Experience Japan In a hotel!The entrance is literally breathtaking, you are met with a indoor waterfall that mimics rainfall, a bridge that goes over an indoor pond and a Japanese temple that houses all the teppanyaki tables. One of the staff also told me that the it was designed by a company that worked closely with theme parks such as Disneyland to create this immersive space. I definitely feel like I'm in a dark ride or a place that tells a story. I'm so glad that they never took out the theming and kept it. Anyways, here's the review on the teppanyaki food!Hibachi steak - somewhat well seasoned, chef does ask how you want it cooked! I prefer it medium but still needed some salt after so maybe ask for the chef to season it a bit more. 9/10 Seafood: Lobster tail - very juicy and buttery, definitely a must order 9/10Scallops - another buttery seafood that's cooked to perfection. 9/10Shrimp - good but I'd rather have the other two 8/10Fried rice - I thought it was gonna be amazing at first but it only tastes like rice cooked with soy sauce. Nothing too crazy. Cons - you have to sit with others if you're party is small so coming her as a party of 2 would mean you would have to sit with 5-7 other people. So I highly recommend being in at least a party of 4 to not feel like you're dining with strangers. Honestly I would personally come with a big group so the whole table can enjoy instead of complete awkwardness. Overall I think the ambiance is the big reason to come here and the food is second. Definitely a classic Vegas relic still in operation to this day. Also, after dining take a minute to actually explore the restaurant as there are many seating areas to enjoy the scenery!

Amy provided the ultimate experience. She sang us a song in Japanese, wishing the bride to be good luck. She showed us how to do Sake bombs. What a wonderful time!! The food was fantastic too, but the service was exceptional.

This was such a fun place and our Hibachi Chef, Antonio was very entertaining! We were seated with 2 ladies from Chicago and a Family from SC. What a great way to make new friends! Food was awesome! My husband and I each ordered our own sushi and both were much larger than expected. Thankfully, I had researched the menu and noticed each entree' is a 5 course meal, so my husband and I split a meal. We both recommend and will be back!

However, I feel that 90% of the experience is the show that is normally put on while the chief cooks. We may as well watched a McDonald's cook make us diner. Absolutely the biggest disappointment ever. We waited forever after we got to the table for our chief to show up. The little girls we were with finally had to get up to go to the restroom. The chief of course arrived as soon as they left. He would not wait till they got back to start cooking. At first I was disappointed because I thought they were going from miss the show. Well, it didn't even matter that they were gone because the chief was horrible! He literally just cooked normal like we would at home. I was expecting them to step it up because we are in Vegas. Instead they completely downgraded the normal show to nonexistent. No jokes, no tricks, nothing! Didn't even interact with us. We love to eat at Benihana but we will never be back to this location. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We came here with on a business trip with about 30-40 people from the company.
It was about a three hour experience, but that was because we sat, drank and talked.
I doubt it would take that long if you were here with a smaller group of people that knew each other.
The restaurant is beautiful!
We were upstairs in a private room with three different grills.
The waitresses were AMAZING and kept coming back, and back again, to see if we needed more drinks.
Apparently they are know for their Sapporo beer. My husband really enjoyed it.
I'm not a drinker, but I had the Coconut Mojito- I couldn't even finish it. It wasn't that great of tasting to me.
But then the waitress suggested I get the Benihana Punch and that was delicious!
The food was what you would expect from hibachi- delicious!
I'm not sure how much it cost, as The Boss paid.... but I would definitely eat here again.

Benihana was never my favorite Japanese Food but it would be unfair not to give 5 stars at this location.Came here with colleagues after the trade show. It was a rather big party but we were accomodated. The "cooking show" is the same with all the other Benihannas of the world (Lol). Customer service was excellent, food was good. Again, fried rice and cooked meat does not count as Japanese for me but i did order sashimi and sake which was bomb!!!This location is conveniently inside the Westgate hotel where our entire team stayed during the tradeshow.Note: they will not seat you unless your party is complete. Reservations are best --- in Vegas i guess its a must.

We had a group of 6 at a table. Kevin what our chef. I have never had a better experience at a Benihanas before. The food was amazing and his comedy was over the top funny. It was not the typical show because he was so engaged with our group that he blended the normal show with our personalities. LMAO best ever experience thanks to Kevin!

We stayed at the Westgate for my wife’s conference. Naturally we decide eat here, as it was convenient and a top rated restaurant. As mentions in the title, we love to eat and experience food. The food was good, I wouldn’t classify it as great. I have been to several hibachi restaurants and this was on par with them. The service was fanatic, Henry was an excellent host/chef. The other costumers we was sat with, nearly destroyed the night. Talking on the phone loudly at the table and stoned off there butt. The restaurant it’s self is in need of some TLC. Not a complete remodel, but a good once over by a keen eye.

We are here for a early birthday dinner of a friend and though, yes we have a big party, the lack of attention for when our food comes or if we needed refills were bad and we felt crappy for asking when our food was coming and it took over an 1 hour and 30 minutes to get. Amy, our waitress, was extremely inpatient and rolled her eyes when we would ask to repeat herself because we couldn't hear her. We were waiting on someone to ask us for drinks for 15 minutes, it's took 20 more to receive our drinks. A friend was drinking soda and couldn't help but drink so much that Amy said that she was gonna charge him if he kept asking for more soda. Lord if you are that stingy with your soda the put it under your fine print. I already have social anxiety so even the ladies at the front were extremely rude. We weren't told that our whole party had to be there until we were all there. She rolled her eyes looking at me like I was stupid to check in before anybody else came. First and last time I'm coming because the experience was terrible, people were rude, and we were forced to tip a lady who didn't even take care of us and I don't want to make it a race thing but from other reviews from this restaurant I have read, makes it sound like we weren't the only ones to experience lack of service because of the color of one's skin. Amy gave more attention to the older white people which I am not against them, we were just frustrated we weren't given the same service just because my friends were young and black. The only people that were decently nice were the cooks and male servers. Horrible dinner experience and for food that wasn't really worth it.

The entire dining experience was wonderful. Tuan the cook was funny, entertaining and had everyone really enjoying themselves. Our servers Carolina & Kit were very nice and honest. I left $120 extra cash on the table and they were so honest and called my room and returned the money to us. It could of been so easy to just take the money but they were very honest and I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DESERVE A "10"

Restaurant overbooked and we waited 1.5hours to begin having our food made, but not before the manager finally came out, apologized and assured us the chef would be out soon. That took 30 minutes. Then the grill table was broken, so we got to watch the chef, waitress and manager bang on the grill to make it work. Chef sets the greasy and dirty grill control box on the cooktop, and then we had to ask him to clean in. Chef's cart wasnt prepped, and he had to run back to grab people's meals 3 seperate times. Manager came out and made excuses, ultimately blaming the chef. 30% off for 2.5 hours wasted, and a terrible experience. First and absolute last time at this restaurant. Manager honestly needs to learn to take responsibility. Excuses are very poor form.

And over the last couple of years Kit Q. and her staff have been so great to me and my family, always making us feel so welcome and making sure everything was perfect for us! I was very excited to be dining at Benihana, came to Vegas for belated birthday celebration! Great entertainment experience with the chef very enthusiastic. Ambiance was nice, great conversation with other guests at table. When came time to settle the bill, provided my printed out birthday certificate host took ID for verification. Host stated certificate isn't valid due to expiration date which was not visible on second page. Showed email on phone, I wasn't aware certificate had expiration date, birthday was just a month ago. Very disappointed as Amy informed us infront of entire table slightly embarrassed.

I was so disappointed last night. Boring entertainment, drinks asked for old fashion was told only have crown or jack Daniels. I am at Japanese Restraunt they should have a good old fashion whiskey for old fashion being in big hotel. We had 7 pm reservations we started with our dinner at 830 soup salad then cook. Not real entertaining like the experience should be. Scallops were weird smell taste Fried rice was average not difficult to make dis have a nice garlic flavor Beneha treat lobster tail was prepared nice - not served with lemon or butter Steak was steak no seasoning. They give you too sauces both very bland You sue. To ask for sauce with a little spice and it's just squirted on plate like you have to beg for more. Disappointed and reviews match our experience. Mushashi is down the street and much better entertainment experience and the food is 100 percent better.

We went here last night spent a ton of money only to get food poisoning . I am currently in my hotel room ( that I have to stay an extra day in because of the food poisoning) . I wouldn't eat here again for anything .

Wow! First time using this website/app. It was almost hard to believe the quality of customer service I received as soon as I posted my offer. My first experience using AT was awesome and the AT support saved the day! When my booking transfer initiated two days earlier but didn't complete by the day of the reservation, AT was able to expedite the transfer and confirm a table at Call Me Gaby in Miami Beach. Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
