Overpriced for a view of the mall
Fancy restaurant, but feels like you’re in the mall or a less nice hotel restaurant. We looked out onto the mall escalator. When I asked where the bathroom was their first recommendation was to use the mall restroom. Short ribs were tasty, as was the food and drink in general, but for the ambiance and service it was way overpriced, and they’re competing against so many other top notch restaurants. Joes’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab, and Yellowfin were far superior and same or lower price for what we ordered.

Superior service with deliciously prepared pasta dishes. Very accommodating to our time limits due to show tickets and we were out quickly!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food, excellent service. The servers were so friendly.
We didn’t book at table but luckily we were able to sit near the bar at the high tables. Shortly after we sat down, our server I believe his name was Anthony asked if we wanted any drinks but we weren’t ready so he said he’ll give us time to look over menu. He asked if we wanted bread which was so good, freshly baked and warm with olive oil and vinegar. Our food amazing, although not much veggie options, he said we can make it without meat. Very helpful. We both enjoyed our meals, it was delicious, the best Italian food I had in a while. The service was excellent, five star service. Servers asking if we were ok and if we needed anything. We were too full but ordered dessert anyway and glad we did. Sadly I only had a couple of bites because I was just too stuffed to eat anymore. I would definitely come again if I’m in Vegas. It’s expensive but was worth it.
Be the first to ReplyElegant and delicious
In understated surroundings (for Vegas), a very good meal. Well served and so very tasty. Good sized portions. Felt a bit rushed at the end but we did arrive without reservations. In a lovely location. Definitely recommended.
Be the first to ReplyExpensive Dog food
Expensive, and would have been happier with food from McDonald's or a gas station. The pomodoro was tasteless, the gnocchi was saved by the sausage which like cheese can pretty much make any dish tasteful. Save your $20 for a bottler beer and go elsewhere, in general the staff was nice

There was nothing wrong with the food quality and service. But I don't understand how, 2 cocktails, 1 glass of wine, 2 salads, 2 fish entrees(The cheapest on the menu), 2 sides, plus tip can be $300 ! THE WORLD HAS GONE CRAZY.
Be the first to ReplyIncredible Italian!
I met ny best friend in Las Vegas for a weekend fun, and we chose Brezza for our last dinner together. We selected it based on the Eater review and were not disappointed. The The hotel where it is located is beautiful and the physical restaurant is just as impeccable. Well laid out and designed, it makes you feel comfortable the minute you enter. The menu is perfectly balanced between appetizers, pasta, and grilled dishes. Diverse enough to be tempted by many dishes, but very focused. The food itself is incredible. Some of the best Italian I have had in years and truly authentic. Everything is fresh and the preparations are inventive yet without any pretense. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Brezza is the service. The attention to detail is impeccable. Old school, fine dining touches that most fine dining establishments have forgotten about. I can't wait to tell all of my friends about Brezza and look forward to my next visit there.
Be the first to ReplyItalia”no”!
This place may say it embraces the tradition of Italy but it certainly doesn’t serve Italian food. The rigatoni arrabiata was not a rigatoni but a conchiglie and the sauce was a tomato sauce with no trace of chilli. So a miss on both counts. Please do not base your opinion of Italian food on this restaurant!
Be the first to ReplyBrilliant Birthday Dinner
From start to finish this was the best birthday experience. The decor was inviting and comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and our server, JR, made great suggestions. Our cocktails were uniquely delicious but the star is the food. Chef Nicole prepares amazing dishes. Started with the San Daniele Prosciutto which was the most flavorful prosciutto dish. The Tuscan Carne Cruda and the Charred Octopus both had a delightful twist of flavors. The NY Steak was possibly the best steak I have ever eaten. And don't get me started about the desserts...extremely yummy with flavor combinations you would never expect and beautiful presentation. We took home the leftovers for an amazing breakfast. Thank you Chef for a glorious birthday experience.
Be the first to ReplyNot as Italian as they think it is
Appetizers were very good. Caprese salad with tomato gelee very good. Foccia was good. Should have been served with olive oil and not butter! Wife had Bolognese. Overly salty for a pasta dish. Too salty to get through 1/4 of the dish. Husband had BUCATINI ALLA AMATRICIANA. Again, the dish was very very salty. I left 1/2 the dish Server was brilliant. We realize help is tough to get - after the pandemic - but she was serving way too many tables. Usually the food is our highlight - luckily our server was exceptional which got me to 3
Be the first to ReplyEnjoyable and delicious dinner
We had a lovely evening here. The restaurant is a little loud but generally not too bad. We loved the decor. The service was very good - we took our time over dinner and were not rushed. We shared a fig salad and crudo for starters and a bucatini and bolognese for our mains. Everything was delicious and well executed. We also had a tiramisu for dessert. It was a little disappointing because we prefer a more traditional tiramisu but it still tasted good. Glad we visited and would come again.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible food and service
I very rarely write reviews, but tonight’s experience was so bad I just had to do it.
Started with horrible service as it was obvious the server would have rather been somewhere else.
We then got the wrong cocktail: no problem, drank it anyway without complaining.
The focaccia bread was badly burned, thankfully another waiter kindly noticed, apologized and brought back a new basket.
Ordered the Caprese Heirloom salad as an appetizer, it was unfortunately send back as the mozzarella cheese had a curd/cream cheese consistency. I’ve been eating mozzarella cheese for 40+ years, this was NOT mozzarella.
The person who we believe was the manager didn’t even bother to see what was wrong with our food after the server notified him.
The pasta was sticky as of it had been left just sitting there before any sauce was added. If the restaurant were to be in any city other than Las Vegas they would have already closed their doors. Never again.
Is Octopus Supposed to Taste Like Chicken?
If you have time and don't really need an intimate conversation, this is a good place to go to. Expect to be here a long time and the music is way too loud. So, to sit there for 2.5 hours and yell to each other gets old.
The service is excellent! I need gluten free options and the waitress came through and asked specifically if our group had any sensitivities to food allergies. She kept me informed throughout the visit of all of my options while all the plates came out. The service does make you feel like royalty.
The food is good. They way undercooked my steak, the took it back and made sure I got a new one and rushed it out to me. The steak was pretty good. What I though was amazing was the Octopus. It tasted just like chicken. It was amazing! The mashed potatoes with egg are okay. The peas and potato dish had way too much mint in it. I don't recommend that side. The desserts are pretty good. Iwould recommend this place.
Dinner at Brezza
The sommelier was helpful in steering us to a great wine bottle but not with one of our entree choices. I was all set to get the bolognese pasta when he mentioned the squash ravioli which is also a fav of mine so I switched. I was very disappointed when they came swimming in butter. And when I say swimming, they literally were completely covered in flavorless melted butter. It stated brown butter but that isn’t what came. My husband had the citrus bobo chicken which was good but buyer beware it has a claw attached to the leg still. Our shared chopped salad was drier than we like without many toppings. We had high hopes for dinner here and left underwhelmed.
Dining room is very loud so if you’re looking for a romantic setting it’s not here. We went here for a romantic anniversary dinner and the only acknowledgment we got was from the hostess when she sat us.
The 3 or 4 “managers” that were working during our dinner didn’t seem to do much besides stand around with each other and one of them sat with a table the entire time. You could probably save some money and only have 2 on together during the week as we were there on a Thursday.
Good food. Horrendous service
Booked this place based on multiple good write up and reviews. 745 reservation for a work dinner for 8 people. We didn’t get seated until 815 and there is no way to get drinks at the bar while you wait. The bar was unable to serve. When we finally got seated it was outside on two huge circular tables. It was awful. We were 3 ft away from our next closest guest. Not once did hostess ask if outside was even acceptable.
Then it took 20 min more to order drinks and 15 min more for them to arrive. We ordered another round immediately thinking ahead about the poor service.
Our waitress was helpful guiding us w the menu. The scallops and octopus she suggested were amazing. We shared everything. The pasta w our mains (rigatoni and gnocchi especially were delicious). The steaks were ok but cold. They were well cooked for sure. The side of asparagus was exceptional
All in all good food but awful service. It ain’t Carbone or IL Mulino
5 Star experience
While spending a weekend at the Conrad in Resort World Las Vegas my wife and I had the pleasure of dinning at Brezza the upscale Italian restaurant. We had made 6:30 reservations and upon arrival we warming greeted by the staff at the entrance and were promptly seated at our table, a nice booth with plenty of room. Our waiter Benjamin came by and introduced himself and took our drink order and allowed us to look over the menu. Benjamin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and we made our selections. I started out with the Brezza “Caesar” which Benjamin told me was made with Radicchio which has a bitter taste that I do not like so the kitchen made it with traditional Romaine and tossed with the Anchovy Vinaigrette dressing (not to fishy and amazing). It was one of the best Caesar salad I have had with just the right amount of the great croutons and Parmigiano Reggiano added. My went with the heirloom tomato that she enjoyed very much. For our mains my wife got the Autumn Squash Ravioli and I got the Piedmontese Filet. Now I do not remember the last time I ordered a steak in an Italian restaurant but Benjamin said it was so good that I had to give it a try, and boy am I glad I did. The filet was prepared perfectly, medium with a nice pink center thought and seared to finish (maybe done via Sous Vide, I forgot to ask) and oh so tender and flavorful. I ENJOYED the filet so much that when I had a moment I looked up the type of cattle and read the history and will order some for my use at home. I also had a taste of my wife’s ravioli which I found to be cooked perfectly Al Dente and just terrific. We did not have desert. We loved dining at Brezza a truly 5 star experience in service (thanks again Benjamin), food and atmosphere.

Probably Best service experience I’ve ever received! Beautiful atmosphere and asthmatics. The food was delicious! I would definitely return.

We had a great dinner at Brezza. Food was delicious, especially the butternut squash ravioli! Service was very good. Would definitely recommend.
Be the first to ReplyGood Italian food
It was our first time dining at Brezza. We had reservation and seated immediately. They even called me to confirm it. The restaruant was cozy. We ordered tagliatelle bolognese, pollo arista, & seafood stew. All dishes were tasty espically bolognese. I didn't like their music choice and too loud.
Be the first to ReplyGreat fancy Italian in Resorts World
We decided to come here because it was one of the only restaurants rated more than 4 stars in Resorts World where we were staying. We ordered steak tartare and got different pasta for each of us. I got something with seafood on and that was very good! The service was very nice as well, the server was knowledgeable and very pleasant.
Be the first to ReplyAn Italian steakhouse with a fresh and modern take. Something for everyone here.
Chef Nicole is a culinary leader and Brezza continues to show her experience and vision create the perfect blend of quality, flavor, and tradition with modern flare. It's no wonder she continues to make waves and was nominated for a James Beard award.
The menu features fresh ingredients from select farms and vendors. You'll find familiar Italian dishes with seasonal twists and a steakhouse menu that rivals the traditional Vegas experience. I definitely recommend picking a few things and sharing because each person will be jealous of the other at your table. The seafood mezzalune was so good and the heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella comes with a tomato jelly treat (I know it sounds weird, but it spreads on crustini and is delicious!) If you do get one of the a la carte sides for a steak, the marscapone mash potatoes with an egg on top are indulgent and amazing. Don't skip out on dessert, the lemon tart is to die for.
The service standard is awesome, but even better, the staff is very approachable while delivering at a high level. From the moment you meet the host team to your server, and even your runners, you always feel taken care of.
If you're looking for a great quality meal and location (the patio seating is AWESOME btw, not right on the busy sidewalk/strip but back from it with a view) choose Brezza and you won't be disappointed.
Wonderful atmosphere and meals
The service was amazing- even servers who weren’t “technically” ours, were keeping an eye on our table. You can tell they really work well together. The meals were fabulous (from pasta to seafood to ribeye to desert)… we will definitely be back!Pro tip: locals who have dinner reservations should also get to valet (hotel guests only) and the self parking is too far… yesterday, self parking was $50 (you read that correctly)!
Be the first to ReplyImpressive dinner at Brezza!
This was my first time dining at Brezza. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with all aspects of my experience. The server was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and friendly. The room was attractive and inviting. And the food! Wow! Started with the Tuscan beef tartare, which was great. As well, they provided a complimentary chicken liver dip that was out of this world. The lamb chops were cooked exactly as I requested and were superb. The standout dish for me was the autumn squash ravioli. Drop your fork delicious. I even had the pleasure of meeting Chef Brisson at the end of the meal. My sincere congratulations to her and the entire team at Brezza. This will be a must visit for me when in Las Vegas. They made my last night in town special.
