Excellent service and great food I recommend the Minestrone, carpaccio di Manzo, pasta amatriciana (when they have it) which is made with guanciale, pappardele wild board is great, veal Milanese and ossobuco are delicious. Great place for lunch.

Lunch with family? This place have a outdoor dining area, with a nice ambiance. Italian restaurant with special flavors. Try it for yourself
Be the first to ReplyFood was horrible and so was the atmosphere and guests.
Rudy, the manager was rude and inconsiderate. He cares more about his personal friends and connections ordering one happy hour appetizer than patrons spending $200+. I've never had such a disturbing experience from someone who claims to have hospitality history. Blatant lies. These people are disgusting and classless. My friend and I were verbally harassed by a bitter single diner who didn't even order an entree or drink. We were there for 5 hours, tipped 25%, and were having a lovely time with everyone there until... Three patrons accosted us for laughing and talking. LAUGHING AND TALKING. RUDY THE MANAGER'S response was confidently misogynistic, degrading, and unprofessional. I wonder if this bargain bin establishment knows that if music is playing and patrons are happy that noise it inevitable? As someone who has worked in the industry for years, this was so sad. I regret our tip deeply as no one should have gotten anything extra. Seems like they're only used to miserable, lonely, guests. So sad. My appetite has been ruined for the foreseeable future. Do not come here. Barf.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food, excellent service.
Had the Bronzino at many occasions, absolutely delicious. Salads are very tasty. The tiramisu amazing. Been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

Be the first to ReplyMore than five stars ! Went here on Monday .
Yum!!! Great food and service ! Pizza is great ! The rotisserie chicken and potatoes so delicious ! And don't forget to order the cannoli ! The best there is west of Chicago ! Maybe even made better than Chicago now ! I will be back -- we went there quite a bit before the pandemic and finally we can enjoy this restaurant once again ! Sooo delicious! LSI

It's been years since I've eaten in a restaurant whose food was so bad and whose prices were so obscene.Paltry serving sizes and horrificly overpriced menu items were only supported by relatively decent service . I'm never going back to this joke............

Nice staff, decent daily happy hour in the front, DELICIOUS Brussel Sprouts - they had a yummy grilled flavor that made them taste so good. The other food was less memorable, but it's a more adorable stop in the area if you just need some quick sustenance. They had a couple of Italian beers as well.
Be the first to ReplyJust returned from lunch with my Mom and Sister.
Typically we've been enjoying Caffe Roma for years, but not on this occasion. My sister and I both ordered the chicken melt sandwich and it was terrible. No taste, cold, tiny piece of chicken and mostly lettuce. Our server, who we needed to track down, was never around when needed and the outside patio where we sat was basically empty. I hope this is not a sign of the times.

Great spot, affordable, not pretentious Beverly Hills location with a full Italian menu.Great vibe, often with live music. If you are Italian you will feel at home, if you are not, they will make sure you will feel like you are!

It used to feel European and cool, but last night had a swarmy vibe. Something changed here during COVID, including the tables themselves. We went tennish for the much proclaimed "happy hour menu all the time" and were rudely informed when ordering that we were not in the correct seating zone to enjoy that menu. They moved us, but I felt furious ... the place wasn't busy at all and it just felt embarrassing. Our food and wine were both ordinary. I had some exquisite food there before ... I don't think this was random. The table move was inexcusable. Will not return.
Be the first to ReplyMy wife and I have been frequenting this place for years .
We keep coming back because the food is consistently quality , the service is paced well and there's great entertainment throughout the week. Our sever Nima was polite and efficient- even after our many requests for bread, extra sauce and copious amount of wine . Great energy overall !
Be the first to ReplyGreat good.
Great music. Great happy hour. Nima was such a good server. Very genuine and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplyWe picked this place to have an early dinner this afternoon.
The ordeal started as soon as we sat down. Our server we could hardly understand. We asked for some bread we received few slices of market bread overly toasted tasteless and served on a plate with nothing under it or over it. We ordered soup and since it was coming in a large bowl we asked for it to be split in two when we ordered but it was served in one large bowl. When we asked for it to be split server's bad attitude revealed itself. We asked what other what kind of bread they have & we were told pizza bread and garlic bread. We ordered pizza bread and came with Harvey amount of rosemary on the top. Finally the food arrived prosciutto pizza arrived with cold slices of ham not prosciutto ( also ham) The angel hair pasta with vegetables came with can vegetable pieces as if they had opened the can and duped on top of the pasta. We decided not eat & leave immediately ! We asked for the check and the restaurant manager came to our table he was rude and had no manners. He was complaining about our issue with bread and now the pizza. He said this the proper way to service prosciutto as if we had never had Italian food. So we just asked for the check and told him we don't want to eat this food. We were charged for the pasta , which we had not touched, the bread & the water & We left one cent as tip. Please note; my office has been across street on canon Dr for passed 25 years! We had not gone there for a few years. Now I am reminded why! Unfortunately in oder to post my review I had to use a the star!

I had a lovely dinner here at Caffe Roma a few Saturdays ago. It was a bit of a last minute decision, so we did not have time to make reservations. Luckily, it wasn't terribly busy so our party of 4 was seated outside almost immediately. We started off with the Prosciutto e Melone. I was very excited to try this since I've been hearing so much about how great this combination is. Unfortunately, I was left wanting more. I wasn't a fan of the prosciutto with the melon, and everyone else agreed. We all ended up eating the prosciutto and melon separately. For my entree I went with the Orecchiette Pesto. It was delicious! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the pesto was amazing. I also loved the burrata that came on top of it. My only complaint is regarding the busboys. When one of my friends was almost done with his food, he stood next to him and waited about 30 seconds or so for him to finish eating. He even tried to grab the plate several times before he was done. I found this to be a bit strange and confusing.

Just went there for Valentine's Day and I can't express enough how bad this place was. The food, service, and pricing were all bad. As a customer, you can forgive one of those things, not all three. Lowlights:- $20 mediocre cocktails- $36+ for basic pastas with dry, pre-diced chicken- No complimentary bread- Dry, chewy calamari - Hour+ to get out entrees- Basic entrees with below average portion sizes - Mandatory 20% tip for a party of 2Bottom line, there's no reason to go here and waste your time and money.
Be the first to ReplyFood is good.
But one may say overpriced. $25 for lasagna and $29 for gluten free spaghetti and meatballs. Ouch. Service is also lax at times.

I had out-of-town guests and wanted a charming outdoor patio for an italian dinner in Beverly Hills -this was a perfect choice. The serve is excellent, our waiter knew the menu and had great recommendations to share. We loved our outdoor table under the twinkling lights. I highly recommend this classic Bev Hills favorite...
