Since the new chef was hired, and menu changed, this place lost its sole and heart. It is nothing like French. I been to France. It is not even a Carribean twist French. No matter how you call it, or want to twist it, it is not a restaurant food anymore. So: French onion soup? - it is a liquid over some mushed onions, and crouton. The taste is like over-burned onion mash. Escargot - stewed frozen snails - really small. served over hardened melted butter on a tasting plate. Not escargot serviced plate. By the time it comes to table, the butter is soft, not liquid, and taste terrible. Oh, the Vegetable soup - mix of previously frozen bagged veggies dipped in the veggie bullion made with veggie bullion mix. Tastes like water with streamed veggies. Not a soup. Funny, there is a picture of the soup on main page that is NOT served at this place. Niçoise Salad - too much of the anchovies. Basically, this restaurant is almost empty at the busiest time of the season. We visited for 10 years before COVID and we enjoyed it. We visited in October 2022 and complained, and thought something will change, but when came back in January 2023 - Same terrible Cheff and same terrible Food. Do NOT go there. When they let go of the Cheff to training on how to actually cook, and hire someone else, then we will come back.
