It was supposed to be ready in 45 min. When I arrived to pick it up, my order was not there. It had not even been started yet. The woman at the front desk asked, "did you place it online?" I said yes. She checks and sees it for the first time, and proceeds to run it in to the kitchen (without any explanation to me). I stopped her and told her to cancel it, because I had already waited 45 minutes and was not going to wait there any longer while they prepared it for me. She said it would take 10 minutes, but they are notoriously slow and I did not believe her time estimate. So I again told her to cancel it, which she then informed me she did. I had already made the payment online when I ordered. I assumed that when they canceled my order that it would (and should) be refunded. But the charge showed up on my credit card 2 days later. I now have to dispute the charge due to their ineptness. Their service is terrible, the kitchen is very slow, their takeout order system sucks, and they took my money for food that was never provided.
