The restaurant is beautiful and the waitress we had was excellent, but the prices are extremely steep. We really wanted to order that special lemon dessert but at $48 it was beyond ridiculous.

Celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday at Casadonna was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service we received from both the servers and management was outstanding. Despite a minor issue with the saltiness of my lobster pasta, the chef went above and beyond to remake the dish, even though the kitchen was already closed. This dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed us. The staff ensured my daughter had a top-tier experience throughout the evening. The pistachio and olive oil gelato was to die for, and the chocolate torte was decadently delicious. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed every moment of her special day, and we can't wait to return to Casadonna for another memorable dining experience.
This place is beautiful with stunning views of the water.
We came for brunch and it was the epitome of what you expect when having brunch in Miami. The brunch menu is a set price. I believe there was an a la carte menu but we didn't see it. There were two bottomless packages to choose from as well. The food was ok. Nothing really stuck out but nothing was bad either. The service was also ok. Nothing to brag about but wasn't bad either. Overall an average experience. I would come back for the views and a drink but not to dine again.

However, the food and service are both excellent. Very cool place. IDK about the low overall rating - maybe review bombed? But I would go here again in a heartbeat.

I do feel like since it's new it's a bit overhyped, food was good but menu prices were a hit expensive in my opinion. Everything we ordered was good and tasted fresh, but nothing overwhelming, will probably come back to try more menu items.

The menu is very limited and not a variety of food. The service is baddddd! Barely greet you upon arrival and from ordering our food, to it being brought out, took 45 minutes! I wasn't even hungry anymore. Just go for drinks and take pics, not worth eating.

Outstanding place, beautiful, appealing to the senses. The service was very good everyone was pleasant and helpful. The bar at the entrance was another story, we stood at the bar while waiting to be taken to our table and we were ignored and there was maybe one more person at the bar. The food: appetizers were very good we had the Tuna Carpaccio and the Burrata with the eggplant and both were excellent. The main courses We had Pasta Nero and Veal Chop. Both were disappointing, very bland , the pasta had may some shrimp and lobster chopped in small pieces surrounding the pasta very skimpy, bland and not a wow factor with either dish. The desert was the Limoncello which was very nice. Waiter and the service staff were very nice. We were there for our 31st anniversary with a gift certificate from our son and fiancé. We had a great night out and I feel this place is a place to see and be seen but that's about it. I don't think that it is a place to have a culinary experience. By the way it is very pricey!!!!

Ok. Yes people line up to get in. The ambiance is nice. Service is good. But I'm not sure why people are lining up to get in. The food is average Italian but not exceptional. If you want much better Cucina Italiana, go to Portovino, Forte di Marmi, Lido etc. The wine list is decent but pricey. As for music and vibe, while having a beautiful outdoor setting, the DJ can't turn up the volume due to unhappy neighbors in the area, so don't expect to jump up and dance into the wee hours. Not worth a return trip. P

Very pretty and historical building houses this restaurant. The decor is nice and the lighting and location make this a very romantic spot. Something happens as it gets later and the two bars overflow. It starts to appear more like a nightclub with long lines out the door to both enter or even use the restroom The food was good and pricey It's important to mention that your stay (at least at the table) is limited to 1 hour and 45 minutes Parking is 20 dollars if you want your car parked off premises or 80 if it is parked in the restaurant's parking lot

We came to try out the brunch, and the four of us left very happy and content. Ware definitely coming back to try the dinner menu!

What do you get from a review? We each write about our experiences. I was leary about Casadonna. Yes, it is pricey. Just start with that. However, my own experience was superlative all around. When we came in, all the people working greeted and welcomed us. The service that our group received was over the top, starting with turning down the loud music! Thais made recommendations, that's her job, and all was pretty good. She was attentive and fun. Our water and wine were regularly refilled, a sure sign of good service. The food was pretty good. The focaccia unlike any other I've eaten, very tasty. The wagu carpaccio with truffles was good. I found the tuna tartare too processed and mushy, My favorite was the amberjack crudo, sweet and delicious. The pasta campanelle or bolognese in other words was good. I did not taste the caesar salad, the organic greens were not only beautiful, but delicious. We shared the lamb chops and several other entrees. Very good. The potatos nice; I think the delicata squash was overcooked and its natural yummy flavor hidden. Dessert - first, they were gorgeous to look at, but we ate them. The first bite of the chocolate torte was so good, but then it got too sweet. The lemon desert should win a prize. I am glad to have had the opportunity to try Casadonna. I think it's a place to go is you have a special occasion or want to splurge. I hope your experiences there will be as good as mine.

The place is beautiful and the food was great. We weren't able to be seated with only one person missing in our party which was quite odd. We definitely would have had more drinks and probably spent more. The service took a while once we were sat to order drinks. After that, the service was good. It was very dark at the table we were at which wasn't under the structure in the back, so wish we had more light to see the food and menus. I don't know that it is worth the price, so probably just went for the one time.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
