Don’t miss the Ginger Bread Pudding!
The food is AMAZING HERE! Everything we had was delicious, fresh and creative. The ambience is great and the service was outstanding. Red Rock is a hike from The Strip, but that won’t stop us from returning here for dinner next time!

I have never tasted such tender meat like I had tonight. It comes off the bone on top of what was supposed to be sweet potatoes. Instead I got a mashed potato and it was creamy and delicious. They did away with the wasabi as well, but the meal did not disappoint.

Absolutely the best Sushi place we have visited in our local area. Super fresh food and even better service. Ask for Tony as he is very knowledgeable about the food and the best deals. The front door staff was very friendly as well. I can’t wait to go back. Please enjoy!
Be the first to ReplyGood food and fantastic service.
Great service. We sat at the bar outside and server/bartender was very attentive and knowledgeable (about food and Vegas). Food was very good and we received our food quickly. Gluten free soy sauce and food options available. Just found it a little pricey.
Be the first to ReplyNOT JUST SUSHI
We were hungry recently and decided to try this place. We thought it was mostly a sushi and sashimi restaurant, but we were wrong. We were surprised that they had a turf and surf. The steak was done perfectly, and the lobster was juicy. The price was reasonable for what we received.
Be the first to ReplyGreat sashimi, great service!!
Service was excellent. Food was even better. Highly recommend. Sashimi was some of the best I’ve tasted. They’ve done a fantastic job creating a beautiful dining experience.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious sushi and oysters. Great happy hour!
March 22nd I went out to dine for the first time in a year! It was my son's birthday, he's a paramedic firefighter in California and I felt very privileged and blessed to be able to celebrate his birthday with him 😍 We sat out on the patio, it was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed the gentle breeze and the mountain views. We got there during happy hour so we enjoyed some wine , beers and sake and munched on some yummy appetizers!
The chicken wings were crunchy and good , although not very well seasoned, but the Wasabi honey more than made up for that. I could dip anything in that sauce LOL !
We then ordered dinner and enjoyed some special sushi rolls, fried calamari and other specialties... but the piece de resistance: my favorite of the whole night was the oysters: they were on point perfectly chilled a little salty taste of the ocean they were delicious 😋
Our waiter was attentive and the manager George was super super nice and helpful .
They accommodated my gluten free diet. I would definitely go back there again. Their sushi and oysters can be a little expensive but its quality. You can also go check them out for happy hour: really good deals for $7 a piece 3 to 6 p.m. all week definitely worth a visit.
Thank you Blue Ribbon Sushi bar and grill, for making my first dining out experience since the pandemic lockdown an enjoyable and memorable one!
Doesn't Disappoint...
Have been the numerous times. Product is very consistent and has always been great. Staff is very friendly and they take their current rules and restrictions very seriously. Have not only recommended this to place many times...I have brought friends and family their too. If you like fried chicken...you have to check our theirs. Not only is is perfectly done...it comes with a honey wasabi sauce that takes fried chicken to a new level.

Disappointed - Extremely small portions and pricey
I don't feel you get your monies worth, we paid $100 and food quality borderline ok.
We actually left still hungry; this was almost tapas.
Seemed like our server was new or just not attentive; we had to ask for utensils and water.
Delicious
Excellent service; great suggestions, friendly and attentive staff.
The selections were very tasty and the fried chicken is 100% a must have!
amazing fried chicken
We went to this restaurant (in the Red Rock casino/ hotel) because we read about their amazing fried chicken. We were not disappointed. We were served 4 pieces equaling a half chicken. It was wonderfully crunchy, the way we like it and full of flavor. It was served with a wasabi honey that was also terrific. We also shared a waygu beef burger and fries that was excellant. The decor was as expected for a sushi restaurant but they did have a large number of booths which made it cozy. The service was friendly. My main complaint was the cost. The chicken was $30 which I think was a bit excessive but I guess you do get what you pay for. It was terrific.
Be the first to Replyrealy good suchi/sashimi combo platter... the rest of it is ok not worth the high price,.
My wife and I went to the Blue Ribbon in the Red Rock Hotel on Monday night Jan 6.
We went early so we could get a spot at the sushi bar at 5PM (down the street at Femings you can NEVER get a seat for the Happy Hour unless you are there at 4).
You can get table or bar seating for Happy Hour, we chose the sushi bar where it was show time all evening. We ordered five items from the social hour menu...…
obviously you do not get the good stuff on the social menu. But we got a few things we could enjoy. We ended up ordering the fried chicken because we knew it was popular dish. For $30.00 we got half a fried chicken that was dry and hard and quite spicy. Thank goodness for a side dipping of honey to choke it down.. I would save the $30.00 and stop off on the way home at any of a hundred chicken spots and get 6 full chickens for that price. Back to Blue Ribbon. I would say pass on the social menu until they put some good stuff on it, and pop for the sushi/sashimi platter which is about $45.00..... we saw them being made in front of us and it looked very filling, all good stuff and presented nicely. All fresh items are made at the sushi bar with loving care by a crew of 5 workers. It was yawn time on our evening there...at one point we were the only customers....at the most 5 tables. Sit at the sushi bar and you will watch them make your choices, and a waitress will hover over your bar beverage and hot cooked options ….service VERY GOOD. You can call for reservations. And do note there is another Blue Ribbon in Downtown Summerlin and Strip....I am talking about the one in the Red Rock Hotel. Decore is spot on. There is an outdoor area for when the weather warms up
Poor version of the Cosmopolitan's Blue Ribbon
Service excellent.
Food not so much.
For $700 Omakase dinner, sake and tips for a 3-some, major major disappointment
When Mitsui-san ran the Cosmo joint, wasabi chicken tasted much better.
So too were most of the nigiri items in general.
The coupon made the visit worth it
We had a coupon for $30 off the bill of at least $75 or more, so we took advantage and dined there the other night. The quality of what you get is good, the quantity however is lacking, with the sushi and specialty rolls generally the smaller size of those you often find at AYCE joints.
The one item we really liked and thought was fair value tho was their bluefin sushi @ $10 per order. Again, the pieces are not big, but the quality was spot on. Service was also excellent. It's a nice place, but perhaps a bit pricey for what you get, especially without a discount.
