Great ambience but disappointing
Great ambience but honestly bland and disappointing overall. Fish didn't appear to be seasoned in any discernible way and the gnocchi was not great. Other plates were average. Great wine.

The filled croissants were delicious of course, but so was their oatmeal & yogurt parfaits! We were happy to have a healthier breakfast choice while staying at the Venetian.
Be the first to ReplyGreat for breakfast
We breakfasted here every other day on our 14 day trip. Fabulous pastries and coffee. The line was often long, but that is reflective of the quality of the product. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would particularly recommend the Kouign Aman. Only negative was they have stopped selling epi bread - so you have to get that from the restaurant - but they were more than happy to help out. Love this place,
Be the first to ReplyGreat croissants from a hard to find bakery
This bakery is kind of tucked away under an escalator in the Venetian. The Venetian is kind of a maze so it took us a bit to find this bakery. The first time we passed by, it was closed even though according to their hours, it was still supposed to be open. Maybe they sold out. The next morning, we got there early (around 8am) and there wasn't a long line. We got a croissant and an almond croissant. Both were great. I wish we had more time to try their other desserts (and huge macarons), but maybe next time. Prices are decent for what you get.

Why behind the esclator? Small but nice options. Get the "ohho" and macrons. Fresh, delish and you'll want to go bacl for more.
Be the first to ReplyOutpacing the rest of the strip's bakeries for 17 years
Last visited almost eleven years prior Bouchon Bakery remains ever-popular, the presence of two additional outlets inside the Venetian/Palazzo complex doing little to diminish long lines and even less to compromise the quality of Baked Goods from a man who has built an empire on the phrase “it’s all about finesse.” Part of the property since 2006, Viennoisseries including a textbook Kouign Amann and iconic Cheese Danish as good as ever, new additions include a weekly Parfait this time featuring Bananas plus Butterscotch and Banana Bread as good as one will find anywhere. Forever *the* spot for palm-sized Macarons, not forgetting the TKO or Better Nutter, Bouchon’s Almond Croissant looks good but lacks the flavor of Rosallie off-strip – a small gripe in the face of the Dark Chocolate OH-OH or Oatmeal Cookies that outpace Grandma’s or any other tasted to this date.

The almond, chocolate croissant and blueberry muffin were both delicious! So flakey and yummy! The line wasn't bad at 10am.
Be the first to ReplyGood place for a quick breakfast
Delicious egg sandwiches and croissants. Stopped in 3 times during our stay at the Venetian. Despite how busy they were, the staff was very efficient.
Be the first to ReplyBad experience
To my opinion, as a business you cannot afford hiring people in the service industry that have bad attitude and lack of patience to clients. The coffee/bakery in the venetian hotel has exactly this type of employees. No smile, bad attitude, rude faces when you ask to heat your pastry, all and all just bad unpleasant vibe. If there was a closer more approachable coffee shop in the lobby I would definitely go there instead of here. Shame.

We stopped here twice on our last two stays in the Venetian and Palazzo and the pastries just seem a bit stale. They look great through the showcase window but are lacking when you bite into them. The coffee is good.
Be the first to Replynice breakfast sandwiches!
ate there total of 3 times for breakfast and coffee - was consistently good! others felt the same as was always a line to get food....not a long wait however!
Be the first to ReplyA bit disappointed - not the great place from our past visits
Very sad to write the second review and not be "excellent" like before! We used to enjoy and rave about the almond croissants. This time, it was a bit dry. Like left over even though we went early in the morning (maybe left from yesterday). So disapponited. The next morning we tried the chocolate croissant, not too much flavor. Certainly not the airy French version. Starbuck's chocolate croissant with a lightly toast was better than what we got. What happened, Bouchon?
Be the first to ReplyProper French Pastries
Wonderfully flaky almond croissant, as well as a delicious blueberry muffin along with rich coffee. A fantastic break from the mass produced, horrible pastries at Starbucks with coffee that does not taste burnt. More expensive, but worth it!!
Be the first to ReplyNever had anything bad there
Grabbed breakfast there 3 mornings and everything was very good. The cream cheese croissant was a bit rich for me, and the egg and cheese croissant could have been a little hotter, but everything had good flavor and was fresh. Line does get long.
Be the first to ReplyLoved it
Wake up early , be prepared to stand in a very long line, but it is well worth it. Their pastries are amazing as is their coffee.
Be the first to ReplyOvercooked Croissants
Dry as a bone. I had to peel off the top layer for it to be edible. Would not recommend this place, and it was usual LV overpriced.
Be the first to Replygood pastries
Pastries will not disappoint most people; visited this place twice and was very satisfied both times.
The coffee was okay, not great. Excellent service
Not french!
The croissants are very heavy and huge! And don't have the lightness of French pastries. Very overrated.
Be the first to ReplyBouchon Bistro To Go is Very Nice
The Bakery is closed - and the Bistro has limited hours. We had a sandwich for lunch and some pastries to go. It was all excellent. The selection is a bit limited since this is a small space, but it's very good!

Stopped daily for delicious coffee and chocolate almond croissants so fresh and delicious always busy with very long lines but does move fairly quick
Very tasty wonderful service
Had the mussels which were amazing, and the maple creme brulee which was delicious. Our server Cassidy was wonderful, great atmosphere, would definitely go again
Be the first to ReplyThe Bakery on the Strip CLOSED. Empty...... :(
Here in late July. The larger bakery store on the Strip is closed, but storefront still there. The smaller bakery inside the Venetian (near the Guest Elevators) is open for morning coffee and baked goods and is excellent. Restaurant open but limited hours post Covid. They seemed overwhelmed when we had dinner there recently. Excellent bakery and we hope it survives and returns to all its locations and previous schedules!

The pastries are to die for! The chocolate almond croissant is a must. Great coffee. Great for the early riser. The line goes fast.
Be the first to ReplyGreat traditional French bistro
This is a traditional French bistro. We started with traditional Soupe à l’Oignon (French Onion soup) and Escargots de Bourgogne with puff pastry. This was followed by a Steak Boucher (Ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce) and Moules au Safran ( Maine bought mussels steamed with white wine , Dijon mustard and saffron) together with a single (huge) portion of excellent French style (thin) fries. Everything was delicious and cooked just right. The sommelier was very impressed with our choice of aperitifs (Aperol Spritz and Campari Soda), and after discussion introduced us to his preferred alternative ingredient for Negronis which we will try out soon.
Be the first to ReplyWell worth the money.
The coffee tasted great and I highly recommend the Almond croissant, drizzled with chocolate on top.
