New spot in my hometown so I wanted to check it out.
The restaurant has an old diner vibe but with a more modern cooler feel which represents the newer vibe of the places popping up here. The breakfast menu is limited - it's a few breakfast sandwiches, toasts or granola. (Lunch there are more hot and cold sandwiches) I ordered the greens egg cheese which comes on a Kaiser roll. The sandwich was really good and filling. The flavors of the egg and greens with the sheep's milk cheese went really well together. The Kaiser roll was light and toasted nicely. Hubby had limited options because he can't have gluten and I'm surprised that this newer restaurant doesn't have gluten free bread available as most places nowadays do. He ordered the granola with yogurt and jam. I guess by its name, I should have guessed that it was mostly granola but we didn't think that when we ordered it. Half the bowl was granola, about a quarter of the bowl was yogurt. The yogurt was a good Greek yogurt, the strawberry jam was good and seemed homemade, and the granola was really good - we just didn't expect so much of it in comparison to the yogurt. My daughter ordered a chocolate croissant. It was good (she devoured it), but it was served room temp and would have been nice to have it warmed up. For me, overall good breakfast (but hubby would say otherwise bc of the limited options for him; maybe they can add a breakfast plate of eggs, bacon and the latkes or something to cater to those w gluten issues. Or carry gluten free bread...). Food came out pretty fast and my daughter and I enjoyed what we had. Cute restaurant and very clean. Street parking.
Get the sugared doughnut.
You won't be sorry. It's a revelation. Inside, nice to sit down for breakfast sandwiches. They have been some misses on the menu. But their bread is exceptional and they do deserve the love.
Incredible pizza.
A depth of flavors and perfectly cooked. The pepperoni, pepperoncini and roasted cotta went so well together. Wow!
service has improved since they opened.
can get crowded at peak times. lots of items on the menu. good coffee. a pleasant experience

The egg sandwich: the eggs were perfect, not overcooked like they are in 95% of the breakfast places. Also: spelt bread = deliciousness

is this my new favorite lunch spot? my friends and i got the italian sandwich, turkey sandwich, and a salad that i can't remember the name of (not super memorable salad), and a couple deli salads. the italian sandwich is INCREDIBLE. THE BREAD! highly recommend that. the turkey sandwich was also yummy and very fresh. the salad has large bits of stems and leaves so it wasn't super easy to eat. the coffee was solid and they had a great selection of pastries that were all really delicious. especially the plain croissant and apple tart! the interior has a vintage 50s vibe and is light and refreshing. the restaurant was busy, but servers were attentive.

This is specifically for their bread which, I'm sure if you're looking up this place you already know, is amazing. I love their House bread. Today I tried the Emmer which is similar to their House--with a substantial crispy crust and tender interior. The house has some tang to it. The Emmer replaces that tang with a little nuttier taste! I was told this is due to the ancient grains used to make the flour. I am a fan!

Soooo happy with this find! The meatloaf sandwich is perfection! I loved the spring salad with pea shoots and I had the tasty muffuletta. This place has a retro dinner feel and they make their own bread. Our server was so friendly and helpful. The saddest part was not realizing we'd left the leftovers until after we got home! Grrr. Will definitely be back. Oh! And they are organized with a separate take out window.

First the food is top notch: yummy egg sandwich and a delightful doughnut was what I got today. Second take home a loaf of bread bc it's so good. Third the service is ace. Most striking is how everyone working there seems happy to be there and enjoying what they are doing. So it's warm and welcoming! I sat at the counter and even learned a new kitchen trick!

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
