On our last night in Vegas we came here to eat and the food was amazing, we had an issue with our seating arrangement they quickly changed our seating and accommodated us, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Besides the food the restaurant has amazing service and everyone works together so well, a team effort to provide excellent customer service. This place is an example of how all places should provide service. They made me feel so special for my birthday! Every trip to Vegas we will come here!
Oh how I love Bavette's.
Been here many times for various celebrations or just a nice evening out. Every single time has been top notch service, food, drinks, you name it and they do it perfectly. Even if a mistake is made, (which is rare in my experience) they make it right without you having to ask. Great vibes too, wife and I love the decor and lighting, sets the mood perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this place.

There's something for everyone on the menu. My only complaint is they charge for the bread now and they didn't before. You can't find sourdough like that anywhere.

The ambience is wonderful. The food was out of bounds, especially the marrow bone appetizer. All the tables around us got and we were all comparing how good this was. The food was outstanding.

Yes, consistent being the key word here. Service is always on par. Quality of steak is always on point. And the cocktails are always well prepared as well. Whether it's for a date night or a celebration, or just an average Friday night with friends, give Bavette's a try. You won't be disappointed. My friend and I took a first timer from London and she literally could not stop raving about how incredible her Filet Mignon was and that it was cooked to perfection. Last night we had server Julian and he was so kind and attentive as well.

Not only is the food delicious. The SERVICE is beyond my expectations. I've been here a total of 3 times and each time the server is personable, attentive, genuine, words just can't describe how great they are. The past time I was there my server was Dustin and he was amazing! Oh and also, he gave us a sample of their mixed green & apple salad and THAT was sooo good!! Def going to get that next time.
I spent weeks thinking about it and staring at the menu.
Make a reservation especially on a weekend at least a week in advance so you're not waiting when it's busy! We have a mixed diets household and they were able to accommodate every diet including GF and nut free according to the menu! My partner is vegan and I'm very happy that there was a separate menu for vegans and vegetarians. His roasted tomato salad and veganized baked sweet potato were both so delicious and filling! My stepson and I shared the skirt steak frites and truffle mac and cheese. Truly so delicious. We all got a Shirley Temple and even those were over the top! For dessert we also shared the chocolate cream pie. The service from the ENTIRE staff tonight was incredible and I am already looking forward to my return. Thank you for a beautiful night
Awkward situation, badly handled.
As a 32 year old, I didn't appreciate being ID'd by someone younger than me, and told that my husband couldn't have a drink because I didn't have my ID. I'm very clearly over age. Needless to say, super awkward situation made only more awkward by the bartenders saying that if we didn't continue with our reservation (minus drinks) we'd be missing out on 'the best restaurant in Vegas'. It was a very embarrassing situation, poorly handled. We didn't continue with our meal and went to one of the MANY other amazing steak restaurants in Vegas.
Excellent all around: food, service, ambiance.
Highly recommend the wagyu burger, baked goat cheese appetizer, and crab stuffed avocado salad.
Avoid the steak and frites, and go with the filet.
At least three of our group had the rib eye streak and frites. Mine was so tough I couldn't cut over half of it and forget about chewing it. The friend across the table said his was just as bad but as he was starving he was able to get half of it down. The really ridiculous thing is the server NEVER came by to ask how was our food.
Great food and service
We visited Bavettes to celebrate our vow renewal and had great service throughout. We were given a complimentary glass of champagne which was a lovely touch. The fillet steak and truffle mac & cheese were amazing and cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.
Disappointing
We were a little early for our reservation so we sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and our drinks were great. We were then seated and Alexandra was our server. Cold, aloof, unfriendly. We ordered the goat cheese appetizer and a half order of sourdough bread. Both were excellent! The wedge salad was also very good. One of us ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was almost well done and tough though the flavor was good. The other steak came with Hollandaise Sauce which was way too lemony and inedible. The side of mashed potatoes was super salty. We decided against trying a dessert or two since we rarely saw our server anyway and didn’t want to spend more time here. There are plenty of great restaurants in Vegas and sadly, to us, this isn’t one of them. While the appetizer, bread, salad and cocktails were all great, this is a STEAK restaurant. Disappointing
Great Steakhouse
I love this steakhouse! Always exceptional service and fabulous drinks and food. It never disappoints and I always make reservations when I’m in Vegas. It’s an old school vibe and the interior is very dark (dim lighting)….love the vibe and takes me back in time that I see in the old movies.
My new favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas
Ate here with friends in April 2024. 10 out of 10 ambiance (think dimly lit New Orleans/Chicago/French hybrid. A few of us had Vieux Carre's for a cocktail and they were exceptional. The side dishes (corn, mashed potato and Mac n cheese) were all very delicious. All five of us agreed that the steak was one of the best we've had in Las Vegas with several visits under out belt. The bone-in filet, traditional filet and the ribeye all came with a very tasty bernaisse. The dessert menu looked unremarkable so we skipped dessert. Our only small complaint was that our side dishes came out 5-10 minutes after our steaks were served. Definitely make a reservation and give Bavette's a try. I will be back.
Super expensive but super good.
Amazing place. Super expensive, but that is expected. Quiet jazz music. Semi-dark. Antique interior. Stylish antique decorations. Super professional waiters. The steak is delicious if you eat it the right way - I like it without sauce, but found it was rather over-salted, until I tried the sauce, and the sauce was amazing and very unusual, and the stake with that sauce tasted perfectly well. Still, it was a bit of a flaw that the stake with no sauce had excess of salt. They don't grill asparagus - they boil it, but serve with some components, i.e. dressing and melted cheese, which make it very tasty. Great experience overall.

"My wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. We received many wonderful reviews of the restaurant and were expecting to dine in a high-end steakhouse. The first table we were sat, was in front of a service area. We asked to be moved to a quieter table, where they sat us in one of the "speakeasy" rooms advising that it would be much quieter in this area. Shortly thereafter, we were surrounded by two very large and raucous parties making our evening very uncomfortable and anxious To leave.
Easily one of the top steak houses I have been to
Bavette's was really an amazing experience from the moment you walk inside. From the outside you are in the Park MGM casino which basically does not lend itself to what you will find the minute you walk through the door. It is dark inside and the decor speaks elegance and distinction. We did not wait long for our dinner reservation and were led to the speakeasy part which is a back bar area with tables. While I did not like the smallish table they sat us at initially, it turned out to be fine. The food and cocktails were all amazing. No complaints at all and the service was impeccable. It is not the cheapest steakhouse but it is worth the experience. Highly suggest making reservations as it is hard to get into.

Steaks were some of the best we've ever had.
Perfectly cooked and seasoned perfectly. The food is just stellar, much like the service. Our server Julian looked after us expertly and elevated our dining experience even further. He was attentive and witty with solid recommendations. The cocktails here are also very well made. Definitely can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere is amazing. It feels like a speakeasy and the vibe starts the minute you walk in the doors. They have a large, cozy waiting area that enters into the main restaurant. It is dark, so if you’re like me you might need to use your phone light on the menu (an adjacent couple at the bar had to do the same thing and we got a chuckle out of it). Here is the biggest surprise: I know it’s a steakhouse, but seriously: order the roasted chicken. It is PHENOMENAL. My husband ordered steak and liked it, but in helping me finish the chicken, decided that was better. We loved it enough we went back a couple of days later and my husband ordered the chicken and I got a burger. The burger was really good but a little tricky to eat due to its size. Great service both times. Absolutely loved this place, and that we are still talking about how good that chicken was!

Inside the Casino connected to the Nomad, Bavette is a world away from the casino floor chaos. The vibe was quiet and elegant. Sort of filled with people who are used to fine dining but appreciate the low key lighting and romantic atmosphere. I was on a ladies trip but would love to have a date night here with my husband if we ever get back to Vegas. Service was impeccable and every bite of food was outstanding.

I've had this on my list of places to eat for a while now and I'm so happy we finally made it! Our server was wonderful, I was dining with my 6 year old and was a little apprehensive of how they would welcome him. The hostess and our server adored him. She brought him some extra bread and made sure to give him his ice cream sundae with extra fixings! We ordered the steak frites and my little guy had the salmon. Everything was delicious and Bavettes lived up to the hype! We will be back next time, my son has already requested we go back for another ice cream sundae

I mean everything you get here from the bone on filet, to the best Mac and cheese you ever will have to the excellent service, this place will be a go to spot for steak. Also the environment is super cool like your back in the 1920s. Love Bavettes and I would love to have one in Arizona!

It was kinda late and I was looking for a quick bite, was craving a filet mignon. I was going to go to Gallagher's but they closed 30 minutes before Bavette's. This thirty minutes earned my business. I sat at the bar but once I saw the menu I wanted a few different things. I decided to start with half order of bread service promptly my server brought out a basket with two Huge slices of sourdough, it was still hot it's freshly made in house never have I had such delicious sourdough, the bread alone would have made a great meal. After trying the bread I wanted to explore so I got the ribeye instead of the filet I asked for it medium and charred, server said it came pretty charred and asked if I wanted extra...I said no I took his word for it out came this delicious steak just looking at it I knew it was going to be spot on! Sure enough it was this is a true steakhouse! I will point out it was a little more on the medium rare but I would have changed it. It is a little dark inside but the a super intimate atmosphere.

If you been to Chicago you'll know the name already but Au Cheval burger is perfection. We've savored every bite we've ever eaten here. Sourdough bread, salads, seafood, steaks, veggies, it's all good, you just can't go wrong.

Been to many upscale restaurants in vegas and some of them were out of this world and still ended up cheaper than this meal. The atmosphere is really nice like a old school steak place. However what they do not tell you anywhere is that they have 3 rooms (speakeasy style) behind walls and doors that is not that nice that they stick you in, unless you had specifically request the main room. Which you wouldn't know to do because they only advertise that one room. and you can tell that all the work and money went into the main room and non to their side rooms. When we told them this we got very hostile response back and asking why we are upset and they don't understand why we are upset. I told them i had book months ago and if you don't tell anyone that there is more than one area how can you preference it and almost all of the tables in the main room were empty even though they said they were reserved. We finally sat at the bar for a bit and for the entire duration those tables that were supposably reserved were empty the whole time. Again I have been to many upscale and midscale restaurants in vegas and this is the bottom of the list. Service was terrible, food was very oily and expensive for what it was and if you are not lucky enough to have the insider knowledge of the other back rooms, you also will get a terrible atmosphere. we did an early dinner so we had more time to play slots. It was my friends first time at Park MGM. H thought Eatitly was awesome and liked that there was no smoking in the casino. This was my first time at Bavette's. He said i was a 12 out of 10. The ambiance is like vintage parlor, beaded lamps, cozy booths, big bar full of liquor and patrons all chatting with each other. We ordered Sourdough bread that came 2 hug pieces with soft butter, it was perfection, super soft inside the crusty outside. We both had salads, I ordered the petite filet and it was delicious and perfectly done medium RARE! he had the stroganoff. we were too full for dessert but we did drink a lot of their fresh squeezed lemonade. Our waitress AnnaMarie was awesome and fun. It ran about 200 for both of is to eat (incuding the tip). I highly recommend for the food and experience. one thing we really liked was the background music, not too loud, just right and we could hear each other talk. My friend mentioned that men's bathroom only has one stall, so if you need to go and some is using it, you are gonna have to trek into the casino a bit. Park MGM does need more bathrooms in it's casino, they are far and few.

It would be an understatement to describe dining at Bavette's as anything other than remarkable. The restaurant exudes a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere that transports patrons to Chicago. The sultry and warm environment is highlighted by beautiful leather-red seats for the tables and huge cushioned chairs at the bar. During our anniversary celebration, the bartenders James and Rudy elevated our experience and provided a night we will never forget. The Filet Mignon that we savored was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully, complemented perfectly by our side dishes of corn and mashed potatoes. The bartenders were extremely knowledgeable in educating us on the pairings, making the experience even more enjoyable. As someone who has had oysters on numerous occasions, both fresh by the beach in Redondo and Miami, I can confidently say that the quality at Bavette's is exceptional. The oysters were so fresh that it was almost as if they had been plucked from the ocean itself. I started with four to be safe, but after enjoying them so much, I couldn't resist ordering half a dozen more. The staff at Bavette's is wonderful, and the consistently high-quality food and beautiful ambiance make it an ideal location for regular visits. Despite the luxurious atmosphere, the check was reasonable, and I would happily choose to dine at Bavette's over other restaurants that charge twice as much for half the quality. In conclusion, I would like to express my admiration for the team at Bavette's. The quality of the food, the professionalism of the staff, and the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant make it a must-visit destination. Bravo
We had a wonderful experience at Bavettes.
We had a reservation and we were seated within five minutes of arrival. The restaurant has a 1920s Dark, Art Deco vibe. I loved it, it made me feel like I walked through a time warp. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We started with the bread, which was yummy, but not included, it is an extra charge. We ordered shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, Apple Salad, and warm Tomato Bacon salad. All were very good, and we were impressed that the shrimp cocktail came with nine shrimp! We ordered three steaks, all came out perfectly cooked and delicious. We also ordered a Prime Rib Dip sandwich and Black Cod. The sandwich was very tasty and large and came with fries. The black cod was good, and cooked perfectly, but not the best I've ever had, it was missing something, not sure what it was but it felt like it tasted flat. The mashed potatoes were Amazing as were the mushrooms with cream sherry sauce. The dessert choices were the only disappointment, we didn't order dessert. Overall it was a fantastic experience and our family visiting from New York were very pleased with the experience.

Went to the speakeasy in back after being at another place that was not impressive. The bartender and server was so great and the drinks well made. The atmosphere was fun. We had such a good time we canceled our dinner at a famous salt guys place and went back for dinner the next night. We had a different staff but an equally excellent experience. Food was delicious the steak frites had a great sauce and the Sunday for dessert was super fun! Great vibe if you want a "having a good time" kind of place - plenty upscale without the stiffness.
Let me start with a good.
I liked the drinks here, and I loved the ambience of the restaurant. It felt like an antique steakhouse with a modern type of flare. I loved my waiter and the fact that he could just wear a regular suit, and he was super attentive. I did not like his Helper or co-attendant. She was just ready to pounce on your every word. What I mean by that is when you asked if there were any specials like extra special menu items for the night she quickly replied there are no specials. It was like we were asking her if there was a sale. Obviously we came to the steakhouse, because one we could afford it and one we like steak and one we are aware of where we were going... so not sure I really liked her attitude, and she always had like a scowl kind of on her face. But nevertheless, we ordered and my food came out, charred before it was actually cooked to the correct temperature. I found the potatoes to be really buttery and they tasted great but I did have a little bit of a concern in the back of my mind that All the butter was giving me heart disease, so I just kind of ate them carefully. The brussels sprouts were OK. I liked the sourdough bread that they bought at the table. but since I live in Texas, there are a lot of steakhouses and call me what you want but At this point I may just be a steakhouse connoisseur. This missed the mark for me. It is doubtful that I would return because I just have so many better options in Texas that when I come to Vegas, this won't even be a thought. Plus what steakhouse doesn't have specials? And again I don't mean a sale I mean daily recipes like daily chef specials. If they did, I'd probably try one of those because nothing truly inspired me on this menu.
Outstanding
Outstanding atmosphere, service, decor and food. You wouldn't think you're even in a casino hotel when you step foot in the door, and that's difficult to do in Vegas. This was the second time here for dinner. It's cozy and has the feel of a jazzy supper club. Plus, you can actually have a conversation as the noise level is great.
The Perfect Steakhouse Experience
Bavette’s was an absolutely terrific steakhouse experience. Refined, but also warm and welcoming. From the intimate ambience and classic decor to the extraordinary service and food, everything was nearly perfect with this meal. The warm house-made sourdough was bread heaven. The steak tartare with slow cooked egg and grilled garlic toast was one of the best we’ve had. The bone-in ribeye and bone-in fillet were perfectly cooked to temp, rare and medium rare respectively. Delicately tender, and richly flavored. Accompanied by fresh elote-style corn, truly fantastic sautéed wild mushrooms, and the best-ever truffle Mac and cheese. Paired with the Orin Swift “8 years in the desert” red blend. Divine. Robert was a top-notch professional, friendly, and attentive server. He even brought out a decadent chocolate birthday dessert. The whole team was great and gave us the perfect escape from the hustle of the strip to enjoy great conversation over a perfect meal.

Lovely vibe, food, and excellent service
Classy romantic ambiance with low lighting and music. Food was fabulous and excellent service from Julian and Eric!! The best service the whole week we were in Vegas. Speak easy had lovely drinks and ice vibe too. * Dress code was flexible as we were not decked out and still felt comfortable. Seating was spaced enough to not feel on top of others. A must try!
Great Food, Service and Atmosphere
Amazing restuarant and bar. The service, bar or at our table was great. The food quality was great. It was pricey, but well worth it. I would recommend to eat here to all. It was far better than any other place we ate at in Vegas. The only negative if I can say is, out of all of the people in this restaurant, one guy was wearing a baseball hat, Tee shirt, shirts and sneakers, I was shocked that the staff sat this guy at a table. Enforce your dress code, as all others took the time to dress appropriately for this up scale ambiance. That's it to all, I will go again.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
