Ordered the escargot and let me just say the snails are faster than the service at Casa Tua. Don't get me wrong, they tasted great, but the wait was atrocious. 1-2 hours for a couple pizzas and apps. Just be prepared for it to take as long as a full grown snail.

Had a wonderful dinner, seated in the garden area which was very private and accommodated our party of 8 very nicely. We chose to eat family style and ordered 5 dishes for 8 of us. Every dish was superb. Enjoyed the excellent service team.

Casa Tua is authentic and has a comforting ambience, and the food is LEGIT!!! i will be coming back.
Be the first to ReplyThe spot is very lowkey which is a nice atmosphere to dine
The spot is very lowkey which is a nice atmosphere to dine in with a date or friends. The food was beyond mediocre. My cacio e pepe was lukewarm, the bread was half stale, and the eggplant parmigiana needed salt/seasoning. The nut crusted salman was probably the best thing we shared and even then.... It was lacking. Service upon arrival was very standoff ish but our waitress was very polite. Soooooo disappointed to say the least. I made this reservation weeks in advance and expected to be woo-ed. It is a truly beautiful place but I would not return.
Be the first to ReplyThe in spot to Run shoulders with Miami's Elite.
The food caters and does not disappoint. Well balanced top tiered ingredients and wonderfully served by a professionally managed staff. Unique cocktails are available and their pasta freshly made and perfectly cooked comes very close to feeling like you're in Italy'.
Be the first to ReplyI was extremely disappointed with the way Casa Tua handled
I was extremely disappointed with the way Casa Tua handled my company's holiday dinner reservations. A month before the set date, I was told by the beverage and catering coordinator that I did not need to make a reservation through her because it wasn't more than 10 guests and instructed me to make the reservation 21 days prior to the date. And so that's what I did. Not once was I informed that if I have a party of 10, the only option would be, to be dined outside, only unless we pay an additional $2000 for the "Chef's Table" indoors. Being that Miami weather is extremely unpredictable, 3 days before the date, Miami is expected tons of rain. So i called and spoke to a hostess to confirm if we can be for sure accommodated outside and I was told in a rude impatient tone that tables inside are "first come first serve"...how does that make sense if we made a reservation?!?!!?!?!? I reached out again to the Bev and food coordinator and explained the severity of the situation, how we need some kind of reassurance that weather will not interfere with our reservation & holiday dinner. The owner & CEO and President of the company I work for were all flying in overseas specifically for this dinner. She proceeded to tell me the same thing and did not want to try and come up with a reasonable resolution other than just giving me 3 options: 1. take the risk 2. paying an extra $2k for a private room 3. cancel the reservation She told me "Most restaurants in Miami are outdoors so you should have known the risk". which is false... Casa Tua - you lost 10 wealthy customers and will not hesitate to let others know not to come here.

If you visit Miami , go to Casa Tua. You won't regret it.

Casa Tua is indeed impeccable in their pasta! The cacio e pepe is addictively good, I could eat this three times a day! Be careful not to get too full off pasta if you plan to have main course. You won't be able to contain yourself from eating a whole plate. The branzino is quite the presentation; covered in a sort of baked shell that they crack open and serve. Very lovely fish. Beef tenderloin with fois gras was incredible and tender, we ordered an additional plate after the first to enjoy with our wine. The casa tua donuts are guilty pleasure for sure! And gelato is heavenly. I can't get enough of that smooth creaminess. Casa Tua indeed feels like home and I want to go back every week to enjoy more pastas!

I hosted a private event here on Wednesday morning for 48 guests and had an exceptional experience. The staff was great, the food was great, and Casa Tua location perfectly located two blocks from Art Basel can't be beat. My workplace has this breakfast at their location every year. It was my first time coordinating; I arrived early and was quickly accommodated by valet. I worked quickly with the staff to adjust the headcount. The upstairs room had a cozy and welcoming feel. I also really like their furniture. Their outside terrace allowed us to accommodate an additional 10 guests. This particular morning was a little chilly, but once the sun came out the terrace was the best place to be. If you are considering a place for a special event I highly recommend Casa Tua.

I diner at Casa Tua for a large work dinner event and had mixed feelings on this spot. While the atmosphere and decor is fantastic, the service and food are not top tier. If you're coming for a drink then it's perfect. If you're coming for a top dining experience then I would go elsewhere! Branzino wasn't good, the steak was chewy, the salad was drenched in oil. I left before dessert.

Be the first to ReplyWe arrived 30 minutes early to our reservation and was sat
We arrived 30 minutes early to our reservation and was sat in the bar while we waited. When it came time to our reservation we waiting 15 minutes before I went to the hostess to ask the status for our table. She said they were working on it. 10 minutes later I followed up with the manager and he said they were "working getting us the best seats in the restaurants" when it cane to 9pm we were sat at the table closest to the hostess stand. The table was unacceptable. People were walking into out seats because it was the most inconvenient spot. We then asked to move and the hostess said the wait would be another 35 minutes. The manager came back and said he will move us and escorted us back to the bar saying out table we were going to sit at the guests just paid and they were setting up to us. While waiting at the bar I was looking at the empty tables outside for 10 minutes and they sat us at a table that was completely empty even before we were waiting. While sat we did have great service and the food was delicious. Its just a bummer everything leading up to that wasn't up to par with the food.

We've eaten here several times over the years when visiting Miami. We've had incredible meals but this last visit in March 2023 was disappointing. Half the meal was great, the other half just good. You kind of want consistently great at these prices.

Despite not having any openings, when I called, they still managed to make room for us. This was a very kind gesture, which also matches their service. The drinks were very good, with the exception of one drink. Forgot what it was called but it had Prosecco, Campari, aperol, and more. We like aperol spritz, but this one tasted odd to us. On to the food... it was very hit miss. 1) Vitello de tonnato was really good. I'm used to having the carpaccio Alice's much thinner, but it was still excellent. 2) the bread is just ho hum. 3) bucatini cacio e pepe came out really undercooked. They admitted it wasn't done right and redid the dish for us and it was very good. More creamy and cheesy than I'm used to, but excellent flavor. 4) salmon with caviar sashimi was the beat thing we had. 5) veal Milanese was really disappointing and makes me wonder if they just have quality control issues in the kitchen. Breading way too thick and the veal was very over cooked. I would not recommend this dish. Overall, given this dinner for two was $400 and despite Miami being expensive, there are better spots. Been here twice and wasn't blown away on the first visit and the second visit ensured we won't be back. Too bad, because it is a cozy place with friendly service.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a very elegant dinner spot located in Miami Beach.
My fiancรฉ took me here after he proposed to me - it's a very romantic spot. The tables were decorated with lovely red rose petals and the entire restaurant appeared as though it was in a secret garden. The menu was, however, quite pricy.

The food is delicious; attentive serve in a beautiful space.
Be the first to ReplyThe ambiance here is next level.
Right off the Collins Ave strip but once you enter the restaurant you wouldn't know it. The food and wine selection was incredible, definitely go for any pasta they offer. You won't be disappointed! The service was also great, some people working were a little pretentious but the servers we interacted with most of the time were amazing
Be the first to ReplyPros: intimate, excellent wine selection, great location.
Cons: want to go back when it's a nicer night out so we can dine on the gorgeous patio. Went to Casa Tua on Saturday and unfortunately were hit with a rainy and cold day so couldn't enjoy the gorgeous patio. However, our server was fantastic and helped make our night incredible. He was great with suggestions on the menu and everyone was happy with their pics for dinner. We all agreed we want to go back soon and the food was fresh and flavorful.
Be the first to ReplyHost was amazing and professional.
He caught that I wanted the outdoor dining and made accommodations for me. The server and busboy was amazing. Food was excellent and hand made fresh pasta tastes the best. Must do for a romantic night
Be the first to ReplyHilariously bad service! I tried making a dinner
Hilariously bad service! I tried making a dinner reservation online, following their link through Open Table, but every date I plugged in returned the error message that there wasn't anything on that date within 2 1/2 hours of my requested 8pm. I looked for their phone number on their website to call instead, but this was not provided. A website which doesn't volunteer a phone number?! Next, I Googled and found it, called, and asked about an 8pm reservation for this Saturday. No, not available. What about next Saturday? Without answering this question, I was told that I would have to call back another day as reservations are only taken between 10am and 4pm - it was two minutes past 4pm! Whereas she had time to repeat that their policy is to get ready for dinner service at 4pm, and time to explain why I hadn't been able to make a reservation online (despite still having the Open Tables link on their website and no phone number to call). Casa Tua was recommended to us by friends in Florence, Italy but from the reviews it's apparently fallen off the cliff recently. I'll have to let them know. Casa Tua, which markets itself as aspiring to emulate the home of a friend, succeeds in emulating the home of a very disturbed person you'd be crazy to befriend.

Very special restaurant and romantic Expensive place but excellent!
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful restaurant with great food.
It is difficult to get a reservation so make sure to plan ahead. Finding parking is difficult, but the restaurant has valet. I went here for my anniversary and the staff decorated the table with rose petals and sat us in a more private area outside. The Fettucine with Wild Mixed Mushrooms, Black Truffle and Parmesan Cheese Fonduta, and Cacio e Pepe were delicious. I will definitely be back for another special occasion.

Food was absolutely phenomenal, staff was so nice and attentive. A little pricey so expect to spend money, but definitely worth it in my opinion.

Tried to get reservations for an anniversary and it took 3 weeks to get in. I'm not sure what all the hype is about as this was a very disappointing experience. Waited at the bar for 45 mins while our table was being "prepared" even though the dining room was not even half full at 9pm. The food could be compared to Nello's in NYC- way overpriced and completely bland. Service was not friendly, no manager came over to check on us even though it was an anniversary dinner that I clearly mentioned when making the rez. The proprietors of this establishment should be charged with robbery after getting the check... Would never go back.
Be the first to ReplyBooked this place as soon as we knew we would be in town.
Great white cloth service and ambiance.Had the Mediterranean seabass & truffle pasta which was delicious but not so impressive in terms of flavor. Food was ready extremely fast. Our drinks were below average especially the aperol coctail which was named casa tua was so bad.Very cool vibe but I found it to be a bit overrated and extremely expensive for the quality of food & drinks. Not sure if i will go back just for the ambiance & decor.
