Walking with a QR code begging for reviews?
The place is filthy, but can’t really expect any better from Burger Kings around UK in all honesty. Our food was average at best, but what urged me to write this review was a BK employee walking around with a QR code in hand asking people to review them. We also spotted another guy falling for it and the employee went next to him to watch him write the review. Just made for an entirely uncomfortable experience.
Not even fit for pigs
Made the mistake of visiting this filthy establishment after a flight, and in anticipation of a late arrival home we decided to eat before leaving. Food was barely warm, service was poor with what seemed like a small child continuously calling out order numbers. I appreciate the high footfall at the location, and obviously customers could keep their end of the bargain and tidy up a bit, but there's absolutely no excuse for the complete lack of any effort to clear up a bit. The place was absolutely disgustingly filthy, no cleaners around at all, heaps of rubbish, old food, and pools of sticky drink on every surface. Left most of our food and got out as soon as possible, not worth the obligatory one star.
Awful awful experience.
Member of staff changed my order from normal to xl without telling me. Expected me to pay the £10 just for the burger, which was cold, and I then found what looks very like a mouse dropping in it. Refused to change it saying ‘that’s all we have’ and refused money back as no manager was available.

How is it possible, if food is made to order to be barely warm? I ordered a breakfast roll and hash browns, all floppy and almost cold, I gave up before I was way through as it was so vile, I spent the next 24 hours vomiting and diarrhoea, never again! There are obviously some serious issues at this place that either the management or company need to look into
Really bad, poor service, disgusting food
Very poor, all but 3 of the ordering machines were not working. I ordered a plant based burger but received an over cooked rock hard bean burger, staff argued with me when I returned it eventually telling me they don’t serve the plant based burger anymore, he offered me a vegan chicken burger which I agreed to, this arrived within seconds, which made me suspicious as vege burgers usually take longer to prepare, one bite and I knew it was NOT a vegan burger it was a chicken burger! I returned this burger the staff got very cross and tried to convince me it was a vegan burger, he then aggressively threw it in the bin when I asked for a refund. 15 minutes later and with help from his manager I allegedly received my refund, I was told it would be in my account in 24hrs and it hasn’t arrived! Surprise surprise!! Avoid if you can!
Pathetic
Burger King is comparatively expensive (McD cheaper and better) and there is nothing good here. There self card machine does not work properly. The staff is poorly trained and rude. They don't check whether proper quantity as ordered by guests is given to them or not. For instance, if you order chilli cheese shots 9 pieces or more then they will pack lesser quantity for you. (eg., when ordered 9 then they pack 6-8, even if you caution them about it at the time of placing order). Careless people.

GAVE CHICKEN AND DAIRY TO VEGANS... 3 TIMES! Horrific experience.
Stopped here for a snack before departure, ordered vegan nuggets. They served us cheese/chilli balls instead. Once I bit into one and realised, I swiftly returned them and assumed it was just an honest mistake, so didn't make a big deal, only then to be handed chicken nuggets (not vegan). I returned them again, and eventually I got the vegan nuggets. Not a single apology from the staff. Hesitantly but hungry, we stopped here again upon our return to the airport a few days later and ordered vegan nuggets again. When my order was ready, I asked them to check these were vegan nuggets, to which they said yes. In this case I was in a hurry and didn't think to check before I left. Once I finally got round to eating them, I found that they were chicken nuggets, not vegan, again. Absolutely horrific service, do not recommend at all and will not be returning.
Very slow service and very dirty
We went here at about 10:30pm. It took about 20minutes to receive our meal, and it was quite quiet. The tables had lots uncleared trays, dirty and waste over the floor. Clearly understaffed. Also had no tomato ketchup!
Not a next time
It is probably totally unfair to the Burger King chain and the people working at this particular outlet, but this is clearly not the place where you can have a pleasant meal, however quick that may turn out to be. Sometimes, however, you are just a captive customer depending on where you happen to find yourself, and what is left to you is just to hope that next time will be better.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Idk if this is related to the unsold listing % rule but I have listed 6 reservations and sold 5 of them and my unsold listing percentage is ~45%. For some reason the unsold listings have not been converted into sold ones. Does this happen only after the payment is released following the booking or is it an issue that needs to be addressed?

Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.
