacular given the reviews and price, but left disappointed. Service and food were excellent, but nothing captured my imagination. We nonetheless still had a very good time.

Be the first to ReplyWell deserved star in the red guide : innovate and creative French cuisine
Wonderful evening in this 10 table restaurant near Montmartre. Casual atmosphere despite one star in the famous red guide. The helpful, professional staff work together as a team to serve a creative, innovative, modern French cuisine. The 5 course surprise menu was original and delicious. Interesting selection of regional French wines. I am looking forward to returning in two months when the menu changes.

We visited this restaurant for the first time and first Micheline restaurant in Paris. We were absolutely thrilled by the great food combinations great cuisine skills service and wine pairing. Donโt order beyond the preset is our suggestion as the chef and his colleagues really know what they are doing, you will enjoy every moment!!

Attended ASPIC last Friday to celebrate my wifeโs birthday during our trip to Paris based on the excellent reviews and we could not have been more impressed. The atmosphere was excellent and staff contributed to a wonderful dining experience. The tasting menu and wine pairing was fantastic. Itโs a very small and intimate style restaurant which we liked as itโs clear all of the waiters/chefs take a real pride in their work and it certainly comes across in the service and quality of food. Quentin Giroud (head chef) served a few of our meals, as he did with the other guests and explains the meal he is serving. He seems very passionate which is obvious in the quality of the food and service. We loved it, absolutely delicious and it really is a must when in Paris. Thank you to the entire team!

A great evening out, well priced and lovely service.
Our waiters were attentive and knew about all the meals.
I would recommend for sure and Iโm a tough critic.
Fantastic foodexperience
Great service and fantastic food. A foodexperience we not going to forget.
If we ever go to Paris again, we will definitly visit Aspic!
Intimate restaurant. You first think you are in the wrong street when you follow the maps, but there it was, hidden treasure - in a not so pretty street.
