Bellagio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Las Vegas trip
Rooms were large and spacious. Beautiful resort, nice pools, many shops. A little pricey yet comfortable.
Beautiful property, sweltering room
We originally honeymooned at the Bellagio and returned for our 23rd anniversary. The a/c in our room barely worked which meant our west facing room was sweltering. Maintenance swapped out the filthy filter but that did nothing. Instead of upgrading us, we were given a fan. We at least did not have to pay resort fees but we will not ever be staying with the Bellagio again. Very disappointed.
Location of our room was noisy
Our room was 9 stories up from hotel side lot. Service vehicles perform in their duties woke us up every morning around 6:30am. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Exceptional
Location, service, restaurant variety exceptional. Beats the rest of hotels. Overall the best place to stay on the strip‼️
Vegas Trip
This trip was decided instantly with no plan along with my friend, Shakeel . It was just fun trip to relax and enjoy some good food .
3 Years of WOW!!
Just spent another week at Bellagio - 3 years in a row of staying here. Every time it gets better. Excellent staff, great room, yummy food, relaxing pool, hot showers - it’s all good!! Can’t wait for next year!
April 2024
Saw an amazing Cirque show during Our stay and the pool was very nice. Otherwise, it is insanely crowded and smells like smoke. It was loud in the hallway at night. Biggest gripe was the pillows…they were awful. Room was clean. 5 star resort??
Great service and the best hotel in LA
We stayed at the Bellagio’s for two nights during our Las Vegas trip. This is definitely the best hotel in terms of service, activities, facilities and in so many ways. The hotel lobby was extravagant and the conservatory and the botanical gardens were magnificent. Kids will love this. Fountains of Bellagio is an attraction for in house guests and outsiders equally. Hotel facilities were great. Room we booked was newly renovated room and was very spacious and comfy. They have so many great pools and they will always be full of people. Finding a sun bed can be challenging and you will have to wait for a while. We did not have breakfast but we did order in room dining a few times for the kid and it was expensive but good. Our admiration towards this hotel grew more due to an unexpected experience we had. Our 3+ toddler was playing inside the room and had a minor accident by hitting her head on the edge of a cupboard. Her wound had some minor bleeding but we worried since it was a head injury and also she was crying. There’s an ice machine in every floor and we quickly kept some ice but we also thought of informing the hotel. They immediately sent a security officer who is capable of doing basic first aid but after checking our Tod he recommended to call for paramedics for safety. We agreed. While we waited, an officer from the hotel was stationed outside of our door and they recorded all the details of the incident. Paramedics came within 10-15 mins and they were fantastic. They checked out Tod made her feel comfortable and said nothing to worry. They also gave some meds and told us to observe her for the next 24 hrs. They even invited her to the fire station next day but we couldn’t go there. This worrying experience was quickly converted to a pleasant experience by the amazing hotel staff and paramedics. Whilst the incident has nothing to do with the hotel facilities, they even gave us a 100USD voucher to be used at one of their restaurants. Thank you for this great service. I’m late to write this review but better late than never. Highly recommended for families with kids for an amazing experience and safety.
I can't say enough about Rosale at the front desk.
She is a gem! My husband's 65th birthday and she treated us like we were royals. She made the experience a 1000/10. Thank you so much!
We stayed here for 4 nights 5 days.
This was a wonderful hotel conveniently in the middle of the strip. Very elegant, clean and staff was friendly. Our room had a gorgeous view of the famous Fountains. Perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything better and will be staying here again.
This hotel is centrally located on the Strip which is
This hotel is centrally located on the Strip which is "convenient" to several other locations (though convenient is a bit of a stretch when talking about anything in Vegas - there's always a walk). MGM properties are now connected with Marriott, but there are kinks they still need to work out with respect to how perks/benefits work. Status on Marriott did not provide us with a significant upgrade on room (just a view of the fountains - which is a nice view (and of Paris) but you cannot hear the music. You do hear the booms of the fountains - but the fountain shows are usually done before your Vegas evening will be (unless you're going to bed early - whaaaat?). The room is comfortable, showers are glass and have no door so it can get a little chilly. Non-smoking floors doesn't mean that your neighbors or previous occupants won't be or had been smoking (apparently people just pay the fine and smoke anyhow). Soaps, hair products and lotion are all large bottles (per the new trend to help save plastic use and be reusable). We had expected but were surprised that other vanity amenities were not provided (you might be able to request, but we didn't). We had one day where housekeeping skipped - I guess we left a little late for lunch but they didn't come back. No turndown service is provided as well. Both sets of elevators for the spa tower and the main towers requires a bit of a hike through the property to get there. Time from rooms to the front door of the hotel is roughly 10minutes give or take - so factor that into your transit time. There is a tram that connects the Bellagio to the Crystal shops and then to the Park MGM. The run fairly frequently so it's a good way to move from the central part of the Strip to the southern part. It's roughly 3-4min between the stops. The pools are nice including some with fountains. Service at the pool was not terribly fast, but very nice. Fun things to see at the Bellagio other than the fountain - the chocolate waterfall and the conservatory/garden.
Booked a suite at Bellagio (paid) for a few days this week.
During check in we got our room keys and went to our room on floor 24. Waking into the room the sound of construction above us was deafening! There was no mention to us during check in that there was construction on the floor right above us. My husband and I both had calls for work and could barely hear anything. It is absolutely crazy to take people's money (Bellagio isn't the cheapest place) and then put them in a room that is directly under a construction zone with absolutely NO MENTION of this during check in. Definitely avoid this place if you plan to be in your room (asleep or awake) between the hours of 9am-4pm.
The gist.
.. ---Parking is $18/day. they have green or red light bulb above each parking stall to indicate availability, great! ---Before I believe the gym was pay to use, now they just make you pay for it regardless if you use or not, they also include pool, maintenance, blah blah blah. I think it was $50ish per day. i think they make a hold on your card for $150 per day... released after your stay. ---The conservatory and botanical garden is crowded during the day till 2am in the morning when we arrived it was busy! there is a window in the morning around 8 am. ---Noodles (asian restaurant) do not go there, do not pass go, do not go there. It is overpriced and disgusting. if you do decided to go there, do not take take-out... but seriously... you can find better asian food elsewhere! ---Bellagio Patisserie, worth it. go there. the gelato is delicious, pistachio gelato was hands down favorite all time! ---Pool was beautiful. upgrades for fees ---the fountain show very loud, very pretty. very crowded. recommend going to restaurant to see show. ---We originally had 2 queen beds and they did not have it so we were given a king bed near the fountain... it was basically our view was a parking lot and to the left was the fountain show which was loud... I was disappointed with what we got... also the walk to the guest rooms is pretty far from the parking. ---The room was clean. we asked to have the liquor bar locked because we had a toddler and they didnt do it... service was horrible. the cleaner would inconvenient come during the afternoon. you can call and schedule when to get the room cleaned. ---Everything was overpriced and if they had better quality things I would understand but we are talking about snickers and junk snacks that you can get from 7-11. they had a box of chocolate... i was thinking, I don't know how long thats been there and passed over... gross. ---I am glad that they had security at the elevators to ensure that hotel guests were the only ones with access to the room elevators. Will I come back, maybe.
Ended up coming back here and the trip started out amazing.
Then we were staying on the 27th floor and woke up on Monday to the loudest craziest construction ever. It's so loud it literally shook our room and the staff team didn't give a damn. Such a horrible staff and service team working here. They literally and truly do not care. For someone who holds a platinum card and comes here a lot it is super upsetting. I've posted a video showing how loud and terrible it was. Do not come here!!
Disappointed in our stay at the Bellagio this past week.
- Low water pressure - No cleaning service - Phone in the room dialed twice - Customer Service was not good
Beautiful hotel to see.
Just don't stay or gamble there. I tried to check in at 2:14 PM. I was told my room number, teh floor and that it was a fountain facing room. However, the room attendant was currently in my room and it should be ready shortly. I figured I could wait a few min for a fountain view room. I was then told because we would have two cars there, we would be charged $36 a day for parking. I kind of think It should be per room but just me. when paying so much for a room, why do they need to charge to park there. I waited until 6:20PM. it doesn't take four hours to clean a room. Adn the worst part was I could not leave as they take your paper parking ticket when you check in. Casino. The player card reprint machines don't work. "They have not worked for months". then take them out. I waited 42 min to get a new card printed, as they only had to people helping. every porker machine i sat at had at least one button not working. Never, got a drink while playing. Hod to to go teh sports bar and get a drink. But only when the bartender stopped talking to his friends. even most of the ticket redemption machines were down. and why don't they give you your change. There is no change shortage! I will not be back
First Bellagio stay, yearly Las Vegas visitor, world
First Bellagio stay, yearly Las Vegas visitor, world traveler, non-gambler, non-drinker; ie, not my first rodeo. There's no doubting the sheer beauty and opulence of the Bellagio Hotel. It is a stunning property. There are the fountains (famous, but to me once you've seen them, well, you've seen them). There are the gardens in the Conservatory. Always gorgeous and rococo. The restaurants are great. The pools are to die for. The service is Top Drawer. (Prepare to truck in things like water and snacks). The rooms? We stayed in one of the so-called Stay Well rooms, which are located on the 23rd and 24th floors. A Stay Well room comes with amenities like Vitamin C infused shower water; aromatherapy; air purification; white noise machines; a wellness newsletter; exceptional bedding; and meditation videos and the like. A fabulous idea, and our room was probably great in 1998 or so when it was furnished and finished. Apparently, rooms on the 24th floor have been renovated and that the ones one the 23rd were in progress, not so our room. Very dated chrome and puffy furniture; Brutalism media center and a TV smaller than the one you probably have in your bedroom at home. The carpet a tired dark nothingness.I know what you're thinking: you don't go to Las Vegas for the room! I hate to break it to you, but yeah some do. We have stayed the Wynn, Encore, and Hilton properties throughout the years. We luxuriate. We shop. We pool. We spend money. We also spend more time in the room than no doubt the majority or visitors; okay, so sue me. To Bellagio's credit it does own up to the shortcomings. One amenity listed on its own website was missing from our room. I called Guest Services and although they argued the amenity was not part of the room -- even when I told them it was on their own website under the Stay Well room amenities list -- they gave us a healthy food allowance as compensation. Next year will we stay at the Bellagio? Good question. Maybe. We'll see how things progress.
7:30 Fountains.
..Nonexistent 7::45 Fountains...Smoking and Busted 8:00 Fountains ...where are you, still waiting. We are from the South and we came to see some water shooting in the air. Didn't happen --sooo disappointed. We actually didn't stay at Belllagio--but it still sucked.
Amazing place
Stayed at the Bellagio a few years ago and this place is one of my favorites. It is high class. LOVED IT

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
