Very good italian restaurant
Had one of the best pasta amatriciana ever. Very welcoming and nice service and a good wine list. Cosy restaurant. Warmly recommended

Have been a number of times and always liked it. Made a mistake and went on a Friday night Ate with family outside .. pleasant enough night But we were packed cheek by jowl with other diners . Table for 4 was so small we put some plates on the fountain so we had room for dishes Food Steak way over seasoned and salty Asked if the Caesar salad was made with anchovies which I like , waiter said of course , and got a salad with anchovies plopped on top Other diners seemed to enjoy their food Service was slow ( it was very busy ) and condescending arrogant . Inside was packed and noisy Perhaps the Islanders like the abuse I will wait till after season to try again. But even then. Not on a weekend Disappointed

Pleasant vibe in a restaurant on worth avenue. Waiters were doing their best as the place was busy. The linguine a la vongole was decent but my farfalle with salmon was overcooked with too much sauce. While the restaurant experience on aggregate was good the food experience was average. Still an option to consider in Palm beach although not my favorite one.
Be the first to ReplyGreat restaurant ,go there for the food !!! It has been there for 25 years .. keep going !! The good is delicious .
Hello , it’s the best Italian restaurant at palm beach … the best food and the best service .. with no attitude .. you don’t want an attitude and for Jose the manager from Serge from France .

Excellent service and delicious food and cocktails. We sat at the bar and enjoy the company of our neighbors as well as the drinks and food. A well appointed operation. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Best Italian experience ever: Raffaele welcomed us like family and Juan gave spectacular service! We ate gamberoni alla griglia, 2 pinsa romana and Pappardelle telefono: for one hour we were back to Italy! Apple tart with vanilla ice cream to die for for dessert! Grazie Ragazzi A presto
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Italian, reasonably priced for PB..
Very glad we finally tried this iconic Palm Beach venue, along with another "first timer" couple. A smiling welcome by the hostess and the cool vibe upon entering sets the tone for a lovely dining experience. Beaufiful dining rooms, understated and unpretentious compared to some other stuffy Palm Beach establishments. Noise level was pretty high, though we lucked out with a great corner table. Excellent sound track. Drinks are amply poured, and virtually everything on the wide ranging menu is reasonably priced--especially for Palm Beach. Terrific burrata appetizer, and tagliolini bolognese should not be missed (huge portion, served piping hot, delicioso!). A small but important quibble at any Italian restaurant--bread is perfectly average. Very professional service, eager to please. Fully satiated, we skipped desserts--which looked great at adjoining tables. We four will be back, Bice is a winner! D. Slater Boca Raton

Really good Italian cuisine! I really enjoyed the calamari which was fried to perfection. I also enjoyed the ambiance.

This restaurant was high end. Waiter was extremely attentive. Our glass was never empty! The vegetable salad was very tasty.many dishes have home made pasta. I enjoyed the veal ravioli in mushroom sauce. I would have wanted more sauce, however. The veal with capers was good. Items are al carte. Parking is on street during the day. Average lunch is around $50.

Stopped in for lunch while in town with clients. Service was prompt and the food was great. Very reasonably priced as well. They could use and update on the decor, but that wouldn’t stop me from going back
Be the first to ReplyDeliciously prepared food ( Pasta ) not as outrageously priced as some other Palm Beach restaurants.
An unexpected thunder shower, almost ruined our evening as we were enjoying a pre-dinner walk. We were able to shelter under a large awning toward the rear restaurant entry and management provided my husband with an oversized golf umbrella, so that we weren’t totally soaked. Once inside we were comfortably seated. Drinks ordered, calamari appetizer shared before dinner was the best prepared since our arrival 3 days ago. I had the bow-tie pasta served with small pieces of salmon and peas in a light vodka sauce. My husband enjoyed the bronzini and our daughter had the rigatoni with eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella. Everything was delicious and served piping hot. The wait staff were efficient and unobtrusive. I wish we were going to be in town longer as to be able to enjoy another meal.
Be the first to Replya wonderful dining experience... everything clicks.
On a beautiful, sunny day we had Lunch at “Bice Ristorante “in Palm Beach, an upscale Italian Restaurant. The wait-Staff was very professional and provided good Service. We selected Wine by the glass, split a Caesar Salad, ate a – “Pinsa Romana-“ Mozzarella cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh arugula, Parma ham 18 months, shaved parmesan, EVOO , an “All natural, roasted chicken” with broccoli, roasted potatoes, and rosemary sauce and as a Desert the “Sicilian ricotta cheesecake”, aged balsamic, strawberry sauce . What a delicious meal it was. Cheers to the Chef, the meal was so tasty, including the visual presentation, one knew this Ristorante is something special. They in enjoy an excellent reputation and are a fixture on the Palm Beach Restaurant scene. We selected to be seated in the Patio area, which is delightful. Our lead server was a young lady known as No.33. She provided excellent service with her team and at the end as we were leaving, she run after me to return my glasses which I had forgotten to take with me. Now that is SERVICE. We can highly recommend having a meal here, it was a great dining experience. Check out my photos as well…

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Bice. Great food, service by Annaham (hopefully I spelled correctly) and beautiful ambiance. Standout was the pasta bolognese, veal ravioli and the Caesar and poached seafood salads. Nice portions and drink menu.

Decent. Nice decor. Nothing special though. Service is professional but not very warm. Most dishes are uninspired.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed-What happened?
I asked for a vegan pasta sautéed in garlic, olive oil, basil, broccoli rabe, peas, kalamata olives, with pomodore. I received Angel haired pasta, no sauce, boiled, and plain carrots and broccoli steamed. The broccoli rabe was even steamed and separate (which I sent back explaining garlic, sauteed broccoli raub is how it’s normally done ) it was not put in the pasta and a little teeny saucer of sauce was sent separately and a bowl of cold olives. So, I tried to make it taste like something I added olive oil from the table, salt, the cold olives and then I thought What am I doing? I can’t make plain boiled food cooked with no flavor taste good, I would have to take it home and recook with flavor. Disappointing. The waiter was so nice and apologetic, my friend had driven from Orlando and was starving and so ate the tasteless meal. I sent mine back, I was in the bathroom when the bill came and my friend paid, since last time we were there I paid, and when I looked at the bill she was charged for two sides the cold olives that were supposed to be cooked in the pasta and the broccoli rabe that was supposed to be cooked with the pasta 28. Extra on top of the charge for the No taste meal. I thought, that was not right, the manager did end up giving her a business card of 14. Off however her being in Orlando most of the time, she won’t really be able to use it, he said he couldn’t take the extra charges off the credit card as it was already on. The entire experience was so very disappointing and not to Bice’s credit or reputation, not the usual wonderful treat. Snooty, unhelpful, passive aggressive weirdness, and then you’re supposed to pay for that? Tasteless, in not just the food What happened to Bice? Sad. Date of visit: December 2022
Be the first to ReplyBirthday dinner
Over this past weekend Saturday august 6 to be exact. Sadly not really a special experience maybe less than average, I wanted to have a special birthday celebration but unfortunately the service was really mediocre not worth it for special occasion maybe for regular meal. Food taste good, had the grill veal chop it was a good choice, server older guy Hispanic (our table was Hispanic also) didn’t even offer enough menus for the whole table we were 8 we got 3 menus and we had to borrow each other’s to see the menu, unable to browse menu online because it was not updated, the appetizers came at same time that the main course, the waiter didn’t offer a steak knife, not even a birthday dessert, it was no really a big deal for the price we pay, we should’ve try Renato’s maybe it would’ve been better, oh well next time. Hopefully this is helpful .

Bice has indoor and outdoor seating, I recommend the outdoor seating in the little shopping courtyard. Here you can enjoy people watching and have a a true Palm Beach experience.
Be the first to ReplyNoisy and crowded, but worth it.
This is a very popular, noisy and crowded restaurant. The food is wonderful, however, and the people watching great. And, although quit expensive, it is rather reasonable by Palm Beach terms.
Too busy…too noisy….overpriced.
It’s too busy…too noisy…overpriced.
I don’t mind paying big money for something special or just creative…. but a dinner for 4 was just average .
Even the coffee was just warm.
It’s has no personality it’s just boarder ing on arrogant.
Covid concern…not a chance as your packed in like sardines.
Every waiter…every passing customer bumps into your chair.
The food was what you’d get in a average strip mall mamma and Pop Italian restaurant.
Service charge…what service…just carrying a plate to your table with no personality or care in creativity….having to ask and ask for items🤷♂️
One of the most noisy restaurants I’ve been too you get a sore throat even trying to talk.
Excellent food and good service.
We ate here twice on our recent visit to Palm Beach, once for lunch and the second time for dinner. Both times the food was excellent and the service good. The restaurant faces both a street and a piazza facing Worth Avenue so you have your choice of dining el fresco or indoors. We chose once indoors and once outdoors, both were equally satisfying.
Be the first to ReplyGood food, great service, restaurant needs a facelift
Food at Bice is always good - here, in NY - consistent and fresh. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly and they have a nice wine list. This restaurant needs a facelift though - incredibly outdated, even smells a bit musty. Been here a few times over the years and would have though they would do something about it by now.

Had a reservation. Very busy Thursday night. Understand a delay in getting seated. Bus boy gave bread, no water. After seriously 20 minutes, I flagged down the host. Sent someone over with some menus. 10-15 later the understudy waitress took our drink order. 15-20 later, dinner order. Food was delivered 20-30 minutes later. Cold as you would expect.
Really no attention during the meal. Had to flag down the bus boy to get the check.
15 minutes later, had to go to the front to take care of the bill.
Bottom line, what a bunch of crap! Should not have to put up with this kind of service for this kind of money!!
Good for lunch but pass for dinner
We have eaten lunch here several times. Service is very good and the lunch selections are tasty and well prepared.
Dinner is a different matter. The roasted chicken was not tender at all, and the veal marsala dish was one of the skimpiest I have ever seen. Three small pieces of veal and a minuscule amount of potatoes and vegetables.
This is not an inexpensive restaurant. Part of what you are paying for is the atmosphere. The interior is elegant and sitting outside is very pleasant.
We will continue coming here for lunch, but no more dinners.
disaster
Not a good experience from beginning of evening Long line of cars at valet At least 10 minute Itwait in long line to be brought to table .Cutlery for one guest very dirty. 25 minute wait for appetiser.Waiter taking wine order did not even recognise they had a Chablis wine on list. Then told us it was out of stock When we got our wine had to ask every time for it to be served. At one stage had another customers desert served to us . At end of evening had a couple of waiters at a nearby table loudly sorting out cutlery for next sitting . On the food itself an excellent minestrone soup was followed by a very dry overcooked chicken dish . The night had an appearance of a very busy restaurant without adequate staff.
Be the first to ReplyInconsistent and Underwhelming
In the age of a Pandemic, Bice could very easily be ground zero. The restaurant is packing customers inside and outside, without any level of distancing between parties. Many diners travel from table to table visiting friends, infringing on other diners and their space. This is absolutely unacceptable, and a health threat to those who are trying to stay safe, during these uncertain times. Some of the staff had masks on, and wore them improperly. Neither hostess' had on a mask. The hostesses were extremely young, unprofessional and clueless. Instead of asking if they could be of service, they glare at you. When you give them your name, they check it off, and then say nothing. That's not exactly welcoming behavior. Once seated, one server comes to the table with menus, and takes the cocktail or wine order. Then he never returns after serving wine. One waiter drifted over, and asked if we needed something, never once announcing that he was in fact there to take the food order. He never introduced himself either. After receiving appetizers, it took between 45 minutes to an hour, for the entrees to be delivered. This was the theme for the evening. Most people, waited and waited, and waited for their entrees. There is no excuse for this kind of delay! The waiter should have alerted us, and apologized for the delay, but instead he was taking drink orders from other parties. What should have been a 2 hr. meal, was more like 3 hours, with no dessert. This was one of the worst dinning experiences at Bice. When you wait that long for your food to be delivered, you're not impressed with the food, which was mediocre at best. If it were not for the manager, Jose Gonzalez, we would never return. Jose is extremely pleasant, warm and professional, unlike the other manager, who's rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. During our last visit, we didn't have access to Jose, so we didn't waste our time, complaining to the other manager, who doesn't ever acknowledge our presence, nor does he appreciate our business. Jose would certainly never behave like this.
We realize that restaurants are having a difficult time, and that's why we're patient, and as understanding as we can be, under the circumstances.
We dine in Palm Beach several times a week, and at no time have we ever had an experience like we did at Bice. Until the Pandemic is over, we're not returning, because Bice could very easily be labled Covid Central for now.
