Terrible food! Poor quality.
Would not recommend. Limited menu. Very disappointing. One of the worst steaks I've ever had. Very few salad options.

WE LOVE ALEX he is an incredible server, very attentive to detail and caters to the clients needs. His recommendations on each dish is exceptional.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my twin sister, and this was the perfect place. Desiree, our waitress, was extremely attentive. The food was top-notch. Everything was well prepared. The manager and the chef, Gabrielle, came out to wish us a happy birthday. Turns out he's a Pisces, too. There was someone on the piano who played some of our favorite songs. The night was topped off with a DELICIOUS desert. I had the cheesecake. My goodness, it was so good. This was a wonderful, classy dining experience. A great way to celebrate another year around the sun!

Great service and food, even seated when we arrived a little early. Great staff and ambiance.
Be the first to ReplyReally over priced average steak house.
They charge $12 for sauces. Yes, just sauce Ike horseradish and stuff cost $12!!!! The seafood platter for $189 was, well, a seafood appetizer. It was quite small. Taste was not that fresh. Other prerequisite steak stuff was Ok except godawful expensive with small serving size. If you are gonna spend the $$$$, try some other locale where the general area doesn't stink like Glendale. Perhaps Alexander's in Pasadena may be more appropriate to lighten your wallet.Service and ambience was fine, by the way.

A great steak restaurant that my husband and I got to have dinner at this past Saturday night! We love our steaks and are quite critical in terms of quality, taste and ambiance, and this place scores absolutely high on all three! Their cocktails were delicious with a seasonal menu that currently has the Nomad which is a Mezcal & Aperol mix, absolutely loved this drink. Then they gave us complimentary French fries that were cooked in duck fat and seasoned three different ways and paired with three different ketchup that complimented each fries accordingly. Adobo fries, dill seasoned fries and truffles fries with garlic aioli. Our main dish was of course the rib eye, our favorite type of steak and this was everything and more. Excellent meat, seasoned and cooked perfectly, just mouth watering delicious. We accompanied our steak with the trio mushrooms and truffle Mac n cheese. Such a great pairing. Needless to say, we were in steak heaven and made up our minds after the first bite that this was going to be our favorite steak place from now on.Service was stellar, one that you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Very professional, on top of everything, and always helpful with an air of elegance in their movement and work. The ambiance was romantic with the lights quite dim and live piano entertainment, we felt so comfortable and happy to be spending our date night here. We rarely get to go on date nights being a parent of three toddlers, so this was a great choice and we had a great time! Can't wait to have dinner here again, hopefully soon!

Went here for a birthday, ordered the lobster pot pie, which was served tableside. The crusty top was cut off and unfortunately they plated it face up and proceeded to lay all of the delicious inside onto the crusty top. There was no more crusty top, felt like a tease, but the inside was delicious. I would love to order it again, but would ask for at least half of the top to remain crusty. I enjoyed a delicious smoke infused cocktail. Service was not anything special, and did not match the price of $500 for two people. If they didn't tease the crusty top and had the service been a memorable experience, the rating would have been a 4.

The service here is impeccable! The waiter was very attentive and well informed about the items on the menu. Food was delicious. We got the A5 Japanese Wagyu which was very tender ... some of the best we've had (and we've had plenty!)
Be the first to ReplySo I've been to alot of high end steak house.
My favorite before this was mastro. But now this place is my favorite. Why? Their steak is about the same quality but what really makes them better than mastro are the side dishes and appetizer. Mastro make an exceptional steak but their side sucks. Bourbon steak makes an exceptional steak but their side dishes are awesome. Duck fat fries? Excellent. Mac n cheese? Way better than mastro. Is really a no brainer for me.

We came here for out anniversary on June 4th based on a recommendation. Let me start with the service. It was on point. Our server was great. He knew the menu, made food and drink recommendations and was extremely friendly and professional. Their old fashions with house made bourbon were some of the best I have ever had. Wine was also excellent. They give you an order of fries with several different dipping sauces which were delicious. We ordered scallops as an appetizer, 16oz ribeye, 8 oz felt mignon and black truffle Mac & cheese. The food was amazing. We have been to several high end stake houses and Bourbon Stake blows them out of the water. Expect to spend a few hundred especially if your drinking but its well worth it. We will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplyWe had the most amazing meal out with the family.
Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The pork belly is so tender and moist. The salads were fantastic. The entrées were really good as well. Sides were fantastic. Dessert was a big hit. Best of all was our server Finn. He was so attentive and knowledgeable on everything on the menu. His support staff was also very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Can't say anything good about our experience other than that our waiter Stewart was great. Cold steaks, way too many fish bones, salty brussels, salty salmon. Just awful. The service was terrible -- the food arrived 90 minutes after we ordered it. Lauren, the Manager, handled it poorly and didn't do anything other than offer to make another dish which would have taken another 1/2 hour. This place is badly run, the food isn't good, so there is no reason to go there given so many other wonderful choices in the area. Will never go back.

Had the "Truffle Mac N Cheese" "Sautéed Mushrooms" & "House Salad" and enjoyed it very much! I couldn't beleive how good the Mac N Cheese tasted and the depth of flavor in the Mushrooms. Overall enjoyable place and you feel like you are in a movie eating here. Hope to revist again in the future.

This is the place you want to go for amazing quality steak and service. The hostess is our absolute favorite. She always makes our time wonderful and special. The sommelier is also amazing and we were super happy with her suggestions. The food is divine and lovely. We especially loved the wagu steak which was perfection. On another day we had their steak hamburger and it was just as delicious. Thank you for great service, ambiance, and definitely the food! We are huge fans and will be coming back!

Decided to do date night and decided on visiting the Americana. We walked in & were seated right away. Staff was beyond amazing. Customer service 10/10. I forgot our waitress but she was really amazing. Recommended delicious dishes and their sommelier also recommended a delicious red blend wine. It was our first time here but will definitely be returning!
Be the first to ReplyStarting with the sweet hostess, everything was fantastic.
The drinks, the salad, the broiled oysters with miso sauce, the steaks and sides ... all were amazingly tasty and the quality came through in every bite. What a great way to celebrate my parents 66th anniversary. Thanks to Clayton and Hector and all the staff for their great hospitality. We'll be back soon.

Tried this place for the first time a couple months ago and it was an amazing experience. The interior was very nice and the service was spot on. Honestly the prices are on the pricier end, but the food reflects the quality. The truffle mac n cheese was so flavorful but not overpowered by the truffle flavor. The duck eggrolls were also really delicious and unique. I definitely recommend this place if you want to try something new.

This is my 3rd steak house in the last year and I think my favorite one. The other two I went to were Ruth Chris Pasadena and maestros in Vegas. When I walked in I didn't expect it to be as busy as it was but it was busier than it seemed from outside. The hostess greeted and sat us right away, our waiter was very quick to set us up with water across the table and we asked for bread service. As we were looking over the menu we got some drinks and the recommendations from the staff were all really good. For the food starters we ordered Caesar salad , squash soup , Crudo, tuna tartare, duck spring rolls , and lobster to start. They brought us complimentary fries with 3 different dipping sauces as we waited and we weren't trying to fill up on fries but they were so good we wanted another batch. But as soon as they picked up the fries we got our appetizers my favorite were the scallop Crudo and tuna tartare. Lobster was good but it was a party of 6 and I ate the least of it so I can't really say it was my favorite. Next we ordered the mains we had a tomahawk medium rare, potato purée , asparagus , Branzino , Mac and cheese and wagyu gnocchi pasta. Everything we ate was perfectly seasoned and cooked. the wait staff brought us the tomahawk before slicing for pics and were very detailed while dropping off sides and the whole menu overall. The meat was so buttery and juicy the flavor was amazing But Last time I was here I ordered the cowboy which is probably my all time favorite. the Branzino was very good The pasta was big enough for us all to get some and so good I think the overall favorite of the group. Lastly for dessert we ordered the sundae , crème brûlée and basque cheesecake. They were way above what you expect when you go to a steakhouse very delicious. Overall it's a fancy restaurant and has great service. Just like most steakhouses but the food has always been very well executed and doesn't give me old vibes like some steakhouses do.
Be the first to ReplyIt's a very nice restaurant for date night or quiet dinners.
The ambiance is so cozy and comfortable, it is a more upscale restaurant. The have a live piano player that really sets the mood right. The food is delicious especially their duck fat fries, but the prices are a little overpriced. Definitely a good place to try for sure, they have exquisite menu items. The sides are so delicious as well.
