Great center strip location
Room was well appointed and workable. Conference center was solid. Amenities are also very good. Staff was consistently pleasant. Buffet is expensive and a consistent good experience. Hotel security was visible and present so experience was rated highly
Stayed here as a birthday present for my 50th from my Wife, had originally chosen mainly due to the name, closer to the time some of the reviews were not the best which had us feeling a little nervous, they did seem to be more about other towers in the hotel, we stayed in the Octavius. First impressions were how huge the place is, reception check in wasn't too long but you can see how it would get really busy at peak times, we did go past a few times where there were long queues, sometimes doesn't appear to be enough reception staff on, maybe there are more in high season? Check in was easy enough and my wife did ask about an upgrade as it was my 50th, said they could look at a reduced rate on a suite but given what the prices we though would be we didn't pursue this, it's a good walk to the room in the Octavius tower but then if your in Vegas and don't like walking you have a problem! 2 security points on the way where they check your room cards (not always though), there were 6 lifts in the tower and only 1 seemed to be out of order all our stay so not too bad for waiting, couple of the lifts have dodgy buttons which can be annoying but not that bad. There was a slight smell of smoke in the corridor leading to the room even though it was supposed to be non smoking, it is a little strange being from the UK and going into a hotel with people smoking but it's not that bad. The Room, Wow this was amazing! absolute huge room with 2 queen size beds and sofa, really large TV with lots of choice and a great view over the pools (although they were closed until our last day, more on that later) the bathroom was one of the biggest I have ever seen, had a bath, two sinks with a separate loo and then a massive shower cubicle! shower was really good with decent water pressure, usual bathroom supplies which was replenished each day and plenty of towels and storage, beds were nice and comfy, only issue were the small pillows, but again not that bug an issue. My only gripe with the room is the mini bar/fridge, we had seen reviews about this before so didn't go anywhere near it, not even providing a little bottled water is strange for such a big hotel, plus they give you a nice coffee machine which is a nice touch but then you have to buy the pods separate, again for such a well know big hotel it's a surprise, given as well the resort fee's your paying especially when the pools aren't even open, not sure why you still pay the full rate when the full facilities are not available to you, plus when the pool did open there is way too little sunbeds when it's not that busy so not sure what it's like in peak season, add in they then charge upwards of $50 for the padded comfy beds it does start to feel like they are taking the mickey a little. The Hotel as I say is massive and too much to put on this review, but all in all we found the whole place very clean and all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful, would we go back? probably not but that's more our choice and not because of the hotel, the location is great for the Strip as it's very central. Having read some previous reviews the experience we had was a very good one, just don't touch that mini bar!!
🤮
This was the most horrible stay I've had in Vegas.
We stayed in over 50 room for over a week during Conexpo. we moved some drinks out of the fridge and put some water in there. they charged me $800 in fees for using the fridge. what a real piece of work these people are. after disputing it they said they refund the money then turned around and charged me an additional $225 for "using the fridge" DON'T ever is them for anything!!!!!! I wouldn't stay here again if it was FREE.!!! worst hotel and customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL
😍
Hostess Excellence at it’s Best!
Thank you Tangela for making our anniversary dreams come true. Your hostess, Tangela, is the epitome of 5-Star EXCELLENCE at Caesars Palace. We appreciate her dedication and care with her hotel guests. We will return for another stay.
😒
Fun place to stay ... exorbitant fees ... nickel and dime you ... lousy service unless 7 Seas or Diamond membe
Spent four days at Caesar's with my son watching March Madness. There's a lot to like about the property, and some things that make your blood boil. The positives - (1) a lot to do under one roof, particularly if you include Forum shops and restaurants, (2) great sports book and an excellent place to watch March Madness, (3) awesome cigar bar, and large room (I stayed in Octavius tower). What's problematic? (1) was charged $60 for early check in (plus tax) and they wanted to charge me $45 to extend my check out by 30 minutes, then hung up on me when I said the fee was insane. I have spent a minimum of 100 nights in hotels per year for the last 30 years and I can honestly say I have never been charged for any late check-out up to 5 hours. For that reason alone, I will not return to the hotel. (2) Rooms in Octavius Tower getting tired. The wing was built in 2012 and not renovated since ... air conditioning could not get cold enough, TV reception was spotty with some channels unavailable at times. No cleaning service 1 day. (3) They charge exorbitant prices for some of the basics - $20 for two, regular large coffees and $8.50 for a bottle of water, (4) given the large crowds, you are screwed if you have to talk to a human. Took me 1 hour in line to pick up my rewards card and 30 minutes to check in. Simply too many other good options in Vegas without the issues
5 out of 5 experience from start to finish! It began with check in and Emma, who is the MOST FANTASTIC front desk clerk ever! Please make sure to look for Emma as she will truly go out of her way to listen and assist you. We arrived a little early and I had already received an email offering to upgrade our stay., which I elected as the upgrade options were good! When we got there I asked Emma for a room that had certain criteria and was in the Augustus tower. She selected THE PERFECT ROOM with an amazing view of the Bellagio fountains, a jacuzzi tub and a spacious layout. She made our stay just perfect. You don’t get many staff who appear to love their job, listen to customers and go out of their way to accommodate. The property is gorgeous. You seriously don’t have to leave the hotel is you just don’t want to! I normally stay at Encore or Aria, but Caesars made a believer out of me! I will be a returning customer!
😍
Great staff and experience - thanks Kiana
I’m very glad I chose to stay at Caesars. From the moment I stepped in the hotel, the people and staff were nothing but accommodating. I was checked in by Kiana and she was simply amazing. She knew I had a long travel day and did everything she could to make me feel at home. It’s really awesome to have people like this at Caesars. I will be back.
🙂
Thank you Andrea for superb Customer Service.
We had a tough start to our stay, but we had the pleasure of meeting Andrea at the concierge lounge express checkout. She knew that we were upset with the cleanliness of our room(or lack thereof) and she immediately sprung into action to make us happy. She was so kind and friendly and took customer service to a whole new level. Andrea was the only person who we encountered who seemed to care about taking great care of the guest, which is the key to the hospitality industry! Thank you Andrea for taking such great care of us and for your kindness!
It was our 45th anniversary and Emma at check in treated us like a king and queen. Thanks!! It didn’t stop there!!! We went to the Gordon Ramseys Pub and Bea came through. Both of them really added onto our experience. Thanks !! PS: The scallops were out of this world

Beware the Ides of the Forum Tower

Really disappointing for such an iconic name and history. Stayed in the Forum Tower. There were two elevators out of six that actually worked. This meant extremely lengthy delays in getting to/from my floor. One night, my key decoded (why can't hotels fix this problem?!) and when I went to the front desk, they would not accept my government issued I.D. They had to have casino cops (3) escort me from the front desk, through the casino, up the elevators to my room so I could show them my passport. The terrible thing is that they never once apologised. They made it seem like my fault somehow. No water in rooms, 1980s furnishings and a dirty feeling. This is old Vegas (and not in a good way). Et tu Caesar???!!!
😍
Honestly one of my favorite hotel/casinos on the strip.
Check in is great, if you're diamond status! The gaming staff are very friendly, helping you out if you're new to the game. Pretty clean overall. I will definitely be back in a few months!
🙂
We stayed there and as usual Cesar's was great.
One star less for the room in the Octavia's tower. There was something sticky on the floor. Gross and annoying. The beds were hard and the pillows terrible. 4 people stayed in this room and they left three towels. I love this hotel but check your room
Had a disturbing experience at this hotel. Shortly after checking into my room as a solo female traveler around 10:30pm, two intoxicated men were able to enter my room with a key card. They had been checked into the same room and issued key cards to that room. Calling the front desk led to frequent disconnections, going in person led to barely an apology and a giving me a small "food credit" for compensation. I certainly would not feel safe staying here in the future. In addition, the rooms are tired appearing and I was told by staff that their online check in process only works about 50% of the time which likely explains the long check in lines.
🤮
WORST HOTEL we Have ever stayed at and never planning on
WORST HOTEL we Have ever stayed at and never planning on returning. The check in process was a joke and it just went down hill from there. I plan on telling everyone in my industry, which is hospitality to never stay at Caesar's unless they want to be ripped off. The charged 2 of my American Express cards 4 times and then charged my card $148 for removing drinks in the bar to make room for our food. When we came back to our room the food was left out and they put all the drinks back in so the food spoiled. They took off the $148 but now a week later are charging my card $75 for a restocking fee. The room was filthy, they had dirty water glasses in our room 2972 and never came by to clean our room all day. I had to ask the maid down the hall for extra towels since we never got our room serviced. I have been in the hospitality business for 30 plus years and I have never seen such poor service at a hotel. We were treated so poorly. They could not care a less about customer service at this hotel.
😍
Thee place to be! Caesars has "everything!" We checked in
Thee place to be! Caesars has "everything!" We checked in at the Diamond status preferred check in desk and were greeted by C J ( cee-jay). He was amazing to is in every way possible. Very professional and toik cate of everything we needed in advance. From a fantastic room in the Augustus Tower to the finest restaurants at Caesars. We had a wonderful time! When going to Caesars, do not forget to ask for CJ as he will make sure your trip has everything you need!
🤮
I reserved 2 rooms during my stay.
One room for me and one room for my parents. Check in was a bit annoying. We were scheduled to check in at 3pm or pay $35 fee for early check in at 2:30pm. I politely declined but wish I didn't once we found out our check in time changed to 4pm once we tried checking in again at 3pm but it wasn't a huge deal so we didn't push the issue. We dined at the Bacchanel buffet which was great as always. We reserved the Augustus Fountain View Room and it was extremely outdated, a lot of stains on the couch and carpet. It definitely could've used some deep cleaning. The reason I'm giving Caesar's 1 star is due to the scam they tried to pull on both my rooms. When I was checking out for both the rooms, I was told my room is missing 2 diet cokes which I did not drink. My parents' room was missing the iPhone charger on the mini fridge and also a Fuji water which they did not take nor used. I was able to double check the room and the iPhone charger was actually still there. My father also mentioned a random worker in his room when he went to double check they packed everything from the room at 10:45am before I even checked out.I filed a dispute for the extra charges for the "missing items" from the mini fridge. Although I wasn't charged for the missing items, Caesar's Palace left a bad experience for our trip. This was my parents' first vacation since pre pandemic and now they are afraid of being scammed by hotels especially if I am not there. For anyone that's planning on staying here, MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S IN YOUR MINI FRIDGE.

Caesars Palace is a legendary hotel and casino located on
Caesars Palace is a legendary hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip, and it definitely lives up to its reputation as an iconic destination for visitors to Sin City. From the moment you step inside the grand entrance, you're greeted with an impressive display of Roman-inspired architecture and decor. The rooms at Caesars Palace are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The beds are comfortable, and the decor is elegant and tasteful, with plenty of attention paid to details like plush bedding, marble finishes, and tasteful artwork. The rooms also come equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel, including flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and high-speed internet access. But it's not just the rooms that make Caesars Palace a standout destination. The property is home to a wide range of world-class restaurants, including some of the best celebrity-chef eateries in the city. Whether you're in the mood for upscale Italian cuisine, contemporary American fare, or classic steakhouse dishes, you're sure to find something to please your palate here.Of course, no stay at Caesars Palace would be complete without a visit to the casino. With over 130,000 square feet of gaming space, it's one of the largest and most impressive casinos in Las Vegas. From the classic slot machines to the high-stakes table games, there's something for every type of gambler here. But even if you're not a fan of gambling, there's still plenty to do at Caesars Palace. The property is home to several world-class entertainment venues, including The Colosseum, which has hosted some of the biggest names in music, comedy, and theater over the years. The most beautiful and iconic property on the strip! I didn't stay here but ate at the bacchanal. Cannot wait to come back!
🙂
Stayed in Augustus tower.
Very nice great view of fountains. Spacious. The sink in bathroom could use a new finish. A counter of $$$ goodies w/ sensers I usually see them in the fridge. Knocked one over quickly straightened it up.. still need to check my email receipt. Saw a convenient entertaining show there. Absinthe. CP is so big.. never made it out to the strip. Of course did some shopping at the forum. Great time!

I have stayed at the Caesar's Palace a few times and had a great experience every time. The resort is huge with a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and a buffet. I can confidently say their buffet is my most favorite in Vegas. The selection of food is always great, with fresh seafood, sushi and more. Great quality dishes prepared by experienced chefs. Absolutely a must try. Long lines but worth the wait. The hotel has great shopping, with lots of designer stores and many other stores. Love walking around and shopping for myself instead of gambling my money away ...haha I have watched Celine Dion perform at The Colosseum a few times over the years. It really was very special to me. So sad to see her leave the stage. Caesars Palace is one of the oldest resorts on the strip and it will always be a popular spot for tourists. Whether you are staying here or just visiting, it's worth the stop. Add it to your casino hopping list.
🤢
Ok the location is great but Caesar's is totally overrated.
Our room was outdated, the wifi was bad, the check in process was long and painful.
🤮
My room card became demagnetized after I left the gym.
I went to the front desk to get a new one all sweaty and they said because I only had a picture of my ID on my phone and not a physical ID that they could not make me a new one. I had to meet security at my room which I wait for 20min to let me into my room as I stood around sweaty. I then had to go all the way back down to lobby to present my ID to have a room card made. This whole process took around an hour, caused me to miss an important business meeting. Then the entire thing happened the next day, because if the room cards get any moisture on them at all they do not work. The customer service was horrible from Dwight the front desk manager who could not explain why they have this rule in place or empathetic toward my situation that took place in which I missed my important meeting.
below are the PROs:1. Location of the Hotel in relation to the vegas strip2. Newly renovated craps table area3. Special parking entrance for seven stars members4. Amazing bars and restaurantsWe usually stay at Planet Hollywood or Ceasars Palace just to change things up. Our room had a nice view of the pool. The CONs of Caesars:1. The walk from the valet area to the hotel elevators were pretty long and I did not enjoy it.2. We had 2 rooms with a conjoining door. Rooms are smaller than the suite we normally get at Planet Hollywood3. The valet/hotel is BUSY! There is a back street that comes through the hotel that creates additional traffic upon trying to leave the area4 . The Uber pick up area is almost on the other side of the building. The opposite direction from the valet area. Almost a 10 min site walk
🙂
We booked a night here just last week.
I thought we had booked directly through the hotel, but some other site grabbed us and booked the room. Upon arrival were asked to check in early (a $30 charge) and given keys to a room. When we got to the room, it was occupied! We went back to the desk and explained the situation to Julins (or Sulins?). And he quickly straighten out the situation. He was charming and very helpful and soon we were in our room which was an upgrade I believe. the hotel has changed a lot since we were there 16 years ago, and not to the better. But thanks to Julins, we had a great visit.
Gemma was customer service personified for our entire interaction. She was thorough, while still being respectful of my time and genuinely cared about me having a great experience at the hotel. And of course, she has quite the dazzling smile to go along with her all that talent. #TotalPackage
The room was very nice , clean and comfortable that wasn’t the issue. We had a reservation and when we attempted to check in we waited in line for over an hour. Caesar’s should be much more efficient in this process . Unacceptable with the technology of the day with an operation that size .
🤮
The air conditioner did not work properly in room.
The lowest was 78-79 whole night on high coldest setting. The maintenence guy said with the humidity its as good as it gets. Dont stay in the palace tower, could be they all are the same way.
I was at Ceasars for a work conference. When I arrived there was a power issue and we were moved to a different tower to which I was charged additional $51.02 per day for. The refrigerator you are not permitted to use, good luck seeing that sign in such a dark room. If you touch something you'll find you get charged not only for it but also additionally a $75 fee! I tried messaging and calling management but they don't seem interested. Now to explain to my employer why my room now costs $500 more than originally charged! Stay elsewhere!!!
🤮
Terrible customer service and check-in/check-out nightmare
The rooms are fine but the customer service is the worst. They had two to four people working the front desk at peak check-in and check-out times. Want to stand in line for two plus hours to do the check-in you actually already did online thinking it would save time? Wish granted! Want to stand in line for another two hours at midnight on your husband’s 50th birthday when there’s an issue with a room key? Wish granted. We were so excited to finally stay at Caesar’s but don’t expect we will be back and would strongly caution anyone else to look elsewhere. Caesar’s is cheaping out by minimally staffing and they’ve also made the fridges full of things that result in a $75 charge if you touch them, so don’t go thinking that your room that is listed as having a fridge actually does have a fridge you can use to store that yummy box of leftovers.
The kids love the lazy pool so wonderful how u guys only casino that allow kids we’re blessed for you to have us I would recommend this to anyone bout Harrah’s . casino! I enjoy the staff workers here which are so helpful and kind. I would definitely come again without any questions.
We stayed for 10 days in an Augustus room with fountain view. We had booked the Octavius tower and were upgraded when we checked in but did not request this. A couple of days before check out I went to review the bill and it was $700 more than expected as they had charged us for the upgrade. It took 2 people a couple of days to rectify it but they did remove the extra charges. I did wonder how many would have just paid and realised later so always check the invoice thoroughly before leaving. We were lucky and checked in at the diamond reception area which was very quick with no wait but we saw queue at the main desk whenever we went past. Whenever we visited this desk the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was awesome, the room was nice but some of the furniture and carpet are looking a little tired. The room was cleaned everyday for us which was requested at check in. As mentioned in other reviews there is a smell of sewage near the Augustus tower entrance and lifts but this wasn’t in the corridor where our room was on 38 floor. The only other little niggle was the pool area, there is now only 1-2 pools that can be used free of charge and all others require a reservation with extra charge, there was no mention of this when we booked. We were able to find a lounger most days but it felt like the hotel were trying to recoup their covid losses by charging for everything. We had a fantastic time in Vegas but I do feel that the hotel needs to update the rooms as they do not compare with the more luxurious rooms at Venetian & Wynn but charge a similar price.

Do not stay at this hotel, the checking in and checking out was horrible. They are extremely inefficient, and they are quick to charge you for any overages and fees when possible. No such thing as even a late checkout, and once you even touch the snackbar, you will get accidentally charged for something you didn't consume. Their staff is trained to incur fees and charges on you as soon as possible and as quickly as they are allowed. I've never came across a hotel which nickel and dimed you so hard. On top of that, the service was horrible. Never staying here again.
🤢
Terrible Customer Service
I stayed in Caesars Palace from 19/07-22/07/22. Though the hotel is beautiful with great rooms but terrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered room breakfast service from their Pronto cafe on 20th July and paid via my debit card online. On checking out on 22nd July I paid the remaining balance and asked for receipt to be emailed. Upon checking invoice later, to my surprise the hotel charged me for same breakfast again from my Amex CC. Since then I am unsuccessfully chasing for a refund. I live in Australia and was on vacation in July so it is not easy for me to call them often due to time difference and they hardly reply via email. When I raised this with customer service at Caesars, their E-Communications specialist (Shiela M) replied initially but could not resolve it. As per her she could not find details though I sent her copies of my debit card transaction details along with Amex CC summary stating that I have been charged twice for the same service. I have now raised this with bank to get a refund. As mentioned earlier the hotel itself is beautiful but good luck if you ever need any help from their customer service dept. I would highly recommend to check your invoice before checking out. Given there are so many other beautiful hotels with great shopping complex, I would never recommend Caesars Palace to anyone.

Made a Monday night reservation, called in to say we might be a bit late and (after several unhelpful transfers) was told there was no issue and shouldn't be much of a wait. People were camping out in line some asleep. Not a functioning hotel, just a gimmick.
🤮
I don't recommend staying at the Caesar Palace's Forum.
The check in was a horrible experience. I waited in line for 1.5 hours for them say I can't early check in. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for self-in. The room that put me in had air conditioning for 2 nights. I reached out to talk to the manager and the front desk staff wouldn't make one available. I was there for a conference and individuals were provided conflicting information about the hotel and it's availability. They put me in a location that was the furthest from the conference center. Everything was extremely spread out. Lastly, you can't use the refrigerador in the room without being charged a $75 fee. There was no coffee pot and when we asked housekeeping for one, we were told it was an upcharge. Caesar is overpriced, old, and lacks customer service.
🤮
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in Vegas, and I've stayed off strip too. Got to Caesar's Palace around 1 on a Sunday to see if I can check in a little early. They offered me two options, pay $40 to get an alert if there is a room earlier available, or pay $50 for a "premium upgraded room" now. So already a bad taste. You could tell they've been trained on up selling here and nickel and dime the customer. Loyalty and retention must be at an all-time low. Then of course you add this with the $52 resort fee. So we are at $100+ already on top of the normal room rate. The "premium upgraded room" was not even close to the words premium or upgrade. There were stains on the walls and one of the lights didn't even work. Worst part is I pulled out the iron in the room to iron my designer shirt that's white. I put water in it and after about two presses, a yellowish liquid came out and stained my shirt! You think it's done there, but it's not. As I'm checking out on a Monday, I called the front desk to see if I can extend the check out time from 11 to 12. You're probably guessing what happened when I called.. yup, they can do it, but there's a $35 charge for one extension because they are booked. As I leave the lobby I see maybe 8 people in line. Clearly this place is hurting for money because they train their employees to upsell literally everything. I'm surprised the ice machine didn't cost a dollar per use. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay here again.
🤮
Worst hotel on the strip.
. yes I said it, totally in line cost wise with top tier hotels but NO this place is garbage. The bathrooms toilet is broken and they took forever to fix. The shower has NO blockage allowing water to flood the bathroom I am shocked they have not had multiple class action law suits.. hookers everywhere, it's Vegas I get that but I believe they need to police this. The security is a joke called them and they never showed up !!! the phones in the room do not work ... they charge you for internet after 2 devices !!! the ovtavius tower is NOT that great and they claim it's updated , please !!! Avoid the place total joke !! Compounded by the fact I tried to complain and they don't even get you to a manager you need to go into a series of bs prompts that sends you in circles making it more annoying. Then I finally got a hold of the biggest jerk named isiah who literally should be fired who tried to get off the phone and could not be more of a reason to not slam this once great hotel on yelp..
🤮
Paid for pool view for CP and called the front desk to
Paid for pool view for CP and called the front desk to correct. According to the worker "the pool view is complimentary." Since when has any view in any hotel not been reflected in pricing? Dont we choose which rooms we pay for based on that insignificant detail? To make it short, she appeased us by claiming she would make adjustments. We were about to check out... no adjustments. Need to argue AGAIN to still not have the original agreement fulfilled. Charged for parking when we never even told them we had a car and had already paid daily at the kiosk. Would they remove the charges? No. "Call your credit company and make a dispute." That was their response instead of correcting their mistake. Aside from the poor customer service and false charges, the hotel is OLD. It's a few steps away from being circus circus. The closet doors barely open, there's a FILTHY and DUSTY AC unit circulating allergens and dirt, no bathroom air vents (bathroom gets warm), and the TV stand/dresser has seen better days... maybe 20 years ago.Unimpressed with the false description of the room, false resolution, and false charges. Find anywhere else and save yourself the headache
🤢
What an awesome display of mediocrity and poor leadership.
You'd think hosting a NATIONAL JOURNALIST CONVENTION would encourage this place to put their best foot forward. 1. The initial room was dated and pretty odd in various ways like broken chairs and literally a toilet paper dispenser held together with rubber-bands! ( see pics below) 2. The room was supposed to be an upgrade... We literally were looking straight on to air conditioning units. Moved upstairs 3. No Water in sight... So, I called the front desk to ask for the room and mini bar to be properly stocked. They never showed up... I am so disappointed. This room will cost more than 400 dollars per night. I feel duped. Horrible service... Steer clear! I'd rather have slept in my RENTAL CAR!
🤢
When I initially checked in, I was told that it would take
When I initially checked in, I was told that it would take a few hours to have my room ready and that I'd receive a text message. I came back 2 hours later to attempt checking in on the kiosk and when I was asked to confirm my email, it was incorrect which may have caused me to miss a room that was available. I updated my email, and requested to be notified and I received an email that my room was ready 30 minutes later. I picked my keys up from the kiosk and went to my room. When I entered the hotel room, it was not cleaned. The bed was not made, towels were everywhere, someone's tooth brush was on the sink, and there were water bottles on the sink and on the floor. My wife and I went back downstairs to request a new room. My wife spoke with someone at the express check in desk and explained the problem. Initially they said the room was clean, but my wife said we have a video of the room. From there we received an upgraded room at no charge. However, that room was fairly warm and would not go below 72 degrees, and the shower was clogged. We were so exhausted we didn't bother to put up a fight with them. I don't think I'd ever stay here again.
🤮

The toilet paper holder was held on by rubber bands, the shower grate had a big chunk missing (we could have cut our foot or twisted our ankle), our view was horrible, and they charged us $20 for a little box of Keurig coffee. Also, since we didn't buy a cabana or canopy bed out by the pool, an employee told us we could not be served food because we were in the "free" chairs. I got dressed and went into the casino to order food and the cashier at Bobby's Burgers said it was a lie. She said they serve food throughout the pool area. We later found out the employee who told us that was trying to sell cabanas. Also, the cocktail waitress never came to our "free" chairs. I emailed the property several times and they said they would not do anything to compensate us.
🤮
Just went here recently stayed four nights .
I have stayed at the Bellagio, Venetian, resorts world. This stay I was expecting a lot. Or just the same as these hotels that I stayed at . Caesars palace they should call it Caesars hotel. This is the worst stay yet in Las Vegas . They charge you for early check in, I was fine with it at first. I got to my room I was disappointed on the looks . Carpet was torn, scratches on their furniture . Smelled like cigarettes. Also construction was on top of us. I called for house cleaning two times, I even seen a maid outside my door and told her to clean my room. She never did or they never came. I tried to express my concerns by calling them I couldn't even reach the front desk. I talk to their " Front desk representatives" they said they would have a manager call me back never did. Believe me I'm not the type to make reviews like this. If I can save someone from staying here I will recommend heavily to go somewhere else.

Rooms look as if they used to be amazing but a bit shabby now. Stains on bathroom wall, etc. Needs some attention. After long drive, miserable to wait in line for 45 mins to check in. Elevator didn't work. Called ahead to ask if there was coffee maker, so we'd n one if we should bring ours and they told us we had one in room, we got here and found out they charge for it. Complained to front desk and they were rude and unhelpful on the phone. Suggested we come back down and wait in that ridiculously slow line a second time to talk to manager (refused to get one to the phone).

Awful! My check in was screwed up by the Asian employee who mixed up the credit cards I gave! Hard pillows! Tricky tray with goodies (M&M, Skittles, peanuts, wine, etc) if you lift your look at any item; your credit card is immediately charged for them even if your just looking! I paid $85 for late 4pm check out, yet I could not check out on machines as it's greyed out saying "Next check out at 8:30am! There was no way I was going to stay in a long line to check out!

I love the property and use to patronize it often; giving a lot of support during the pandemic! Beautiful place to stay but customer service can sometimes suck. I want say why it varies so drastically from person to person but I notice as you deal with the higher ups in Management; the attitudes changes. I've had to complain about getting proper ratings which seems to be the norm these days as very few of the Pit Bosses I've encountered barely rate you which sucks and has made me channel my gamblings elsewhere. I'm still disappointed that I left behind an almost a new bottle of Creed Viking cologne & some clothes and they said they had it and they would send it. After trying to locate my property they promised to sent it; it was all there. However, when I received it; my cologne was not there. They told me they couldn't mail it. Then they told me they didn't have it but previously told me everything was there. They refused to replace it which really pissed me off even more. I know someone kept it. A billions of $ Casino couldn't replace a $500 bottle of cologne they admitted to having but then it disappears is so cheesy. These places are so greedy! I've had some nice stays but it seems after I spoke to someone in Mgmt. about my ratings; stuff ole Caucasian woman with an attitude; she went through my account like she was the CIA looking for every simple thing should could to knock my gamblings and no too long after that; as a Diamond Plus card holder, I began to get no offers and they have all but dried up now. What a coincidence. I know she had some to do with it. She even tried to insult my intelligence with telling me the tens of thousands I needed to gamble before I could even get comp rooms and my ratings were also based on that. Maybe a hint of truth but I looked at her as if she was the meanest; tact lacking sour puss with no enthusiasm for a supposedly valued customer... I'll stop there. My Host Rudy Paredes has been very upstanding in trying to assist me. Lots of other nice folks too but I have a homie, Diamond Card member too who encouraged me to play more so I could get a Diamond and benefits. Ironically, a brother too, who complained about some and he said his offers stopped too. A pattern or coincidence. I'm just taking it all in for what it is. Altho I've had some great times there some things has come to question. I guess they don't need a customer like me, who came down during the pandemic to spend, but now the profits and people are flowing; I'm an after thought. Anyhow; make sure if you play the tables you get rated. If they don't want to rate you correctly; stay on them. I've spent and played a lot and I hardly have half the ratings I had at this point last year. I'll have to patronize other establishments that are more customer friendly if that is at all possible!
🙂
I was there Monday thru Friday.
Each time I walked by the check in area there was a long line, but don't let that bring the mood down when you get there - first, you're in Vegas and second, that line moves fairly quickly. Pools, rooms, and restaurants are great. The only complaint I have is that the area from the lobby towards the Augustus and Octavius towers smells terrible. Like I said, I was there Monday thru Friday. Any day, any time of day. It smells like a mixture of burned ham and sewage. You can see people covering their face as they walk through there. I saw one lady gag. We were heading to eat at the Americana restaurant (in lobby), but after walking through that smell none of us had an appetite anymore. (We stayed in the Octavius tower so we had a long walk through it.) Don't bother mentioning it to the staff. They're like, "What smell?" Otherwise, good place.

Stayed here because its iconic and, even though i've stayed in vegas many times, I've never stayed here. I was here about 2weeks and I did enjoy it. The staff was very accommodating (especially Tangela at the front desk)) and I got a good deal on the room. My first 5 days were free because i'm a Caesars Rewards member and the rest of my stay was heavily discounted. I stayed in the Augustus tower because its near the front to it was easy for me to catch a taxi or get a ride from friends. This hotel has lots to offer so theres really no need to leave. The pool is huge but lacks covered areas to shield from the sun. They need more umbrellas. The restaurants are mostly delicious (i left separate reviews for each of them). I also loved that Omina was right near my tower so it was a short walk to and from. The biggest con is the vast amount of prostitution in the hotel. I kept getting mistaken for one which was super uncomfortable. It didnt ruin my time but it didnt go unnoticed. Overall I would stay again but now I know what to expect.
🤮
This place was garbage for the price.
For one my elevator stunk like rotten eggs for the entire week I was there. The tables are Hella pricy. Plus the staff is not friendly at. This place his Hella MID no cap.

We have been checked in for less than 3 hours and have a 4 day stay ahead of us. First, our room was dirty. It had old food, trash, and dirty napkins in the drawers. When I called the front desk to ask for trash bags to clean it, they came up to clean it and just said sorry and that was it.. would've expected a little more as we are staying in a premium suite but it's alright. The tub had hair in it and the shower had a questionable substance in it that I cleaned up. Heads up - they charge you $75 to simply use the mini fridge for personal use (not even drink the drinks inside of it, JUST to use the mini fridge!). We ordered room service that was $91 for 2 people (2 burgers, 2 sides, 2 drinks). Half of our order did not show up... Called the front desk and they just said sorry and that a manager will contact us in 24-48 hours. They ended up giving us credit the next morning so that was appreciated. We came here to celebrate our five year anniversary and my birthday, and so far it has been an okay experience. I know the staff and management do not care too much, because we're just another "unhappy" customer, but we have been so appreciative during all of this despite that.3 stars because the room, bathroom, and view are nice, although the wood furniture is very chipped. I will update this review if things do get better during our stay here, but so far, 3 stars!
