Dining at Blossom was one of the highlights of my trip to
Dining at Blossom was one of the highlights of my trip to Vegas. I was dining alone and was a little anxious about it as they were very busy but the customer service was exceptional and I was made to feel welcome and taken care of. The decor and ambiance is very elegant and comfortable. For starters I ordered a lychee martini, the Hong Kong style soup and a fried squid appetizer. The lychee martini was divine. It actually had a refreshing lychee flavor unlike most places that serve it and it doesn't taste like lychee at all. I have since tried to order it at other places but they can't compare to Blossom. The staff recommended I try the Hong Kong style soup and I'm so glad I did. This is soup you can't just get anywhere. It is very special as it was slow cooked for many hours and extracted the flavor from the vegetables beautifully. The squid was fried perfectly with a crispy, flavorful batter and tender and juicy meat inside. The piece de resistance was the Peking Duck. I was really looking forward to this as reviews hyped it as true Hong Kong style which I've never tried despite eating tons of Peking duck over the course of my lifetime. I've never been to Hong Kong before so I can't compare it to that but compared to Peking duck I've enjoyed in Los Angeles and San Francisco chinatowns and countless other restaurants it was so much better! Incredible. They wheel it out here on a cart and carve it tableside. The skin was so crispy and delicious. The duck was so good that I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing so as to avoid getting sick from gluttony. I chose to get the wraps for the duck. Yum. Despite being super full from that delicious duck, I ordered the tapioca dessert and that was delicious as well. Despite being a solo diner I so much enjoyed my dining experience here and can't wait to come back. The staff was so sweet surprising me with a little departing gift beautifully boxed and placed in an Aria shopping tote. Not sure if they do this for everyone or I just lucked out but it was much appreciated. I think of this wonderful dining experience often and can't wait to come back on my next trip to Vegas. Don't forget to make reservations.

Love this upscale, nice, authentic and vicinity of this restaurant across from the Aria high limit bar (my favorite) and close to baccarat room. if you are more than a party of four, make sure you get the steamed fresh fish (sold by weight and maybe not in the menu), they will open and debone for you. I also always go for the peking duck. Loved the upscale attentive experienced service and enjoyed the hot sour soup, pea greens. The menu is deep and servers are helpful describing the dishes, if in doubt. So well located if you enjoy gambling and fun at Aria. I always go upstairs for one spicy tuna handroll at the food hall , as a little pre-dinner treat, play a few hands in the high limit bar that has the best cocktails and dealers and head to Blossom for a perfect evening! Enjoy
Be the first to ReplyI believe Aria has all the best Asian food in Las Vegas.
Blossom doesn't disappoint when it comes with Asian cuisine. The right amount of seasoning and it taste great.

Love the background music and the customer service is friendly. However the food is no better than your local Chinese takeout restaurant and probably worse. The Garlic Prawn Fried Rice was just ok. I had the Chicken Chow Mein and it was horrible! It had no flavor (no salt, spice, sweetness, nothing). It was also dry as in not enough sauce to cover the noodles. Texture of the chicken, noodles, and vegetables was bad. I didn't even eat it and when the waiter came around and asked us if everything was fine my boyfriend said we didn't like the chowmein and the waiter just looked at the fully loaded plate and said "oh". The professional thing for the waiter to do would was to suggest another dish for us to try and ask us if we would like something else considering we hadn't eaten the food. Also the drinks were bad. I had a the peach alcoholic beverage (can't remember the exact name but its the only peach beverage on the drink menu). I honestly think they forgot to add add an ingredient! It literally tasked like they gave me a shot of peach vodka and no other ingredients! One sip and my lungs were on fire! So at this point we have 2 unsatisfactory items on our order. I personally should asked for another dish at the very least because it was truly a waste of money but my boyfriend just wanted to leave it be. Wouldn't come here again as there are other upscale Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyService was amazing! Ambiance was also very nice.
We got the Kung pao chicken it was good, the fried rice was average and the beef medallions and mushrooms were good, mushrooms were the best thing on the table for sure. The beef was under done and really chewy. The potstickers are a must!

Immaculate attention to detail and phenomenal service in spite of the restaurant being fully booked.
Be the first to ReplyWhat an incredible experience! We came here to celebrate
What an incredible experience! We came here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary and from the beginning of our experience to the end, the staff made sure to celebrate with us and make us feel special. They had some table settings for us for celebrating and asked if we wanted some champagne when we arrived. The inside is gorgeous and so well kept and cleanThe food was the best part, loads of flavors and good portion sidings. We ordered the kung pao chicken, fried rice, and veggies. The kung pao chicken was perfectly seasoned and had a great kick of spice to it. The veggies were perfectly steamed and went so well with the fried rice. To end the night they gave us a pistachio dessert and a scoop of s Herbert on the house to help us celebrate! Will definitely come back here to have another great meal and experience!

The food was more of a 3/5 for me but the service really made up for it. The pepper squid and honey glazed ribs are always my go to appetizers here, but this time our main dishes disappointed us. The scallop and string beans were insanely salty, we barely touched it. However, the mango sago dessert really helped soothe any saltiness leftover in my mouth. We usually get the peking duck and the fried king crab, but were too full for a big dinner tonight. Note to self, always stick with the OGs!

Awesome experience! Food was very good, ordered the Peking Duck. The duck was very good and flavorful. I recommended to order the pancakes and dumplings. The service was outstanding, very attentive and friendly. Ambiance was very beautiful. Definitely will come back.
Be the first to ReplyI wanted to give 4 stars but I really thought their quality
I wanted to give 4 stars but I really thought their quality was there and the service was also very good. Price wise, no comment. Mandarin Spare ribs - crispy even with the sauce and after a while, the crust still pretty crispy. Flavor was good as well. String beans - Really good flavor. Little bit spicy for some. I don't consider it sweet. Crispy Sea bass - Really impressive. The fish battered was crispy and the sauce is very flavorful. Most impressive was that at the end of the meal, I tried to finish it and it was still crispy!! Fried rice - Good. Done well. Not too oily and rice stay individually not stuck togetherCrispy fried chicken - delicious, not oily. Good flavor. Mongolian beef - Good. All in all, the chef here are for real. He's got skills. You can noticed many little things about these dishes, he's got good skill. I suspect he's from HK and very likely a really good restaurant.

The service was great, they accommodate me by using a gluten free sauce of me having a food allergy. Their food portion was small for the price like the walnut prawns, I think we only got eight pieces. The chair was dirty which they cleaned before I sat down. The ambiance was great. It's good for date night.

I'm going to start off by saying the bathrooms are on point no cap. The food was pretty tasty though very expensive. $10 per bottle of water? No thanks. The prices were a little high for the quality to be honest. The portions were on the small side considering the price and the quality was mediocre. Go to xiao long you will be happier. Service was good though

Ended up here last minute and we were pleasantly surprised, everything from the ambiance and service to food was amazing. We started with the egg rolls and hot and sour soup. It was delicious to say the least. We next tried the Mongolian beef, spicy chicken clay pot and shrimp fried rice. Again really delicious. Would love to go back again.

Be the first to ReplyThis place is beyond incredible! I can't say enough about
This place is beyond incredible! I can't say enough about the service, décor, and food. It's delicious. Seriously. Delicious. But this level of food definitely comes at a price... $$$$. It's very expensive, but as I said, seriously delicious.
Be the first to ReplyThis place was very pleasing to the eye.
The decor along with the soft music just add to the ambience. We went for my friend's birthday and the staff was very gracious. The dessert they got us was delicious. Very good experience!!
Be the first to ReplySpendy, as all things in Vegas.
Service was great. Food was good. We had several different selections. Only complaint was portion size but then again, these bougie places tend to have small portions. We enjoyed the romantic ambiance. Everything was clean, all employees were masked.Mildly salty for our palette but again we enjoyed it. No major complaints. We would try it again if back at aria next time.Happy eating!
Be the first to ReplyGood enough Chinese resto on the strip.
I enjoyed the food. Not too noisy and service is fast. They said it's traditional Chinese food but I think it's quite American fusion already. But everything I ordered are pretty delicious. Check the photos.
Be the first to ReplyHad a decent date night meal .
We got our Chinese food fix and their daily soup are always great. Great service and atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplySo I was at the Aria on business and thought I'd try out
So I was at the Aria on business and thought I'd try out Blossom. The staff was very attentive and the decor was lovely. I ordered the BBQ duck and some garlic spinach and a glass of wine. I made it out if there at just over $100. That being said I don't mind paying that for a great meal, although I've had better. My biggest critique was the duck. I know it was served "Chinese" style, but I felt awkward trying to cut the duck from the bones and get the most out of my meal. I think in such a nice restaurant, they should debone the duck. I realize that the Peking duck is done tableside, but it was just me and I didn't need a whole duck.
Be the first to ReplyOur family had dinner here on a Friday night.
With reservation, we were seated right away. Loved their decorations, the tables were a little too closed for me since we are still in the pandemic. Their wine list was extensive. We ordered the Peking duck and yes, it was the best Peking duck I have. Everything else we ordered were all tasty. The portion was okay, not too small like some other fancy restaurant on the trip. Service was excellent. We already plan to come back next time we visit Las Vegas
