Located in Summerlin at Red Rock Casino & Resort, Blue Ribbon is a great alternative to the great AYCE joints around Vegas. The poke is a must, and the BR sushi boat is a good value at $200. You can't go wrong with anything here since the ingredients are all fresh... esp considering the $$$ price point you're paying for the experience.

Holy moly this place exceeded my expectations in all the best ways! Mario took care of us tonight and he was so knowledgeable about the menu and recommended some of the best things we ate. The vibe is quiet and transports you straight to Japan with the decor. The food is the shining star. All the fish was fresh and each bite left a favor explosion in your mouth. We didn't know what appetizer to try so we got the pupu plater and that was also a 10/10. I ordered a milk tea to wash it all down. Can't wait to come back again for date night!

My date and I had an positive dining experience at Blue Ribbon, a Japanese restaurant that definitely knows how to please it's customers. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps, and they were so good that we almost ordered seconds! For our main course, we tried the Wagyu Skirt Steak with Chimichurri and Potato Herb Salad, and it was cooked to our requested done-ness. And the sushi was a highlight too; the ebi tempura and futomaki were super fresh and flavorful. We couldn't resist ending the meal with the matcha tiramisu and matcha ice cream, which were the perfect sweet treat.The atmosphere at Blue Ribbon was really cozy and welcoming, and the wait staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The price was reasonable and we felt like we were getting a great value for the meal. While some dishes may not have been mind-blowing, we still had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot for a fun night out, whether you're a local or staying at Red Rock Casino. We give Blue Ribbon a solid 4 out of 5 stars for its great food, lively atmosphere, great service, and reasonably priced. It's definitely worth a visit!

Mario and his team made sure that the service was outstanding and birthday worthy for our party of seven. Extensive menu for the sushi/sashimi lover but other good options for those who aren't. Everyone really enjoyed their menu choice including the seaweed salad and edamame appetizers, sushi, wagyu burger, halibut, and surf and turf. Blood orange sorbet, green tea banana split, and gingerbread pudding wrapped the meal. Traditional Japanese decor vibe rounded out the experience. Would definitely return.

The food is delicious and staff is friendly. The quality and freshness of the fish is top notch. I ordered sushi and sashimi combination plate with some Chu Toro or medium fatty tuna. The sushi combo plate comes with 15 pieces of assorted fish and 1 roll you can choose from. With every bite you can taste freshness of the fish and it melts in your mouth. With this place being inside the Red Rock Hotel and Casino the prices are reasonable. If you are not into sushi let me just say they have a burger you can order. I absolutely love this Sushi place and will be coming back for some more.

I came here to eat with my sister for dinner last week and was set on ordering the Omakase that I saw someone posted on Instagram. It is in red rocks, so be prepared to park in a big parking lot and do a little bit of walking to get inside of the casino. Upon entering the restaurant, the vibe of the place was very chill. There was two hostesses working the front and since we told them it is our first time we didn't know where we would like to sit. She said that we can be sat and if we don't like it, we can move to a different spot. We were thinking about either the bar sushi chef area But apparently there is also a bartender bar area as well. We opted for the sushi chef area. Looking around there seems to be tables around that seems like it can be a good date spot. This place has dim lighting and a very relaxed vibe. Although the chef don't really talk to you over there the person who does is your waitress. What's cool about sitting there if you can see the chef, making all the rolls for all the tables. The waitress we had was awesome and answered all of our questions we had since it was our first time there. If she didn't know some things, she would come back and find out with an answer. She was very friendly and courteous, as well as attentive to us. We started with large hot sake for $19. We ordered the hot rock beef for an appetizer, as well as hamachi jalapeño, crispy rice with spicy tuna and spicy scallops. All were so amazing!!!! The omakase (chefs choice) we ordered for 1 and shared it. They brought out a spicy tuna tartar with seaweed wrap. Oh there was also a raw quail egg yolk on top as well. Tasted alright. The wagyu dumplings were tasty but nothing I would order separately. Wasn't juicy enough for me. The main dish came out and was plentiful! Spicy diced tuna, king crab meat, abalone slices, oyster, cucumber boat filled with uni & fish eggs, herring roe, bunch of sashimi & nigiri pieces, a couple of hand rolls... so blown away!! All were yummy! The final dessert was a martini glass with white chocolate pudding with Oreo cookie crumbles. Wasn't bad but nothing spectacular. Anyways the omakase was worth it to us.. $100 for it but so much comes with it!! Highly recommend for sure! If you go with someone just order 1. Plus other apps and such and you'll be golden. Our bill was a little over $200 for two people but was worth it. The quality of the foods were so fresh and delish for the most part. I would recommend for anyone to come here and experience for yourself how delightful this place was. Me and my sis had a fabulous time here.

One of my favorite sushi restaurants! The quality and the options are my favorite! The tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, masago, etc. so delicious! So fresh! I have never tasted such tender meat like I had tonight. It comes off the bone on top of what was supposed to be sweet potatoes. Instead I got a mashed potato and it was creamy and delicious. They did away with the wasabi as well, but the meal did not disappoint.

A quaint little place that offers indoor and outdoor seating.Started with the miso soup, California roll w/ real crab (upcharge), and some select sushi which appeared on the smallish side. Also tried the calamari which was served with peppers and a creamy dipping sauce. All were fresh tasting.The Surf & Turf included a smallish 1/2 lobster with miso butter. It's hard to tell from my pic, but the lobster meat is removed, prepared, and re-stuffed. You get chunks almost the entire length of the 1/2 shell. The creamy butter sauce is very tasty. The Turf side consists of a 6oz. NY Strip. It's normally not my preferred cut, but this was well-prepared, tender and moist. The Terriyaki glaze was a good touch. The Asparagus tips were large and tender.Finished with the Ginger Bread Pudding which was a nice spin and good.Overall, it was a good experience. Great taste and presentation, but sadly felt a victim of Shrinkflation as I preferred larger portions. Still, I would have no problems returning.

We had a reservation so we were quickly seated. The place was not as big as I thought but it had a nice atmosphere for a dinner date or a group dinner. The place was clean and had a nice lighting. The server was attentive and food came out on time. We only ordered a few items since we opted for a light dinner. Everything we got was absolutely satisfying. I would probably come again to try the other things on the menu.

Very nice restaurant inside of the Red Rock Resort and Spa. Service - our server was very kind and always made sure to check on us.Food - quality of the fish was GREAT. Extremely rare to find quality fish like this in Las Vegas. Definitely 5 stars there. Downfall - They were out of a lot of food items when we went. Almost ended up leaving because we knew ahi could only make 5 of us so full. Luckily our server got the chef to make us the dinner Oxtail Fried Rice. Oxtail fried rice was good. Overall, not sure if I would pay that price for the food again. Food was good, but I didn't dance while eating.....

This place is so far the best that I have found in our local area. Very fresh food and very friendly service. Ask for Tony at the bar area. He is very knowledgeable about the different offers of the day and will make some great recommendations as to the best deal when ordering. The front door staff was also tremendously friendly when we arrived. I made lunch reservations to insure we would have a nice table. I would do the same for dinner. Please enjoy. We sure did.

We have been coming to Blue Ribbon since they were at the Cosmopolitan. They were open late, so husband and I would go there for late night dinner after work. The food was always fantastic!!! Not much has change since then, quality of fish is still fresh & delicious. We usually order the Omakase, my favorite! I get a taste of most items on the menu. We leave this place satisfied every time. Thank you to the staffs for always giving wonderful services.

What I ordered: crispy rice sushi roll, chicken wraps, and halibut and truffle mashed potatoes. I sat at the bar and had bartender Anthony took my order and offered menu suggestions. The bartenders are very classy but laid back here which is a nice surprise for a casino. They made masterpiece cocktails. We also really appreciated the very high quality food and casual ambiance. Everyone here seemed to really enjoy their jobs and the patrons were also all seemingly relaxed and happy. I can't wait to return to this location to try more of their recommendations.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
