So disappointed! We come to this location every time we are in Las Vegas, and this time was a big miss. The food was not cooked good at all. The fried rice was barely fried not mixed at all, a bunch of egg whites left in chunks in the rice, no flavor. Steak was over cooked, noodles were overcooked and soggy. Over priced, and under delivered. Very disappointing experience.

5 star for food 1 star for service I have been going to Benihanas now for some time now to celebrate special occasions. I was there with my fiancee last night for my birthday. We were seated and were lucky to get on a good table. The conversations was very pleasant. Our server started out OK. Our first round of drinks came out with no issues. That was the last time that happened. It took, us three rounds of food to finally get another round of drinks. The server and the cook got into an argument over what was ordered. The cook was one of the most boring ones I have had in a decade. Deadpan robotic in his moves. We had a couple from Finland at our table and I felt sorry for them as the cooking show is part of the experience and it was lacking big time. At the end I went to claim my 30 dollar birthday certificate. I had forgot to print it out but I had it in my email. They would not honor it at all. It had to be printed, period and there was no printer on site. Benihana, get into the 21st century. Get yourself scanners so all you need to do is scan the code. While the food was great, the service both cooking and server was very sub par below their normal standard. I will be back but they really need to pick up their service. My son complained that service at the one he goes to in San Diego has also suffered in the service area.

But the managers need to tell the chefs to STOP GIVING AWAY PEOPLE'S FOOD! This is the second time this has happened to us. My family member and I ordered the fried rice, as does someone else at our table. The chef brings out 3 portions of rice. Mixes it, cooks it, puts some in the bowls of the people who ordered it...and then gives the rest to the other people at the table who didn't order it. This might be ok if it's just a little bit, but last night he gave away what seemed to be a whole bowls worth of fried rice to the other people that didn't even order it. My bowl was not even filled up and he gave away the fried rice that I paid for to other people. One lady seemed to have as much fried rice on her plate as what I had in my bowl. And she didn't even pay for it. I did!! That would be bad enough but the chef did the same thing with the colossal shrimp entree. I ordered the splash n meadow. It comes with an entree of "colossal" shrimp. Two other people at the table also ordered a shrimp entree. The chef brings out 3 servings of the colossal shrimp. He cooks it and then divides it into 4 portions (even though only three people ordered it!)! He gives the three people that ORDERED the "colossal" shrimp entree some shrimp....and then GIVES AWAY the rest of the "colossal" shrimp to the other people at the table who DIDNT EVEN ORDER IT! Now again, I'm not talking about out the shrimp appetizer that everyone gets at the beginning. I'm talking about the colossal shrimp entree! Why did he give away at least 6 pieces of shrimp to other people who didn't even order it. That's my entree that I PAID FOR. That is unacceptable. I can see the zucchini or mushrooms being unevenly portioned out but the entrees and appetizers that people paid for???? This needs to stop. You only give food to people who paid for it. If there is extra fried rice it goes to the people who ordered it. Then if they want to share it...fine. But it's up to them NOT THE CHEF! Unless the chef is also going to give me a few pieces of someone else's lobster or scallops that I didnt pay for, which he wouldn't, because that would clearly seem wrong. This happened once before and if it happens again I'm not going back, which is a shame because I've taken friends and family here several times a year since the early 90s. FIX THIS!

Such a beautiful and large Benihana!! We came here for my boyfriend's birthday dinner and had the best time. The service was great and quick and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We loved the soup and salad provided and felt our hibachi was cooked very well too! I know sometimes hibachi can feel inconsistent, but we felt our food was cooked consistently and very delicious! However, we felt the drinks were just subpar. Our dinner came with ice cream which was very good and they even brought out my boyfriend extra ice cream for his birthday! Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back!
The person who was cooking our food was awesome.
The ambiance was warm and friendly and we were lucky the other people in our table were friendly. It's a "must do" once experience. The food lacked flavor. It was too bland. They were good at first with the service, with filling our waters but right as the person was finishing cooking our food and collecting his little cart, they forgot all about us, until it came time for the bill.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
