My friends and I had reservations on a lovely night and opted to sit outside in their beautiful patio. Because it was already a windy night, the fans they had mounted on nearby poles were not needed but good to know they are there. Everything was cutely decorated with lots of covered songs played in the background. Drinks included Rosso di Sera, Spaziala, and Miss Gabby and all were great depending on what you are looking for. We shared a gem salad, nicoise salad, mussels and a suggested order of foccaccia to soak up the broth. The gem salad was light and represented a traditional salad while the nicoise salad was more pungent with tuna, red onionis, and string beans. I loved the mussels as well as their presentation in the mini pot. For the focaccio, I had higher hopes that it was going to be thicker and more chewy for the broth. Entrees shared included the Rita pizza, Veal Milanese, bucatini bolognese, and Fettuccine Aragosta. The pizza was the ideal dough I was hoping for with lots of prosciutto, cheese, and truffle oil on top, yum! The veal was massive having to be at least a foot long. It had a beautiful crust with a fresh arugula and tomato salad. The bucatini was fun to eat as it reminded me of Chef Boyardee's Beefaroni but tasted so much better. The fettuccine was more simply season with a little cheese allowing the lobster to shine. Overall, I had a wonderful experience! The food was great, service was top knotch, and portions were more generous than other establishments. I would love to come again!

The ambiance of the restaurant was really nice with all the greenery and flowers everywhere. The food was also very good and full of amazing flavor. I got the fiocchetti and it was absolutely amazing. My husband got the short rib ravioli and it was good, but we both loved my dish more lol I just took one star off because we had requested outdoor seating when we made the reservation and when we arrived they told us it was actually first come, first serve. Not sure why it would even be an option to reserve outdoors if they won't grant it. But overall really great place!

We are on vacation in Miami beach and we had lunch in this Italian restaurant. We made many requests but our waiter Mateo was very patient and suggested us right food. Beautiful environment and really good food, some drinks from the menu weren’t available.

If you want a fantastic atmosphere and a beautiful setting to have dinner and /or drinks then go to this restaurant. We stopped for drinks and were directed to the upstairs bar. Wow is all I can say. It was marvelous. Such a great atmosphere and beautiful bar, upscale, and the bartenders were amazing. They know how to make a drink. Perfection is all I can say. When you order a drink there too will be getting it the way it is suppose to made and mixed. So professional and friendly and helpful. The design and colors and layout is over the top. I could go there every night and be content. I don’t like the name but you have to stop by and take it all in. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice outdoor setting. You have to try their pizza because it is the best thing on their menu. We had the mussels but they were dry and did not care for the broth. Service was good but a little to expensive for my taste.

My recent brunch experience at Call Me Gaby, an Italian restaurant, was a delightful surprise. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely incredible.To start, we ordered the Watermelon Salad, which was a refreshing and colorful dish with pistachios and cheese. The Charcuterie was also a highlight of the meal, with a great selection of cured meats and cheeses that were expertly paired with bread and a variety of condiments.For our main courses, we ordered the Veal Milanese and roasted Eggplant both of which were cooked to perfection. The Veal Milanese was crispy and flavorful, and the Eggplant was perfectly roasted. It was clear that the kitchen paid close attention to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of each dish.For dessert, we indulged in the Raspberry Panna Cotta and Tiramisu, both of which were decadent and rich. The menu had a a lot of items out of stock due to the busy night the day before but the dishes were did get were amazing. The server was extremely ice and knowledgeable. The ambiance was perfect sitting in the courtyard. Will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying, bravo to the entire Call Me Gaby team. We held a big dinner party (13 guests) last Saturday and everything was fantastic! We were running late and the hostess coordinated and handled everything with grace; as you'd hope a very busy restaurant would on a Saturday evening. Our server was also fantastic - but honestly, the food was the real highlight here. This is, hands down, one of the best resturants in Miami Beach and if you haven't been yet, you've been sleeping on this place. The outdoor patio is beautiful, but the ambiance upstairs is stunning and I'm so happy that's where we were. The service was exceptional and their events team knocked it out of the park. Victoria, you absolutely killed it. Thank you so much for making this dinner nothing short of perfect.

Such cool vibes love the ambiance! First time we got a cute table outside for a late lunch and tried pizza and spaghetti pomodoro. Both good. Second time was a full house so I e ate upstairs at the bar. The bartender was so friendly and so nice. Made our experience super nice. Food was delish.

Very busy place. My wife ordered the Focaccia and the pasta with clam sauce. I ordered a salad and the pot of meatballs and focaccia. My wife got her focaccia and 25 minutes later I finally got the salad and the waiter also brought the pot of meatballs with the bread and my wife’s order. I had to rush through the salad the make sure the meatballs would still be warm. The meatball dish was delicious but should have been served separately from the salad. Bad service.

Atmosphere is eclectic , just the place to see and be seen across the street from the emblematic "Joe's Stone Crab".Food is wonderful, tasty, authentic and very well presented and service was very good (very good, not great).When you go, try to be seated outside, in the "garden", dining al fresco in south beach adds to the experience.Parking is a challenge, but heck we're in Miami...Pricey !!!....Bon Appetito....

Poor service and still got slapped with 20% gratuity!!! Obviously, it is the house norm to apply a FORCED 20% GRATUITY on all customers and that's the reason why their service SUCKS. There's no incentive to do it right AT ALL. The host sat us down and we waited 15 minutes for the server ANTONIO (an Italian fellow) to show up to serve us water and to take our order. He got our order, brought the appetizers relatively quickly and later DISSAPPEARED for another 15-20 minutes. I had to ask other waiters around me for ANTONIO; they all apologized and promised to call him promptly back to our table. That never happened. When I stood up to go and get him myself, as soon as I found him chatting near the kitchen entrance he said with a smile on his face, "Sorry... I was on an important personal call.... (FOR 15 minutes!!!)". A terrible lie. I obviously called the Manager and complained. The Manager was kind enough to give us the desserts for free as a way to excuse the inexcusable. In the meantime, ANTONIO ruined the night for us and still got a 20% FORCED TIP from us. Never going back and not recommending it to anyone I care about.

They might be famous for their pizza and we didn't try it, I will give them that. But what we tried was good, not great, smth like 6 out of 10, roughly. The garden, though, is very pretty, so the overall experience is positive.

Went here for dinner based on the recommendation of our daughter who was here earlier in the year. She raves about the food and the service. Her recommendation was spot-on! The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. The food was amazing. The servers were super helpful in making suggestions. Portions are decent, but large enough to share (if you wish). Great flavors and the cocktail offerings are varied and very well made. Bottom line: we liked this place so much we cancelled a reservation later during our vacation to come back to Call Me Gaby again. Most important was the visit was as nice as the first. If you’re looking for a really nice Italian restaurant in SoFI, this is your place. Be sure to call ahead for a reservation as this place is quite popular. You’ll be glad you did.

Making the best of 30 minutes

So we did not have reservations… which apparently is a big no no because when we checked in with the hostesses (wearing matching outfits by the way that were completely adorable)… we were told they could not accommodate us because they were completely booked and we could only have 30 minutes because they had a reservation at 8 o’clock. Little did they know we were excited to take them up on their offer of 30 minutes because we figured something was better than nothing. I think it caught them off guard because when we accepted their offer (which I’m not even sure was an offer… ) they said that even if we weren’t finished with our drinks, we were going to need to leave regardless and that we were to be responsible for leaving with in 30 minutes. We assured them we would finish our drinks! They were obviously trying to dissuade us but thank God we didn’t take them up on that! While they gave us a very narrow opportunity to dine at the establishment, we took the opportunity of 30 minutes and turned it into a lovely evening with our Server, Linda who made us feel relaxed on our last night in Miami. Linda is the reason this restaurant is getting a five star review because she was fabulous. She was 100% focused on ensuring we were having a great time and in fact took care of us so much so, that we were there longer than 30 minutes and enjoyed pizza and a salad and 2 rounds of drinks. We let her know we were there celebrating my 50th and she even hugged me when we left. She was adorable and amazing! It was a very memorable night. The food and decor were Laura Ashley meets Joanna Gaines meets Miami. Perfect place for a girl’s night out. We will return next time and will definitely request Linda again. Obviously next time we will make reservations.

I went here the other night and was shocked at the level of service we received for a restaurant charging what they charged. They brought my husband soda in a small soda can in a restaurant that is supposed to be upscale.

I asked for dressing on the side and they brought the salad out in one plate even though we were sharing and the dressing in two tiny tin cups . There were dogs everywhere instead of seating those with dogs in the corner away from other diners who might not want to have dogs surrounding them while they were eating.

Now the food, okay, nothing to write home about and certainly not worth the $134 we paid for Magaherita pizza, chicken scallopine, a salad, two glasses of wine and one cup of coffee, very overpriced for what we got.

Maybe I just made a poor choice in my entree (the carbonara) but I wasn't too impressed. Everything we had was good but not mind blowing, My boyfriend got the fiocchetti alle pere e tartufo and that was pretty good I'd probably rate that alone like 4.5 stars. I very much regret not getting the Gaby since that's what I was stuck between. Great espresso martini though. Place was packed so maybe it's just me!

From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Best Answer Hey @IlluminatingLip, Yes your card gets charged when you place to bid to secure that the funds are actually there, as many bids are for a future date the amount gets placed in your 'deposit account' (Portfolio->Accounts) but if a bid can't be filled or is cancelled by you while no one is working on it (the AT lingo for a bid that you place for a reservation that you would like to get but no one answers) the amount is moved from the deposit account into your main account so you can instantly use it again, which is cool in the way that you can place 10 bids and instantly reuse the balance amount for other bids once a position can not be filled, without having a bunch of authorizations on your credit card. There is another thread in this forum that answer this question with more detail but here is the blurb: [...] your funds are deposited in your AppointmentTrader Main Account in real time so you can use them for another bid instantly and don't have to carry multiple authorizations on your credit card for a number of days. You can access the funds with the credit card number that is shown next to your main account (labeled 'Show Card Number'). [...] btw. that card number is just a regular visa card number and can be used anywhere where credit cards are accepted.

It's fine if the sellers are just individuals that can't use the reservation. But just curious: 1. What's preventing people from creating lots of email accounts and write a script to book all the reservations FOR FREE then resale it here? 2. Since restaurants can be partners, can they benefit from the bidding? If so wouldn't this just be ridiculous? So a restaurant can sell reservations just like selling a ticket? And customers not only need to pay for the reservation also need to pay for the meal?

Best Answer Great question! If you haven't already, next time making a reservation, utilize the AT virtual credit card offered to secure your booking through Resy. This virtual card number will travel with the lifespan of the reservation once the booking is sold to another user. Alternatively, another fail-safe option AT offers, is a '1 hour prior to your reservation' notification in case the user has not unlock the booking for use. Which then allows you to cancel to prevent a No Show for the venue!

Once you place your bid, all sellers with a connection to the venue will start to work on fulfilling your desired time and date of the reservation. This process can be instant or may take a few days as most locations are either fully booked or hard to get! Stay tuned!

Best Answer Hey @HolisticQuestion30, whenever a bid expires, can't be filled or is cancelled by you, your funds are deposited in your AppointmentTrader Main Account in real time so you can use them for another bid instantly and don't have to carry multiple authorizations on your credit card for a number of days. You can access the funds with the credit card number that is shown next to your main account (labeled 'Show Card Number'). The real-time access is also true for any funds you earn from selling or reselling a reservation. You can use this card-number at any place online that accepts credit cards. (Currently limited to USD, multi currency support is planned.) Problems with using credit card issued to my account

Appointment Trader issued a refund to my account in the form of a credit card. When I try to use the card it is flagged as fraudulent and some vendors won’t accept it at all. Please advise.

I don’t see my reservation

Hi, I just purchased a red for Carbone 3/31 5-6pm for $55, it was charged by my bank account but I haven’t received an email to confirm neither do I see anything in the app confirming and not sure how I can contact someone directly. Thank you!
