We made sure it was on our itinerary. The food was delicious! We shared their Run Across America Sampler and it was great. I had the Shrimpers Net Catch with 1/2 pound of garlic shrimp and a side Caesar salad. It was delicious and a good low carb option for me! My husband and daughter were also pleased with their selections!Our server was great and she did a Forest Gump movie trivia with us. She was great and keeping our drinks full and checking on us! We are wishing they would open one in Arizona!

Good food, decent prices! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. This was the more laid back place we decided to eat at on the strip. They're mac and cheese was good. I also tried a bite of their makers mark salmon and that was delicious! Can't go wrong with a sweet bourbon sauce on some salmon!

The drinks the appetizers and the food was delicious. We were seated in the special room where we didn't have to share space with anyone. The seafood platter was delicious. Our server and I'm hoping I'm spelling his name right Jai was the best sever ever. He made our dinner absolutely awesome with no mistakes and our good came out all correct. Mac and cheese to die for. If we come back to Vegas we hope we get Jai to serve us. I wish I got the other make of the kid who kinda cleans the tables he was awesome also.

Live in vegas and I go to the strip allot and try all sorts of restaurants from low $ to expensive $ well I always wanted to try bubba gump but never had the thought until last week I was excited. Was already dissatisfied on the food options & how pricey it looked for something simple. I forgot what I had ordered same with gf but the shrimp was just cold bland & straight basic. The hot sauce is to strong vinegary taste . The ketchup was to strong as well. The fries just straight basic bland no salt. I was flat out dissatisfied & disappointed leaving most the food there & drinks. 50 bucks on something what feels like a teenager can make. I could've gotten my money back but aye it's okey just sad it's so bland for a strip location. Service was great & the ambiance is nice just the food was not it

We all had the strawberry salads, one with the shrimp. Also had the fish and chips with a macaroni and cheese. Had the calamari for the appetizer, was very good. Location is in a busy area and the atmosphere inside is really cool. The staff was very friendly. I recommend lunch or dinner here.

We go every time we are in Vegas. The food is great! The servers usually ask you Forrest Gump trivia questions. I love the Stop and Run signs. If you need anything and turn the sign to Stop, any server walking by takes care of you. No waiting and waiting and waiting for your server to check on you.

Aleks great shrimp here. They do have other things than shrimp. My husband enjoys the coconut shrimp here. It is very tasty and most. The one effing I had the traditional shrimp and the other evening I had the chicken pasta which was done to perfection. The portions are very good and reasonably priced.

We were sat down immediately with our reservation and was able to start ordering drinks as well. Barely was 30 mins before our food came out and the waiter was so nice. Everyone was on top of things and gave us the best service ever! It was even my birthday and I got a little birthday treat surprise! My dish was amazing and the jambalaya had just the right amount of heat. The crab boil with shrimp was spicy as well. The fish and chips were so crispy and the appetizer platter with everything just hit every craving spot. Hush puppies are so fresh and the spinach dip is so creamy and good. Will definitely go again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a hint of fun and excitement.The menu was expansive and had something for everyone. I opted for the shrimp scampi and it was cooked to perfection. The shrimp was incredibly tender and the garlic butter sauce was divine. It was served with a side of freshly made garlic bread, and it was a scrumptious accompaniment.For our main course, my companion and I opted for the Bubba Gump Platter. It was a wonderful selection of shrimp, crab, and fish. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the crab was succulent and flavorful. The fish was lightly breaded and fried to a golden brown. The restaurant is on the upper floor at the road junction at planet Hollywood. The whole place looks tried and in need of a make over. Even the staff were a mish mash of clothes ( no uniforms) not much atmosphere, it was more about bums on seats , get them in - out, next customer. The food was as expected and the mahai mahai was good, a very small portion for the money. This is not our type of place now we’ve eaten in here. So we won’t be back. One of the major hotels all you can eat sea food buffets are 100 times better in better surroundings.

We love Bubba Gumps Shrip restaurant and it was our first meal in Las Vegas. The menu hasn't changed that much although the garlic shrimp was absent which was a shame. We had gumbo and jambalaya with key lime pie for dessert and all was very good. We didn't know that the chain was owned by Landry's so if you have a membership or privilege card with that company it is honoured at Bubba Gumps. One thing though - we haven't travelled in 3 years and the prices were a bit higher than we remembered. Good value all the same

We went to this restaurant after walking the strip all day. It has a nice patio that is raised above the strip and great for people watching. You need to climb two flights of stairs to get there but we’ll worth the view. We were greeted by the host and got a table right away. That’s where our experience ended. We waited 20 minutes for service and no one came. Not even a glass of water. The table that came after us was served. Sadly, we left and went to P.F. Changs down the street. We have been tomm my other Bubba Gumps and the food was good but we did not get to eat here. The reason we chose this was location, atmosphere and we knew food would be good. Sadly, service can either make or break the experience and with so many choices on the strip, service is more important. The host Did apologize to us on the way out and offered to serve us personally but we had already decided to leave.

My family and I took a trip to Vegas a few weeks back. Long story short on our last night there we originally had reservations to an Italian restaurant in Caesar’s Palace. We didn’t end up going there because we lost track of time and missed the reservation. To make matters worse T-Mobile arena was having some sort of bull riding event that weekend so it was even harder for us to find somewhere to eat last minute. Luckily, I spotted Bubba Gump across the street and thought of calling to find out if they had room for us. It turns out they did.! Most of my family has never been there before, so they were a bit hesitant about it until they found out that the restaurant is based off of the movie Forrest Gump. Then once we were inside, they let their guard down our waiter was amazing and the food was great But most importantly everybody had a great time. Our experience at Bubba Gump that night was definitely a light at the end of a dark tunnel. I will definitely be back!

Good and friendly service. Prices are ok. Enough food on the plate to fill you up. Toilets are clean. There is a lift to the restaurant. There are tables in and outside and an area to store strollers. The music isn't too loud. Facilities are comfortable. Love the shop too that goes with the restaurant!

We had drinks and coconut shrimp and all was excellent. The mashed potatoes were very good too! As was the French fries. We went here because we had a gift card to use or wouldn’t ordinarily go here because of the name and atmosphere but it was really good and the server was very nice. I would have lunch here again. Also there is a view of the strip and you can dine outdoors but it was too hot.

Bubba Gump is a solid place for a good meal and friendly service. I eat here once or twice per year and always enjoy it. The location sitting above the world famous Las Vegas strip is fantastic if you are a people watcher. I tried the ceviche, which I've not had here before and it was excellent! I will order this again. The only bummer is the parking situation but that is unfortunately true of anything on the strip. Crowded and expensive... as stated this is an overall solid place and I will be back!!

Horrible service, we sat for so long just to get our drinks a different waiter walked by and apologized....that is bad. Food was inedible and gross. Chicken strip were like leather WAY OVER COOK. Same with the salmon. To top it off....food took forever and they forgot some of it in the back so it was dried out by the heat lamps. Never going back and you should save your money and go somewhere else on the strip.

Service was fantastic. Incredibly friendly and helpful server. Unfortunately, the food was below the quality of any other national chain seafood restaurant and the portions weren't great for the price. First of all, the Jambalaya didn't taste like anything but chili oil. I ended up covering it in salt, pepper, lemon, and hot sauce. Second of all, it didn't appear to have (or even taste like it had) any of the bell pepper, andouille sausage, or tasso ham that advertised on the menu. It was just a plate of rice, tomatoes, and slightly overcooked shrimp. When I pointed this out to the server, I was told those three ingredients were simply "diced" very finely and were in fact included, which I thought was incredibly unusual for jambalaya. Second of all, we got two types of Mac n cheese, the regular side and the shrimp Mac n cheese appetizer. Despite the appetizer being about twice the $$, it was only slightly larger than the side and would only really be appropriate to split between 2 people maximum. No complaints about the appetizer besides that, but the side of Mac was incredibly salty. Besides that, it was standard chain restaurant fare. Not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it or come back if it could be avoided. UPDATE: My friend got sick from her dinner. Definitely would not recommend.

I love Bubba Gump's! It's definitely my go-to spot, especially for my bday, which it was this past weekend! This was my second visit to this Bubba Gump's and it was just as great as the first. We were seated right away, and our server was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to share his insight, which I appreciated. I ordered shrimp New Orleans (my favorite dish there) and it came out perfectly. I also signed up for their little VIP card, so I hope I'll be back to get an opportunity to use it :)

Yes I know it's a chain but omg this place was EXACTLY what we were looking for: not overpriced fresh delicious seafood in a great casual setting / atmosphere. The outdoor shaded seating with views of the strip below was fantastic (especially given how little of that is available on the Strip- eventually one really gets really sick of eating only in dark bougie hotels). But most importantly I have to remark on the service we had when we ate lunch there this past Monday: our server (Courtney) was BEYOND kind, helpful, cheerful and the epitome of fantastic service. She is truly what made our lunch go from "great food in good place" to "fantastic experience worth writing a review for to rave about to everyone." I'd also mention several staff members came up to us as we took photos with the great views asking us if we'd like a photo. These little things are what really sets this place apart!

It has really cool decor to look at & is very kid friendly. They have a designated stroller parking area which says park at your own risk but they made up put our stroller there. I was not a fan of this because we had to take everything valuable out of the stroller & we could not see it from our table. I prefer to keep the stroller with us. They have a large menu of drinks & a good kids menu. I wish there was a slightly bigger menu for the food. My daughter did the pasta with butter & side of fruit. It normally comes with milk for a kid but my daughter cannot have milk so we opted to upcharge her drink to the lemonade. It comes out in cardboard boat, with teddy grahams. They can keep the boat & the plastic kids cup. Don't expect the side of fruit to be large. It is a small black plastic side cup with about 6 pieces of fruit. I did the salmon with broccoli & season rice. The salon was delicious but the broccoli was so soft & mushy. The rice was not season rice, it is white rice. My husband ordered the scampi which the server suggested he get spicy. He enjoyed this & it had a great flavor & a good kick with the spice. We did the icee which comes with a really cool light up cup you get to keep & my husband did a drink with a glass cup you get to keep. For the glass you get to go downstairs to the gift shop & show your receipt & they give you a new cup. The food did come out hot. The best part of our meal was our server. He was so friendly & gave us a ton of recommendations for things to do with our daughter. This restaurant is very kid friendly & they understand what kids need (like plastic silverware) & things to keep them entertained at dinner. My daughter loved the boat & their coloring pages are pretty awesome. The gentleman who wasn't our server who brought over our food was so nice also & even went out of his way to make boat sounds when he gave my daughter her food. It is nice when you have servers that are nice to the kids & include them. This is a staff that goes above & beyond for families which I think is amazing! I would recommend coming here if you enjoyed the movie & want a very kid friendly place to go. The food is ok so it is more coming for the atmosphere.

We have eaten in BG in Monterey,Cancun,Universal Studios Fla and this is nothing like Bubba Gump apart from the obvious decor. We had just fllown in fron Heathrow and decided to eat here as a reliable go-to meal on our first night in Vegas. I'm not expecting Forrest Gump quizzes,but perhaps a simple greeting and an explanation of the menu would be helpful. Food was not great, tasted like low-end supermarket frozen items. Not great 3* is probably generous

What we did get was excellent. Food was top tier for this type of restaurant. The service was above par, believe our server was Abby I gotta check the receipt. Taller girl with glasses, she was excellent I left her a sizable tip for her excellency. The drinks were strong without losing taste. Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
