Cafe La Trova Miami Reviews from The Last Year
I love the energy at this place.
There's a great band playing, people singing and dancing. It was so much fun being there. The food and drinks were great too. I had a variety of small plates and mojitos...all yummy. The servers were also very friendly.
Excellent atmosphere, food, and service.
Everyone in my family was happy with this experience.
Wonderful food and music! Very lively place! Highly
Wonderful food and music! Very lively place! Highly recommend the mojito and crab cake
We are huge fans of Michelle Bernstein and have been
We are huge fans of Michelle Bernstein and have been wanting to try one of her restaurants for quite some time. We made reservations at Cafe La Trova a month or two in advance via Resy for a Saturday night at 6:30 PM. When we arrived at our reservation time the hostess stand employees didn't really provide any sort of warm welcome and were not very friendly. They couldn't find my reservation by my name and asked how I made the reservation and I advised it was made through Resy and showed them my Resy app showing the reservation confirmation. They spoke amongst themselves in Spanish and we heard them saying the reservation was made a while ago and probably someone on their staff didn't make the reservation (I'm not exactly sure what that means..) They asked how many people were in our party and they sat us at a table after they initially seemed confused. So after the strange start, the server was absolutely phenomenal, so friendly and hospitable and made us feel warm and welcome and answered any questions we had on the menu. We ordered a variety of drinks and all were outstanding (alcoholic drinks were all between $14-16) and all were quite unique and drink quality was amazing. For appetizers we ordered a variety of empanadas and croquettes (all around $12-14). You have to try to Cuban Sandwich Empanadas- they were outstanding and quite unique! For entrees, we ordered a variety of dishes - I tried the oxtail pasta for $29 and the quality was outstanding and very flavorful. We never felt rushed at any time and we really enjoyed the dining experience. I think the live music started playing around 7:15-7:30 and the place starts getting really lively and busy between 8:30 and 9. So if you arrive earlier it's a great place to have a conversation and is quieter, but if you want livelier come a little later in the evening. The gratuity is already included on the check- and look to spend about $200 for every two people to have a good dining experience and to also enjoy your evening. If it wasn't for the reservation and arrival experience, I would have rated the restaurant 5 stars, but this did affect the initial arrival experience and was the first impression we had of the restaurant. (Separately, I had made a 2nd reservation for July 27th for dinner on Resy while we were trying to finalize our schedule. I canceled the reservation on Resy after we came on July 20th, and then received an email from SevenRooms saying a reservation was made for us on July 26th -- completely the wrong day. So I'm not sure what is happening with the restaurant and their reservation systems, but there's something completely wonky happening...)
Went for Happy Hour and had such a great time! We arrived
Went for Happy Hour and had such a great time! We arrived around 6pm and the front bar was pretty packed so we sat at be back bar. At 7:30 they had live music and even the bartenders occasionally played music and danced. Such a fun vibe. For drinks we had a daiquiri and spicy margarita which were both ok. For food I ordered the serrano ham croquettes which were delicious. I'll def be back to try more of the menu!
Fun place with great food and drinks
First time visitor, we went for dinner. The restaurant has a slightly weird layout. In the front, as you enter, there is the band to the left, tables in the middle, and bar to the right. Beyond that, there is another seating area, where we sat. And in the back of the restaurant is another seating area with another bar. The restaurant is very loud with people talking, such that it's actually hard to hear the band unless you are seated in the front of the restaurant. If you are in the back, forget it, you won't even be able to hear the band. We sat in the middle section, and we could barely hear the band. Next time, I'll ask to sit in the front. Even if you are close to the band, the music isn't that loud compared to the ambient noise, because it's always packed here. Aside from the music, the food was great! I had the red snapper, and it was some of the best I had in Miami. Crazy delicious. Cocktails were great. Service was great. The staff is very experienced, and they will take care of you perfectly. I will also say that the band took frequent breaks when we went, like they'd play for 20 minutes, then take a 30+ minute break. So basically, if you go for the music, sit close to the band, and make sure you check the schedule to see when the band is playing. All in all, I had a great time here and will definitely make this a "go-to" when I visit Miami.
Fantastic food, service, and ambience.
HOWEVER, it is entirely ridiculous that the restaurant charges 20% automatic gratuity for a party size less than 6 and calls it a "service charge" to skirt the law. You better be paying that money to the serving staff and the kitchen. And you need to prove it. But frankly, customers are not here to supplement the wage. That's your job as a business. I will pay higher prices on the food, if that's what you need to do, but anything else is fraudulent.
Unfriendly waitress, average food.
Not impressed. Average food and unfriendly waitress. It seemed she did not want to answer any questions about the menu or want to serve us. Drinks were good.
Easily, 10 stars.
We got here as soon as it opened so only the bar area was open. However, the drinks were great! We ordered food off the happy hour menu. I am still thinking about the lechón sliders and the jamón croquetas. The service was great. The bartender answered all our questions. The place had AC, the bathrooms were clean. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know going to Miami.
Honestly upset while writing this.
I have never been to the restaurant and was very excited to go this past weekend to celebrate a 95th birthday since it had live music. We left all of the information with the girl who answered the phone for a reservation for a party of 13, we were told that between 24-48 hours we were going to be confirmed/hear back from the sales department. We never got that call. Emailed 2 times, called various times on various days and I was hung up on twice. Extremely disappointing.
I'm a man of few words! F-ing amazing! Fun! Upbeat! Loud!
I'm a man of few words! F-ing amazing! Fun! Upbeat! Loud! Food amazing! Service on point! Can't wait to get back. If you're from out of town and looking for fun high energy and fabulous eats! This place is a must!
I dined at Cafe La Trova last night.
I will be going back - very soon. This is one of my new favorite restaurants. The ambience, service, and food was impeccable. The bartenders are absolute masters of their craft. I enjoyed the best Mojito I've ever had. I ordered the Lechon. It was, without question the best mojo pork I've ever had. I don't say this lightly, Cafe La Trova is a stunning epicurean experience. I cannot wait to go back. 10/10.
It’s about the ambiance, the music, and the drinks… but, sadly, not about the food…
The highlight of the place is, definitely, the Cuban festive ambiance; you are truly transported to La Habana the moment you set foot on Café La Trova. The smells, the sounds, the lighting, even the voices… everything is set to make your senses truly believe you’ve been transported to Cuba, and you can’t do nothing but embrace the feeling and let yourself go. Drinks are spectacular, and although we did not have the award-winning cocktails, the mojitos were, without a doubt, among the best we’ve ever had. Music is spectacular!!! You might not know the lyrics, you might have never heard the song before, you might not even understand the words and lyrics, but you still feel the music deep inside you and it is beautiful!!! Ambiance is festive, you’ll find people dancing, singing, cheering, and more. And you’ll just be OK with all that, it won’t bother in the least, and don’t forget to pay attention for the bartenders to partake in the show, because that will, definitely, be the highlight of the visit. Food was sadly the drawback to our experience. Overall, what we had barely scratches the “GOOD” tier across the board. Café La Trova is far from serving exemplary Cuban food, you can find way better and tastier Cuban food across Miami and even in locations near Café La Trova. The appetizers, such as empanadas and tostones, plain good, the latter grossly greasy; the ceviche, also plain good, with the fish hardly properly marinated; the octopus probably made it to the “VERY GOOD” tier; and the main course, the salt-baked fish, sadly ranked “GOOD” only despite the accompanying paraphernalia, with the resulting dish unpleasantly watery and mildly tasty. Service: friendly, polite, knowledgeable, agile, but rushed; understandable up to some point since one would love to extend the stay as long as possible, but it is quite annoying to have the table filled with all the dishes you ordered brought at once and left with hardly any space to maneuver, also annoying is to be asked about what you’ll have the very next moment you’re given the menu, and most annoying is to have the check delivered when you’re not even finished!!! All in all, Café La Trova is a mut-go in Miami, certainly. But probably don’t think of it as a dinner hot spot but rather a lively night out. Also, be advised: make a reservation with as much anticipation as possible, and although you’ll be offered near-the-band seats for an extra price, such area feels a bit crammed, whilst the regular seats still offer a nice view of the show with much more comfortable space. A NOTE TO CAFÉ LA TROVA: Please be mindful of your communication with your customers, I tried to reach you through different means (phone, mail, and Instagram) to double-check my reservation and NEVER got an answer from you.
Father's Day Pre Celebration
We had an amazing time, as always. We love it and it never gets old. The band was great. The food, delicious. Service as well. All around fun filled evening. Thank you!
BAD PLACE
The customer service is terrible, the food is terrible, the drinks are expensive, and they vote you off the table to move on to other customers. I don't recommend this place.
Tourist Trap -
First I paid $30 when I booked online to have a seat at the front of the stage, I didn’t mind at the time We arrived promptly at 7, ordered tapas to get going and two alcohol free mojitos. I have been to Cuba and these plates were enormous, the empanadas had been made way before and were lukewarm warm. Food was not good and gets 1 star. Mojitos were obviously out of a bottle 1 star The music was great 5 stars At the end of the evening I came to pay and they said I had not reached the minimum required spend THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED. I did not want to make a fuss in front of everyone so I agreed and then they added tips and it came to $200 Tourist rip off, go for the music, the food is not great and the cocktails stink.
A Culinary Rumba: Café la Trova Swings with Flavor!
From the moment we stepped into Café la Trova, it was clear we were in for a night of dazzling flavors and vibrant music. The atmosphere buzzed with energy, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Led by the renowned Chef Michelle Bernstein, the kitchen dazzles with its inventive and flawlessly executed dishes. We kicked off the evening with their signature mojito, which was nothing short of spectacular, and perfectly paired with the earthy mushroom croquetas. The appetizers didn't stop there; the fried spinach empanadas were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor, while the seared foie gras was a delightful surprise that melted in the mouth. For the main course, the branzino, served in a uniquely crafted sauce, was cooked to perfection, showcasing the chef's deft touch. The lechon was equally impressive, rich and succulent, making each bite better than the last. To round off the meal, the desserts were a showstopper – a classic flan and Michelle's exceptional bread cake, each a sweet testament to traditional meets contemporary. The Cuban Manhattan alongside our desserts was the cherry on top, well-balanced and a great nod to the Cuban vibe. Ayleen, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our experience with her impeccable service. Café la Trova not only offers amazing food and cocktails but also immerses you in the heart of Cuban culture with fantastic musicians that keep the energy high and spirits lifted. Photo with their names attached. It's a slice of dreamy Cuba right here at home, and surprisingly affordable for such high quality. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and let Café la Trova treat you to an evening you won't soon forget.
Prebatched cocktails!
I give 2* for one thing! U r voted for the 24 best bar in the world, and u have prebatched cocktails?! I'm sorry, but a place like La Trova should not have prebatched drinks! The food is great!
TOURIST TRAP - BUYER BEWARE
:::::TOURIST TRAP::::: BUYER BEWARE: they offer and introduce a Branzino dish but BUYER BEWARE this is not the Branzino on the menu that is $46.00 it's another Branzino that they up charge for $95.00. In addition, another BUYER BEWARE is they hide the 20% gratuity under "charge and fee" when you ask the waitress what exactly that is charge - "she says it's for the band" never says it tip or gratuity, but reminds you there's a tip line - if you do the math it's 20% so yes, it is a 20% gratuity. I'm a local and was visiting for the first time. I took some friends from out of town. This will be the last time. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this restaurant with so many other great spots on Calle ocho. I like clean business, not shady tourist trap. Another thing they didn’t tell us about the Happy Hour. :(

Well where to start, yes I understand we didn't have a reservation but we got there at 4pm the moment the spot opened so sat and had some drinks at the bar awesome since the kitchen didn't opened till 5pm, but didn't like the fact that they rush you by saying u only have the table for an 1 hr and 1/2. So u must chug your food down fast and not even that. I been there couple of times and I don't think I will return anytime soon since we took some friends of ours from South America that visited the first time and they weren't impressed with the level of service from the front. The waitress was superb and the bar folks also.

Had such a great time here, live music, great food and the bartenders were full of spirit and good vibes. I'd recommend making a reservation if you want to be seated and served near the music/dancing, if not head to the back bar. The Cuban food was authentic and very well prepared, tons of flavor. I 100% recommend this to anyone staying in Miami.
We wanted to love this
Well…maybe we expected too much. Maybe we need to come back and try it again. This large cafe is tightly packed with tables, extremely loud — to the shouting point for the four of us — once the many tables are occupied, and the food was average. Our lechon had no crispy pork skin, unless you count the fried pork rinds scattered around it. The ropa vieja was okay, tho nothing special. The seared octopus was tender and nice on the saucy potatoes. But somehow, with the elevated culinary reputation this place has, we expected more of the food than what can be had all over town, particularly a few blocks away. The band was good, but nobody was dancing. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We were just puzzled with the whole night, tho we did take a great stroll in the lovely tropical night up and down Calle Ocho, always a treat.
Food not expensive but very good quality.
The service is unbelievable slow. The ambiance is unique. Best ambience in Calle 8. They should improve the service quality.
Cafe La Trova has one of the best happy hours in Miami.
It runs from 5-7pm, with live music starting at 6pm. I've been here several times, tried many things on their menu and have never been disappointed. From their delicious (and not to sweet) cocktails to modern take on Cuban food and overall ambiance, La Trova is must if you're visiting Miami.

What a magical place! The music, the energy, the vibes and the cocktails are one of a kind. Although Cafe La Trova is well know and very well respected, my experience here was definitely the icing on the cake for me and my friends the evening we dropped by after dinner. There was a live band, great music and the place was of course packed on a Friday night. But for some reason it just felt vibrant vs overwhelming, The team of cantineros are consummate professionals at their craft with top notch hospitality to their guests, coupled with contagious energy as they break out in dance. To my surprise, I was invited behind the bar to participate. At the moment, I didn't realize really what was going on but before I knew it had a maraca in my hand and I was asked to get in formation. I was laughing so hard while also triggering my less obvious shyness for a moment as I did not expect to be front and center. But it just made the night all the more fun, memorable and absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back as this place is truly very special! Thanks for the amazing visit!!
Cafe La Trova is a must! Very unique environment
Cafe La Trova is a must! Very unique environment transporting you to the heart of Cuba. We had a large party with a prefixe dinner set up family style. We started off with calamari (so flavorful!) and chicken and steak empanadas. For dinner, fresh fish and skirt steak, both delicious and we ended with bread pudding for dessert. The live music starts around 8pm and the environment becomes lively with a bar in the back room that becomes a dancefloor with a DJ come 10pm. The service was attentive... the table and restaurant with seating was a bit tight and our party was 16 people. However, you can't top this unique experience!

Make sure to get a reservation! for anything after the music starts. Amazing cocktail, bar and bartenders, could use a broader menu, but the fare they have is high quality!

What a tremendously special experience to visit Cafe La Trova! If you want a fun and energetic vibe that transports you to Havana, this is the place for you! We walked in around 8:45pm and it was packed. No reservation so we tried to do a walk-in (definitely make reservations in advance if you can). There was live music as we entered and it was so lively and fun - people were getting up and dancing from their tables, people just enjoying the atmosphere. We lucked out and grabbed a seat at the bar which ended up being great because the bartenders not only make fabulous cocktails but they are often part of the show with the musicians and also have their own tricks in making some drinks you don't want to miss. In terms of food we ordered both the Cubano empanadas and the ceviche that came with tostones.... Both were absolutely delicious! If we were hungrier we definitely would have ordered more! Put this place on your list to visit if you're in Miami! Not to be missed!

I felt like, I was transported into a neighborhood in Cuba! A very lively restaurant with a live band which starts in the evenings. The Cuban music! was spot on, The bar was hitting while the restaurant was filled to the brim. Every single dish we had was tasty and authentic, The service was perfect!
Lively
Lively noisy venue tightly packed. Unfortunately, our server advised that the tapas portions were small so we ordered 2 each with a salad. We had so much food arriving all at once that it could barely fit on the table. Unfortunately this spoilt the experience for us, however everything was very tasty. Be warned, order less and add extra later!
After much research I made my reservation weeks ago.
Definitely needed. The place was packed and there was a short wait (less than 10 minutes) for my table, with apologies. I was offered a seat at the bar (same menu) but it was off in a corner away from the stage so I opted to wait. Speaking of the stage: music is a big deal here, playing throughout the night. Not mere background either. Tonight it was a 4-piece band, of what Latin style I cannot say - salsa perhaps? So good and engaging that more than once I found I had stopped eating, mid-chew, watching in mesmerized astonishment. No exaggeration. Drink: an excellent mojito, packed with mint leaves, sweet, tangy and limey. I started with an appetizer: Buñuelo de Bacalao (salt cod fritters): a good sized portion of 5, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, pleasingly salty and tasting of the sea, accompanied by a generous amount of spicy aioli. Superb. At no time was I made to feel rushed. When I placed my appetizer order I expected I'd be asked to order the entree at the same time. She said whichever I prefer but either way the entree wouldn't be served until I was ready. I opted to wait and peruse the menu more. (They will however request you move to the bar area if you choose to stay longer than 2 hours which is reasonable. My stay was a little over an hour and a half.) Service was impeccable. It's the kind of place where if you drop your napkin leaving the table it will be restored to the table, neatly folded when you return. Happened to me twice. But don't for a minute think the atmosphere is stuffy and pretentious. Quite the opposite, warm and welcoming with an energetic, festive vibe. My entree choice was actually the lowest-priced entree on the menu due to its simplicity. Lechon: pork shoulder with cracklings, steamed yucca, tangerine, and pickled onions. Only a squeeze of the lemon and lime wedges was needed for additional flavor, along with the bottled hot sauce which was offered without asking; it was not a brand I am familiar with. A huge portion, and I took more than half home and didn't even quite finish it the next day. I liked it very much but next time I would try a more complex dish, or maybe the crispy whole boneless snapper. The room was dimly lit and had a cozy feeling. Walls decorated with music posters and LPs. Tables were small so conversations would be easy even though the noise level was high between the band and the many diners. Curiously, a carcass of an old car was a central feature in the decor, and many diners posed for photos inside - an allusion to the ancient autos they manage to keep running seemingly forever in Cuba perhaps? The stage backdrop was made to resemble an urban facade, with aged stucco walls, a doorway and window dressed with blue shutters, ivy dangling from the balcony overhead. A place to celebrate birthdays apparently. There were 5 while I was there, each time marked by a cake with dazzling sparklers (no mere candle) and a trio of singing waiters, cheers and applause all around. Second drink: unfortunately I had 50 miles of driving, at night, back to my wilderness campsite in Big Cypress. But that mojito was so good! What to do? I've got it! Another, hold the rum. I'd like to say I didn't miss the rum but of course I did. But it still had all the minty sweet limeyness of the real thing and it was the right decision. A small selection of desserts are offered, all true to the Cuban theme. I was pretty full or I might have tried the Banana Tres Leches? I opted instead for Flan De la Flaca which normally doesn't appeal but seemed worth trying. A wedge-shaped slice, served with a wafer (type unknown) and whipped cream. Pretty good but I thought it could be improved by a fruit sauce or some other accompaniment. Wow, such an experience. Without hesitation I would return here on my next visit, without even considering the numerous other options in the area.

Immaculate service and great bartending! We ordered Yin and Tony, Hotel Nacionale and Presidente. Had an unforgettable time! Ambience was chill tbh.

Cafe La Trova is amazing! the ambience is out of this world with amazing live music, great cocktails and food. The service is excellent as well. Manuel was a great server! He took care of us super nice
My second visit , still amazing place and service !.
If you really want to find out if a place like this one is an excellent venue , repeat your visit to confirm it. That is what I just did to. I grabbed my friends and arrived there on a Sunday when every body was watching the NFL Super Bowl Game. And look what happened , the place did not have the large crowd and we could really enjoy the finest cocktails , the yummy tapas served there , the amazing live band’s music, even we could dance and we had a terrific evening thanks this time to the amazing bartenders : Alexei and Israel. Both are very professional , eager to help you and recommend favorite cocktails . They both treat us like family and this is the especial thing I love about “ Cafe La Trova “. The hostess are very courteous , and the food servers too. Security and valet parking staff very professional as well. My congratulations to the entire team to make it for the second time . Keep up the good work!.
Don’t miss the Happy Hour and music when in Little Havana-outstanding!
We came two different nights on our trip to Miami. Barabaro -our bartender was amazing! 31 years of experience and it showed-amazing service! We came for happy hour 5-7pm and stayed for the music-and the bartenders join in! Happy hour snacks are delicious but we also had the ceviche and flan off the menu-outstanding!
THE VIBE, SERVICE AND FOOD IS OUTSTANDING !
Our first visit to a Cuban restaurant and the food, service and ambience was outstanding. The VIBE is FAB and if we are in Miami again we will go again.
Café La Trova - a dining adventure!
Cafe La Trova is a wonderful place to enjoy a total experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the food is delicious, and the music is authentic in a wonderful way. Guests feel uplifted by the ambiance and are swept away to an imagined Cuba. We will certainly recommend Café la Trova to friends and family who are planning trips to Miami and to those who live in Florida who may be looking for an amazing place to have a dining adventure.
Exceptional Experience
Café La Trova was one of the most fun, flavorful, and fantastic dining experiences I’ve ever had. The live music was sensational. The food was exquisite. The service was first rate. No notes.
Date night at La Trova
We had an absolutely amazing meal here! Service was prompt and friendly, and we loved the empanadas (sweet corn and Cuban sandwich) and the fried snapper. Showstopper was the ropa vieja and the cocktails! We’ll be back any time we’re in Miami.
Not what I expected
Definitely not for locals ,Monday place was crowded with tourist thinking they are eating the “real “ Cuban food ,over priced new Cuban cuisine very well marketed but really please the Rabo Encendio I order it was all pasta and no rabo ,I had to scuba dive for the beef ,,my Americano friends not impressed either, waiter so kindly comped my order kudos to him ,place way too loud so the great music from the talented trio could hardly be heard ,back to basis for me as for my rabo encencendio thats beef in between the bones ,sorry to burst your bubble Trova

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.

I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
