Goood croissant, located in venetian hotel, good for breakfast, service is also good.

The bakery items here are really good! I tried the fruit danish and the Koiugn Amann and they were flaky, fresh and authentic. I also got a latte and it really wasn't that good. It's the reason they aren't 5 stars. Definitely go for the pastries and skip the coffee
Be the first to ReplyBest quiche I have ever had.
Croissants were top notch too as well as coffee drinks. I will always eat here when at the Venitian.

This is a must go to, literally every single day I stay at the Venetian. There's always a long line, but worth the wait. The pastries are fantastic. The holy grail though is the kouign amann. And it really is worth the daily weight gain! It's flaky and buttery like a croissant, but the outside has a crust of melted sugar giving it a nice crispy, sweet and chewy texture. It's just a perfect combination and there's nothing like it. Try it and you'll be hooked! The cheese Danish is also insane. Not only is there a huge cream cheese dollop on top, but it goes alllllll the way through the pastry. Holy lord, it's a religious experience. Pair these with a good cup of Illy coffee and your mouth will thank you.
Be the first to ReplyPretty decent selection.
To get here, inside the Venetian Casino floor, follow signs to "Venetian Theatre." It is behind the escalators in front of the Theatre. The service is reliable and quick. The coffee here is excellent (had a black Americano); the chia is excellent; fresh fruit perfect; pastries out of this world (all superb); and the breakfast ham, egg & cheese sandwich is excellent.

Been to this location twice and was going to leave a decent review. That is until I got food poisoning from here. How do I know it was here? It's because this was the only place I ate before the food poisoning kicked in about 4 hours later. Completely ruined the rest of my trip and made for a hellish flight back home the next day. It was likely the ham and cheese baguette as my wife only had a small bite and was fine. Be careful when eating at this location and stick to pastries. Don't make the same mistake I did. Terrible experience.
Be the first to ReplyTheir macarons are huge and good.
Coffee is okay. Got the Turkey sandwich based on other Yelp reviews but I really didn't like it at all. It had wilted arugula and soggy baguette. It was not made fresh and didn't deserve the good reviews. It's more like a premade, sitting for hours supermarket sandwich rather than a bakery shop made to order sandwich. Should have stuck with my usual selection of croissants.

So good that it might be worth a trip to Vegas itself! It's cute that there is a Starbucks and Coffee Bean nearby, but everyone that knows is in the long line for Bouchon. Definitely worth the wait! Pro tip - have them heat it up.

Under the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, next to Juice Farm and the Venetian Tower Guest Suite elevators. In front of the Venetian Theatre. Look for the line early in the morning, but moves relatively quick. Good selection of pastries. I had the oatmeal cookie $4.25 ....love oatmeal cookies... not bad...but nothing really to write home about. Just a bit of chew in the cookie.

Enjoyed a little Bouchon bakery action prior to departing Sin City! There was a line that went rather quickly. We ordered a caramel latte, chocolate almond croissant, and everything bagel croissant. Both croissants had buttery, flaky goodness going on. Everything was delicious... forgot to snap pics! We also got a couple macarons in a box to go for our daughters, which we'll sample when we get home (mom and dad tax!)Only issue was that my drink order was somehow missed. I had to inquire about it several minutes after receiving my bakery order when I noticed a few patrons who were behind me in line get their orders before me. Showed them my receipt and they made it right then. While in Vegas, it's worth the pit stop!

Went on a wild goose chase trying to find this place! We were so excited to try it because we love everything Thomas Keller does. Well... let me preface by saying it was a busy morning and I understand having to work early and deal with long lines of Vegas tourists. That being said, one of the women working there was a bit curt when asking what we wanted. I gave her our order and had her repeat it back to me because it seemed like she wasn't really paying attention. She seemed annoyed at my request and repeated back, "chocolate almond croissant, Oh-Oh, cheese danish, turkey baguette sandwich, everything bagel croissant and a kouign". Cool, I thought, it's right. We paid and made the trek back to our hotel. We unpacked the food and instead of getting the chocolate almond croissant that we were so excited to try, we were staring down at a regular chocolate croissant. We were so bummed!!! Even after I had her parrot back the order, it was still wrong. Ugh. 5 stars for the food. Minus one for the staffer. First world problems, I know. Everything was delectable, as was the mistake chocolate croissant. But I'd be lying if I said I don't think about the chocolate almond croissant that got away...Pro tip:It's located right under the escalators on the casino level. Next to the Venetian theater. There's no seating, it's only a to go counter.
Be the first to ReplyI visited Bouchon Bakery twice while in Las Vegas.
The bakery is hard to find because I was coming from The Palazzo and the signage around the casino was confusing. The best way to find Bouchon Bakery is to look for the signs that direct you to The Venetian because the bakery is across the elevators for that tower. They have a small selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and perishable desserts in the fridge. My favorites were the chocolate bouchon, TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo) and the croissant. I loved the chocolate bouchons so much that I flew home to Hawaii with a few of them. Yes, they survived the flight and those still tasted amazing when I ate them the next morning. The TKO was big, but I ate all of it myself because it wasn't overly sweet like that stuff that comes in that blue bag from the store. The croissant was moist, buttery, and flakey and I shared that with family back at the room. I think I may have paid over $40 for my pastries during the 2 visits but I was fine with it because they all tasted good. I also I don't know when I'll be able to visit another Bouchon Bakery, so it was okay to splurge. If you're driving here, The Palazzo has free parking, so you don't have to worry about trying to get in and out of the garage within 1 hour.

Sinfully happy when you leave, everything tastes fresh and scrumptious ‼ wonderful service
Be the first to ReplyJust looking at the pastries through the window display
Just looking at the pastries through the window display makes u want to order all of them. Service was great - asked to heat up the pastries and they did so willingly. The line can be intimidating because it's long, but I think it goes by quickly. There are no seats around - but like everybody else we just ate at the food court nearby! Kouign Amann - almost like candy. The sugar was so caramelized around the pastry. So good! The everything bagel croissant is also a must try! Love the flaky goodness of it!
Be the first to ReplyLoved everything this bakery had to offer.
Every pastry was so good and the whole family loved it. Croissant was so crispy and my wife who never likes croissants enjoyed this one. Blueberry muffin was packed with blueberries. Kids loved the macarons and cream puff.I would not mind coming to this bakery every day for breakfast if I am in Vegas in the future. Location is really odd and there are no signs. The bakery is literally underneath the escalator space. No photos because we devoured everything too quickly!

The location of this bakery is hard to find, and there are no signs directing to the bakery, compared to the Bouchon restaurant. Ordered a latte, passion fruit macaron and a chocolate cake bite. The latte was mediocre and nothing special, but the pastries were good. I enjoyed the tart flavor of the passion fruit macaroni and I liked the small sized chocolate cake.
Be the first to ReplyWe were sad to find that they moved the bakery, but happy
We were sad to find that they moved the bakery, but happy that it is open, though it's quite tiny now. For those having trouble finding it, it's a small kiosk, under the escalators which lead to the casino. My husband and I went on Valentine's Day, during which the pastry of the day was an exquisite raspberry curd croissant. We did not expect it to be so phenomenal. If you ever see Bouchon Bakery have a raspberry curd croissant, get 5 of them. They are perfectly flakey and moist, with just the right amount of filling, which is not too sweet and perfectly balanced.

The best tasty croissant and fast service! Convenient location! Probably just need to be smile to people who's taking orders
Be the first to ReplyThe first visit wasn't the greatest but their delicious
The first visit wasn't the greatest but their delicious pastries made up for it. The location is strange because it is behind escalators so finding it was challenging. We asked after 20 minutes of trying to find this place. We walked by it so many times. Iced chai latte w/ oat milk: Chai wasn't strong. The color was more milky. I'd ask for more chai next time or add a espresso shot.Hot coffee: Decent. It was fresh and we had it black.Almond Croissant: Delicious! The right amount of sweetest and good texture. Chocolate Croissant: Delicious! The bread was buttery. I wish there was more chocolate. I would definitely order again. Staff was friendly and service was fast. We're going to try their other pastries next time!

Everyone here could use some pick me up! They were all grumpy, no one had a smile on their face and no good morning or hi. Three people standing looking at us. No one said anything. One of walked away. New staff please!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is hidden behind the escalators on the Venetian
This place is hidden behind the escalators on the Venetian side so you have to look for it. I got macarons for my wife they had 6 small ones in a box for 22 but if you get the big ones I got six different flavors for 30 so that was the better buy. The girl behind the display was very nice and helpful the boy packing the items not so nice. Overall they macaroon were very good I would get them again.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is hidden away inside the Venetian - not sure
This place is hidden away inside the Venetian - not sure why they moved from their previous location near the front of the hotel. But their croissants are more than worth it. Their savory items are pretty good as well.
Be the first to ReplyBought ~$70 worth of coffee and pastries.
For Bouchon's brand and pricing of products, I would expect service to be with the brand. There was nothing special when it came to their service. Felt like fast food type - got your orders, pushed food products out. No smiles or warmth of service. Sad coz I was very excited about experiencing Bouchon. If first impressions last, sad that this was my first impression.

Past the Grand Lux Cafe Venetian and next to an escalator, this is a great place for a quick breakfast or snack. Selection is not huge, but enough for you to find something if not coffee. Macarons are large and best when eaten fresh. Though sweet, the salted caramel is the most outstanding one for me (I've gone on to try the other flavors not shown). Almond croissant is delicious and fresh while Ham/egg/cheese croissant is amply packed for a satisfying snack. However, my favorite item from here was the Eclair of the Day which was raspberry. Berries and cream so fresh, and pastry just right. This has only been available once in the times I've been there so I tried the available eclair. The chocolate cream filled ones are too sweet for me; would probably be better if it was just plain cream or a custard.
