And drinks. Fried chicken was awesome. This place is pricey. Our waiter was awful as he was late, seemed to not care about us and did not spend much time helping us. A place like this and charging at these rates cannot afford such bad service

Really enjoyed our dinner! Everything we ordered was delicious! Especially enjoyed the bone marrow with oxtail marmalade...soooo delicious! The Kaluga Caviar was very good as well. Their drinks were well made and overall customer service was excellent!! Highly recommended
We were excited for this experience but were relatively underwhelmed! We easily called to make a last minute reservation for 2 for a Friday night dinner. They seated us quickly and the ambience was nice. - Baked cheesy oysters: 5/5 would get this again. Comes with 6 baked oysters with a delicious creamy, cheesy overlay and a surprise bunch of spinach inside the shell. These were delightful and a must for the table. Star of the night for sure. -Crispy rice tuna: The crispy rice was good but the tuna did not taste fresh. I think this has to do with soy sauce in the flavor profile. I love spicy tuna with my entire heart but if they had used some sort of light, citrus flavors I think this dish would've been much better. 2/5-Fried chicken entree: This entree was massive. You could easily split this between 2 people. We are from the South and love fried chicken. The skin was indeed crispy as described in multiple reviews but it was also very salty with lack of unique flavor. Wanted to balance it out with the greens but they were also salty. Syrup dipping sauce was meh although it did diffuse the saltiness. Mashed potatoes were alright but nothing to write home about. Overall, the textures were great but the overall flavors were disappointing. 3/5Service was wonderful and we could not complain with how we were kindly treated. Perhaps there are other dishes we will come back and try again.
Service could have been a little better. it took a while to place our order and we had 4 different people come up to us so I'm not sure who our main server was but it was pretty great .
5 stars & what makes it even better is I'll be back in May for round 2. Great Service, Great Ambiance, Great Food. Started w/ east & west coast oysters which were fresh & perfectly proportioned; steak tartare w/ waffle chips, capers & I think some sort of shaved cheese, I was expecting it cubed but it was more like a pate & it was delicious. & the yellowtail jalapeรฑo aguachile, which was gone in less than 5 minutes. For the mains, she had the salmon, mashed potatoes & asparagus while I went big w/ surf & turf Ribeye medium rare & whole lobster w/ mashed potatoes & sautรฉed spinach. Everything was perfect & flavorful, servers were on point, friendly & never let us have to ask for anything. It didn't hurt that the Cosmo slots let me walk away up after playing for hours. 5 's, see you in 2 months.
The service and food was absolutely wonderful! We did make a reservation and I'm glad we did because it was a full house, but the service did not miss a beat. We started with 2 of the best cocktails I've ever had. We could see the bartender making the drinks and were impressed and appreciated the proof level! Finally, our main course came and it was so good that I couldn't stop talking about it. I had the bone-in NY strip and it cut and went in my mouth like butter. OMG! I live in Texas and assumed great steak only came from Texas, well I stood corrected once the manager told me they pride themselves in the best California steaks. Bravo! I ate all of it and my husband loved his ribeye. This is a must try restaurant if ever in Vegas.
Our waiter joey was amazing! He gave us all the good recommendations with outstanding service. We got the cheese fondu, salmon, fried chicken, and rack of lamb. We would recommend all 4 dishes and have again! Our food came at the perfect times, with enough time between each course. The hostesses were very nice and attentive, and helped me organize a birthday creme brรปlรฉe for my dad. We loved it! Thank you!
The seafood is really good but the best thing I liked on the menu was the fried chicken! Its crispy the right way and very juicy! The staff was also very friendly! It's great setting for anniversaries and business meetings. I strongly recommend this place!
Ate here as part of a work group dinner. Atmosphere of restaurant was nice, kind of dark but not too dark and service was great. Not sure what happened but didnโt get our first course until after weโd been seated for an hour. Salad was good and had nice big chunks of blue cheese. Filet and potatoes was excellent. Wished there was a vegetable. Chocolate Bruno for dessert was phenomenal. Great food but took 2.5 hours for three courses which felt unnecessarily dragged out.
We had a late reservation but really wanted to try their fried chicken.We started with some glasses of Prosecco and their fresh Washington oysters and they were outstanding!They offer complementary bread that was very good as well. We also enjoyed their Yellowtail Jalapeno Aguachile and I highly recommend this dish. It's served with red onion, cilantro, crispy garlic chips and a Thai citrus dressing...better than anything I have ever eaten at Nobu.The fried chicken was insanely good! It was accompanied by mashed potatoes, gravy & collard greens. My husband and I shared the dish and ate every bite!Wine by the bottle selection is small but a nice selection.All and all a great dinning experience and we look forward to returning very soon!
The salmon was fabulous. The people were amazing. The service was fast and efficient. The free anniversary ice cream was delectable. Love this place so much. The only recommendation we would have is a more reasonably priced steak selection. $68 for an 8 ounce fillet is on the high end. We will be returning.
Stephen was a fantastic waiter. Chaichi made sure everything was perfect. The ambiance is so much better than the online pictures make it look. It was intimate and comfortably luxurious. Hanger steak was great as was the Colorado Rack of Lamb! We will be back! Thanks
First time dining at Blue Ribbon in The Cosmopolitan Hotel. Stylish decor with a great variety of seating options. We were seated in a large booth, very private. Started with the shrimp cocktail which was delicious. The cheese fondue was lovely, great presentation. My husband had the half chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach. He couldnโt stop raving about the spinach, it was the best heโs ever had! I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The food was all excellent. Service was very good as well. The menu has many different, appealing options. Reasonable prices for this dining experience. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
