Really nice place and Italian food
5/5 the place is really calm and good. There is an easy parking over there. The Italian food is nice. Constantino from service is a good guy, may help you the best plate for you.
Be the first to ReplyExquisite Italian food in great atmosphere
We had dinner. Extremely professional and friendly service. We had a burratina with focaccia as appetizer. Delicious. My collleague had tuna and I had a tagliolono with cacio pepe prawns, which was exquisite. We had still water and expressos. Bill was $132. I truly recommend
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely, it was a big disappointment
As a partially Italian living in Spain, Costa del Sol, I was looking for a restaurant with live music and Dj to have a great atmosphere, just as I used in La Sala or the Mosh in Marbella. However, I think I put my expectations too high. The music was louder than in the nightclub, and we couldn't understand each other or the waitress. You don't have a place to stand up and Dance, so I don't understand the point of having such loud music. I booked our table as a Birthday, and we even ordered dessert never received any candles or any extra thoughts! Bottles are overpriced, yet we bought one, the same as the food, and it's not fine dining. I prefer to enjoy and taste different flavours if we speak about fine dining. Yet they give such a significant portion that you cannot eat more than one dish. I booked quite a late dinner, 9:30 pm, to see if it would be a chance to dance or enjoy the louder music, but you definitely go there only to eat and drink, and thus no point in having such loud music. The food was Italian, but I haven't noticed which part of Italy. I booked for Birthday dinner. Another table received a candle with their dessert, but we haven't. Definitely, it was a big disappointment—first and last time restaurant for us.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday with the 5 star taster menu and a lazy lunch. All the courses were tasty, and good size portions to leave us satisfied but not uncomfortably full. A lovely range of Italian dishes to get an authentic taste of Italy. The wine list was immense and pricey of course but we found a bottle of red at the more value end to complement our meals. Decor and atmosphere was great as was the service.
Be the first to ReplyBottomless brunch/lunch with a friend
Bottomless lunch review - It wasn’t what I was expecting. It was really loud, like despite actually shouting at each other across the table (small table for 2) we couldn’t really hear each other. The bottomless service is in a different area to the main restaurant, which although is fairly pleasant, it feel like a really divide between the quality of food and service. The drinks were very slow especially at the beginning. The pizza was cold and average, not like the pictures on Tripadvisor which appear to be from the main restaurant and therefore less rushed. They had an option to add truffle oil to a pizza for £12, so ridiculous. I asked for lemonade in my aperol instead of soda water and they agreed but added £4 to the bill, as well as a 15% service, which is a lot. £80 per person for a pizza and 2-3 aperols. Maybe acceptable if I could hear myself talk and handed the bill 90 mins and 20 seconds after arriving.

Pretty good pizza and delicious dessert. Initially I thought my pizza look like salad thrown onto it but was pretty good. The chocolate fondant cake was delicious. It arrived quickly but was fresh and a reasonable price. Great service too

Great experience, good food, good service, nice ambience. We will definitely be back. Special thanks to the hostess team that they found a table even if we didn’t book. Keep it up!
Be the first to ReplyAverage Food, bad service
Wine bottle retained by waiter in cooler away from our table but then didn't refill glasses. No check on how food was. Dirty dishes left 20 - 30 mins after courses. Staff grumpy. Generally a poor experience. Save your money and eat at pizza express / Loch Fyne.

I was impressed when we walked into the restaurant - the decor is very design led and attractive. The service was attentive but the positives stop there. We ordered a pasta dish each. Both were disgusting and didn’t taste fresh. I don’t believe this food is being prepared by proper chefs. As this is in Mayfair and caters for a party crowd at the weekend maybe they don’t care. The food is very expensive for the quality. We both tasted each other’s food - a prawn pasta dish and a ragu pasta. I’m not sure what it was but we both felt very sick very soon afterwards for several hours despite not eating much. Disappointing & a waste of money. I would not return.

A big group of us came to celebrate a birthday meal at the bottomless pizza brunch. I was impressed with the brunch. You might think bottomless pizza sounds a bit 'boring' or uninteresting but the selection of pizzas was very good and each one of them tasted GREAT! The music was fun and I have to say that is the best bottomless prosecco I have had (I drink prosecco a lot). Nice taste and no bitter aftertaste. One special thank you I would like to highlight. Our waiter George/Sjors provided us with OUTSTANDING service. He was kind, funny, attentive and professional. Big thanks to him for making our experience even better!!!
Be the first to ReplyThe noise level makes difficult any quiet, romantic conversation. The food is hit and miss.
The host suggested that we might wish to sit upstairs in the small (100 or so seating) room rather than the cavernous, exceptionally high ceiling main room with a DJ and reached by spiral staircases. We were grateful but that room tuned out to be so loud that quiet conversation across a two-top was impossible because of the noise level made worse by exceptionally loud 8-top parties who were yelling at each other because of the, already high, noise level. The food turned out to be a unique combination of the best and worst of Italian cuisine. The prosciutto was a large serving of succulent, non-aged ham and the veal ragu served with the ravioli was outstanding. But a simple dish of minestrone was so appallingly bad that it was inedible, was returned and was credited off the bill. Having travelled and worked in Italy, the minestrone was like no other experience of the dish - it was a solid mass of soggy and overcooked vegetables with very little liquid stock remaining in the presentation. The waiter was exceptionally helpful and the sommelier knowledgeably helped me understand the breadth of the wine offering, with many to me unknown wines making a value/price selection more difficult. The is one handicap bathroom serving the upper floor - otherwise it is a long walk up and down a pretty narrow and steep staircase.

I booked this for my wifes birthday and our anniversary and We all had a took the family. We all had a fantastic time and the food was excellent. The Sommelier saw me looking at the wine. I told you I'm not a list a tad bemused as the prices ranged from 80 - 3950 and not being a connoisseur he came over to assist me. I asked for the best wine they have for about 100 a bottle and when he gave me his suggestion i asked for 3 bottles to be place on ice. I did say I'm not a connoisseur. The wine he suggested was absolutely beautiful - thank you !!!!! When our bill arrived I paid it but he same back to remind me I had only had 2 bottles and refunded the money immediately....Thank you !!!!! As said it's pricey but you do get what you pay for - I recommend paying a visiting

I booked a table for four just the night before & was surprised by how busy the entire restaurant was. Every single table was taken! We were seated very quickly & orders taken swiftly. The starters were plentiful & delicious. I’d say the calamari was especially tasty. Our mains came soon after. The atmosphere was perfect. Some celebrating birthdays, anniversaries & we’re even surprised with a small celebratory ice cream as I’d mentioned at the time of booking that this was the case. The only two points of disappointment were that they forgot all of the accompaniments we ordered with our mains meal so no fries, vegetables or potatoes but tbh, we were all so full that this was welcoming. They were very apologetic & removed from the bill. The second was the we were seated upstairs & in order to use the restroom, had to walk up & down the same stairs being used by the waiting staff to transport the food from the kitchen to the guests. So lots of commotion on this one staircase. There were also only two toilets so where I had to wait, I was just standing outside the kitchen in everyone’s way until one of the cubicles became free. Overall a lovely experience but probably wouldn’t return as it was quite expensive without offering anything exceptional.
Be the first to ReplyTrue Italian cuisine and a lively vibe
The most luxurious Italian restaurant in Mayfair! I definitely love the service and their amazing Italian dishes! I had a lunch set menu for starter a buffalo mozzarella and for main a salmon. Their tiramisu is to die for! The decoration is amazing as well. I will definitely visit it again!

A group of us went to Bocconcino on a Wednesday night for dinner and had a great time. The DJ made the atmosphere very lively, the staff were very attentive, and the food was delicious.

Saturday Brunch The bottomless brunch at Bocconcino was spectacular. We went for a friend’s birthday and were treated very well. Our drinks were constantly topped up and the pizzas were all extremely tasty. We also loved the music from the DJ who made the day even more fun.
Be the first to ReplyLoud music!
If you enjoy dining whilst listening to really loud techno music, go here. If you don’t, stay away! And we were not that impressed by the food either.

Prices exortionate , but no more than ought to be exoected in the style epi centre of the worlds besy city. Food really better than we expected. Service briliant. But ..whats with the incongrous disco pump live dj music ... he was really goid but ought of place .. totally nothing italian about it and so loud that it destroyed the oppirtunity of conversation. This is why it dropped to average for us. It would have been really so nice to have unamplifed live music....

Booked the bottomless brunch for 26th March at 1430 to celebrate my friend’s birthday
Unfortunately, there were road closures throughout London due to protesters protesting against the war on Ukraine.
While in traffic we notified the restaurant that we would be a little late, at first we were informed there was a 15 minute grace period to prevent losing the time from our 1 hour 30 minutes allocated time.
Approximately 20 minutes later we made contact with the restaurant again to inform them that the traffic was so bad that we wouldn’t arrive until 15:20 therefore, losing a significant amount of our allocated time slot. We then requested if our booking time could be pushed back to a later time to enable us to not lose our booing due to the exceptional circumstances we were experiencing the lady we spoke to advised us that our booking could be moved to 1545 and that the bottomless brunch would still be honoured.
To confirm this my friend request to have and email confirmation sent to her with the new booking information confirmed in writing. The restaurant agreed and sent us the email that specified the new booking terms that were bottomless brunch for 5 people.
After a horrific journey we arrived for 1530. Upon our arrival we were told that we could not have the bottomless brunch and should have been told that on the phone. We informed the restaurant that we had not been informed on the phone and that we had an email confirmation with the new booking information that specified a bottomless brunch for 5 people. We were then told we were incorrect and that they would not honour it. One of the receptionist apologised and said she had only been with the company for 3 days and she had made a mistake.
We requested to speak to the manager to explain the situation. We informed the staff that if we were unable to have the bottomless brunch we would accept to have food from their main menu so long as the restaurant would honour the price of £65 per person due to the errors and miscommunication on the restaurants part.
The manager was very rude had no empathy or people skills and clearly didn’t care at all. He was unwilling to accept any responsibility for the error of his team and lied to us and said the email was auto generated even though his receptionist had already apologise and taken ownership for the mistake she has made. The manager was not prepared to make any sort of compromise or good will gesture for the inconvenience and was clearly not interested in our business.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was very dull and it was pretty much empty and in my opinion the manager could have easily accommodated a group of 5 people who were prepared to spend a minimum of £325 in his restaurant.
This is my reason for sharing that I do NOT recommend this restaurant.
With the exception of the poor staff member that made the error they were all incredibly rude and disrespectful to their customers. If the food was as poor as their attitude I’m sure we had a luck escape!
AVOID….
Booked the bottomless brunch for 26th March at 1430 for 5 ladies, however due to road courses in the London area due to protests, we called ahead to notify that we would be slightly late, the lady advised that my booking could be moved to 1545 and that the bottomless brunch would still be honoured, I even had the lady send me the new confirmation of the bottomless brunch confirmation. We arrived for 1530 to be told a big fat no that, that is incorrect and that they would not honour it, we spoke to the manager who clearly didn’t care and wasn’t interested in our business. The place was pretty much empty and it was my birthday. The whole attitude from the front desk staff wasn’t great, they made a mistake and didn’t care. For that reason I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff are extremely rude, do not care about their customers and didn’t want to help resolve the matter. Avoid this place because these people working here do not care about their customers and I found them very rude. I have provided proof below of the restaurant confirming my booking change and bottomless brunch. A complete wasted journey into central London.

For a very trendy restaurant in Mayfair the venue was missing a lively atmosphere.
Moving away from the only negative and diving into the positives, the food was fantastic in particular one of the best veal milanese I've had. I also recommend the Bistecca Tomohawk if your sharing.
Waiting staff very friendly and attentive.
Will try again.
