I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The menu offered a wide variety of delectable dishes that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. The drink selection was impressive, with a diverse range of beverages to complement the meal. What truly stood out to me was the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing exceptional service throughout my visit. In addition to the culinary delights and impeccable service, the prices were reasonable, considering the high quality of the food and the overall experience. I felt like I was getting great value for my money. The layout of the restaurant was well-designed, with comfortable seating arrangements that provided privacy while still allowing for a lively and social atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added to the overall aesthetic appeal. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner for two, a casual gathering with friends, or a special celebration, this place has it all. From the delicious food and drinks to the inviting ambiance and attentive service, it truly offers an exceptional dining experience.

Came for drinks and photo op only.
Beautiful entry way with gorgeous flowers draping the archway. Can't talk about the food but is definitely a place to hit up while in Vegas in the Aria
7/5 (dine in)We had a reservation for 4 but had to wait a bit (5-10 minutes) before we were seated. They have some nice photo op areas you can utilize while you wait so it wasn't too bad. The ambiance was nice, and there were some cool bird cage seatings scattered around the edges of the restaurant. It does take awhile for the waiter to come around and for the food to come out so expect to be there for 1.5-2 hours. Catch is on the pricier side but their food is actually good unlike some restaurants that just upcharge because they're in prime locations *ahem* Toca Modera *ahem*. Wagyu Surf & Turf Roll ($42): One of the best ones I've had! Catch Roll ($23): Also really good.Truffle Sashimi ($36): The sashimi was fresh and you can really taste the truffle oil. Crispy Shrimp ($29): Great dish for sharing. The shrimps were indeed crispy and tasty. Lobster Mac & Cheese ($32): The mac and cheese was good and not heavy. You get a good amount of lobster as well. Filet Skewers ($23): Super tender and melt in your mouth. Juicy and flavorful filet. Crunchy Rice Cakes ($25 for 3 / $30 for 4): This was really good but I don't think it's worth it. Detox Retox ($18) & Lush Lemonade ($18): Both were great tasting drinks but light on alcohol. I like the Detox Retox a bit more. The Lush Lemonade was a bit too basic for me.

We celebrated my birthday at Catch because it's my favorite restaurant. It was very crowded on that day we went also had to wait for 15 mins to get our table ready. Food was great as always. Also, service recovery was good too.

If you like a dining experience that includes the rude and unimpressed...this place is for you!Good was probably good, but the host staff, to the bar staff right through to the wait staff was so disinterested that we left after the appetiser. Entry makes for a good photo opp.... Outside of that, not much else to say.

Sadly, my husband and I chose CATCH for our anniversary - it was a monumental disappointment - until we left after our drink and appetizers. We had reservations and were about 15 minutes early, so we sat at the bar and ordered two drinks. From the moment we walked in, we felt as if we were a nuisance to the wait staff. The only redeeming quality about this establishment is the general manager, as she offered to move us to a different table, and when we helped her understand the service was deplorable, she offered us our meals on the house, and we still left. I wouldn't eat there for free.

The food was really good! We were a group of 6, and decided to share almost everything we ordered, not all were pictured.. we had to order more of what I think was shrimp balls? Because they were so gooood... I'm a scallops lover so I didn't really share my scallops, but it was my birthday anyway lol... the donuts were really goood, & I don't drink alcohol so I wouldn't be able to say, but my friend drank it all!... One of the guys said he couldn't accomodate a group of 6, but when my friend said she knew someone who worked there, he somehow made it happen Other than that, my friends and I loved the food :)

Girlies - if you're looking for a CUTE place with delicious food, this is a top pick! The entrance to their restaurant is a big attraction. Their floral walkway is stunning and everyone wants a picture (because how could you not). My friend and I had a reservation which I highly recommend because it gets very busy. To begin the customer service was great, our waiter was very attentive and food was served fairly quickly. Now onto the food, my friend and I ordered the following: Drinks: Mojito Mo'Problems (8/10) and Lush Lemonade (9/10)Food: Wagyu Gyoza (8/10), Crispy Shrimp (10/10 TOP RECOMMENDATION), Parmesan Truffle Fries (9/10), California Roll (4/10 Least favorite pick), Hit Me Chocolate Cake (10/10). We were giving complimentary doughnuts which were okay (5/10). Definitely look forward to coming back for more Crispy Shrimp and to try more dishes.

This place is nice but so trendy, it's more about the celebrities that have visited there to make this place more than what it is. Great photo ops for sure. I think the sushi is were its at but I havent been able to get there for sushi yet. After the Adele concert we went for my nieces bday for brunch. Definitely need reservations. Our waitress was so dry which turned me off initially. We shared the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were delicious and the truffle fries . Pancakes were the best part about the brunch. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was just ok. Wouldn't have that again but there were a few drinks on the menu that I would try if I went again. For my main I had the breakfast burrito which was good but I mean I have had better. My favorite part was the photo ops to be honest. The vibe was just ok I didnt get the same vibe that other people have written about. No good music no good service. etc. I would try it again because I want to try their sushi.

One of the best dinners I've ever had.
Lobster Mac & cheese was amazing, charred broccolini yummy, & the sushi rolls were so fresh & delicious. And, the entrance is beautiful as is the restaurant inside. I will definitely be coming here again!

If you're looking for an unforgettable sushi experience in
If you're looking for an unforgettable sushi experience in Las Vegas, look no further than this amazing restaurant in the Aria hotel! While it may be a little on the pricey side, the atmosphere and the overall dining experience are absolutely worth it.From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the elegant and sophisticated dรฉcor, which set the perfect tone for a truly memorable meal. And the sushi itself was nothing short of phenomenal, with the freshest ingredients and expertly crafted rolls that were as beautiful as they were delicious. But what really set this restaurant apart was the overall experience - from the impeccable service to the attention to detail in every aspect of the meal, it truly felt like a special occasion. And the fact that we were able to enjoy this amazing meal before attending the Usher concert only made the night that much more perfect.Overall, I would give this sushi restaurant five stars without hesitation. While it may be a little on the pricey side, the atmosphere, the experience, and the quality of the food are all truly top-notch. So if you're looking for a special dining experience in Las Vegas, be sure to check out this amazing restaurant - you won't be disappointed!

The entrance to the restaurant is so beautiful.
Very whimsical. Beautiful ambiance inside the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service by Marcus (the waiter) was great.

Great seafood choice in Vegas
Very cool atmosphere. We chose to eat several small dishes. The truffle sashimi is amazing. Drinks were also very good.

We got a reservation for Catch at lunchtime after trying for dinner- we waited too long so plan ahead! It's definitely Instagram worthy at the entrance and inside. Super cute ambiance, but kind of loud which didn't bother me too much. I was expecting good food, but I wasn't expecting to be thrilled. Restaurants on the strip are usually not worth all the hype In my opinion. We ordered some cocktails- mine was lemonade something and was a bit too sweet, but my hubby liked his more. The food however was so good! We got a dish with raw tuna caviar and truffle sauce that was amazing. We also got a few sushi rolls and the crispy rice with tuna. All of it was so good! Definitely a bit expensive, but kind of par for the course at this type of spot.

I visited Catch for Brunch during my Las Vegas trip.
Let me say it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty, and the vibe was immaculate. Our waitress was also very sweet and super helpful, she was very attentive. Catch is known for its decor I believe and I was amazing! The spot is so cute for pictures and just enjoying the atmosphere. The Catch Roll was by far one of the best sushi rolls I ever had, it was delicious! I would've got another one if I didn't order my food already. Over Catch is 10/10! And I want to come back for dinner for sure, it would be an awesome girls night or date night.

It's definitely got that Vegas Vibe.
Love the entrance under the canopy of lights and flowers and while the noise is at first festive, the din overwhelms after an entire evening of yelling across the table to your partner. That said, the food was pretty good. The catch roll was ironically not our favorite as the only flavor we could detect was the smokiness from the initial sear with the butane torch. It definitely needed more lime or some kind of sauce.Favorite dish was the grilled octopus....super tender chunks of octopus in a flavorful sauce accompanied by new potatoes. Crispy shrimp were also tasty and reminded me of orange shrimp at a chinese restaurant. One other dish that seemed at odds with itself was the grilled scallops. While the scallops were perfection, they clashed with the curried cauliflower underneath. Only other complaint is extremely high wine prices. Even by the glass we paid $25 for a glass of Patz and Hall Chardonnay. I would probably go back just for a cocktail and an appetizer of octopus.

Catch is easily one of my favorite restaurants on strip.
Reservations are hard to get - I wanted to go on my birthday, but ended up going on a less-popular Sunday. While they don't have a separate vegan menu, the options are clearly marked. There is also a veggie roll you can order sans Mayo, which is delicious.Great cocktail and wine selection.Tables can be close together, which is a downside. Other than that, the location is well decorated and dimly lit (in a good way). There's a flower room and also a darker library room.

Wowza - we didn't have reservations, the hostess told us
Wowza - we didn't have reservations, the hostess told us there was seating at & around the bar & that is was the full menu, so we took a chance & immediately found a nook to sit at. The place was hopping, our server, Toni, acknowledged us - always a good start knowing that the server knows you're there. Started off with a mojito cocktail & a glass of red wine; loved that Toni first brought out a taste of the red wine before serving the full pour! From the side menu ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts as a starter - saw an order of the truffle fries go by & they looked amazingly good. Our Brussels Sprouts were screaming goodness, little lemon made a major shift in flavor that put it over the top. Onto the mains: I had the scallops over cauliflower - this is a composed dish, absolutely divine, every bit was heavenly. Good sear on the scallops, not sure what the dressing was with the cauliflower, but it was all wonderful! Hubby had the salmon over - well heck if I remember, but it tasted amazing. I can see where this place can get loud, we were in the bar section watching St. Mary's College, SMC, basketball take on Bayol & SMC won - go Gaels. Onto dessert - opted for the donut with raspberry, cream cheese & chocolate sauce - my only suggestion is that the donuts holes need to be served pipping hot, semi- warm doesn't quite cut it; they were still yummy. Need to return & try their whole fish !

Very Instagrammy but food was just average
We were a little dissapointed given the hype fo this restaurant! The entry way and photos are fab but the food was just okay. Nothing to write home about.

This was our second visit and I have to say it was even better than the first last year. We went to CATCH for brunch and they were awesome with us because we were a few minutes late for our reservation. They got us seated right away and we had to go in kind of a hurry to get to my sonโs baseball tournament. They were incredibly accommodating and when one thing came out a little too late, they comped it for us. The food was fantastic, from the special pancakes of the day, to the unreal octopus, to the green juice that my husband and I desperately needed โ everything was just delicious. I didnโt realize just how much I liked this restaurant at first, because the Aria has quite a few excellent restaurants. But there is some thing about it- and not just that it has the cutest entrance in Las Vegas. The place really is getting under my skin and becoming a Vegas โmust do.โ
After a failed dinner on NOBU at the Cesar's, we came to the right place: Octopus was out of this world, Try IT! Sushi delicious and ON FIRE Sea food tower very good Desserts were amazing Staff was happy, eager to serve you and with a big smile, from waiters, hostess and helpers. WILL DEFINETELY COME BACK

Excellence food, great service
I could not book a reservation for lunch or dinner ahead of time because this place was already full! Book early! We stopped in for an afternoon snack (late lunch early dinner). Ordered every sushi roll on the menu and the protein salad. A few cocktails and relaxed at the bar with a very efficient bartender. Our experience did not disappoint.
Going to "catch" flak for this, but I just wasn't impressed. Small portions, over priced, nothing special.
We booked catch as our fancy honeymoon dinner, the entrance is stunning and beautiful, but once we got inside our experience did not reflect that. Once we were seated we were asked if we wanted water or drinks. Server came back with water and gave us time to review the menu and make our food decisions. We place our order and that was basically the last we saw of our server, or really any server. They all seemed to be focused on the big table in the middle of the restaurant that was spending big money on alcohol and seemed to be someone they knew. Our food was dropped at our table by a completely different server who vanished quicker than they dropped our food off. The only time we saw our actual server during the meal was when he quickly ran by the table and said โyou good?โ instead of stopping to see how we were enjoying our meal. No question was asked after our meal if we wanted dessert or not, a menu was just tossed on our table. For as expensive a dinner as this was, we did not seem welcome and were more of an inconvenience to the staff. We have had better customer service from people working the deli slicer at Jersey Mikes than we had at this โfine diningโ establishment. We would absolutely recommend people skip Catch and find any other restaurant to spend their money at.

Disappointing experience
We were so disappointed with our experience at Catch, especially after looking forward to it for weeks. For starters, the music was so loud that we couldnโt hear each other and ended up sitting in silence, which isnโt an ideal way to spend a date night. A lot of their tables are just lined up along bench against the wall, and it was way too close for comfort. They might as well have sat us at a 6-top table with the people on either side of us because it was so close together. The cocktails sounded really good, so we ordered two different ones (a Lush Lemonade and Pineapple Trainwreck) only for both of them to come out tasting the same - like jet fuel. Our food came out within 10-15 minutes of ordering, which I expect out of a place that keeps frozen meals in the back and reheats them or makes everything in one large batch and keeps it warm to serve through the night. It looked good, but the taste was subpar. The portions were less than half of what youโd expect to get, even at a nice restaurant, and the lobster mac n cheese had such a horrible aftertaste that I was glad I had the jet fuel cocktail to get the taste out of my mouth. I would have asked for something different but itโs so hard to anyoneโs attention that I gave up and ate what I could. The waiter was nice but probably overworked because he couldnโt pay a good amount of attention to his tables. I definitely think this place relies on the fake-flower tunnel to get people in the door and then doesnโt care what happens once theyโre in. It was a massive letdown from start to finish and not at all what you expect from a nicer restaurant. You donโt get your moneyโs worth when you come here.
My family and I had the most amazing time at Catch. We booked a reservation in advance for 5pm (right when the restaurant opens) since we had to catch a 7pm show off the strip. When we were seated, we told our server, Darren, about the time crunch and if heโd be able to make it work to get us out by 615pm. Darren took our orders (which we had preselected in our minds in advance of getting to the restaurant) and assured us he would make it work. Darren, his colleagues, and the overall restaurant experience were absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was brought out with meticulous timing and with attentiveness to when we were ready for our next one to swiftly change dishes out. Everyone was so nice and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The drinks and food were outstanding - salads, sushi, cooked seafood. We all had hoped to get sushi at some point during the trip and their nigiri (including salmon, otoro and many others) were fantastic. By 6pm we were ready to leave for our show. It was perfect timing and we couldnโt thank Darren enough. He was one of the most motivated, enthusiastic, kind and generous servers any of us have ever had the pleasure of dining with. He truly made our experience at Catch one that we will not forget. After our show, we decided we wanted dessert so when we arrived back at the strip, we decided to go back to Catch since their desserts sounded delicious. We asked the hostess if Darren was possibly available to be our server again. He immediately came to the front, excitedly greeted us and then immediately expanded out a 4-top table to seat the 6 of us. Darren knew exactly what desserts we wanted, brought them all out, and truly made it our most memorable night in Las Vegas. This is one restaurant that you should not miss in Vegas - not just for the food but the exceptional service. And I highly recommend requesting to sit in Darrenโs section of the restaurant though if you canโt, all of the staff there were fabulous and you will most assuredly have the best evening!

Looked forward to our dinner at Catch
Catch is an upscale restaurant in the Aria hotel in Las Vegas. We had a reservation and was looking forward to having a nice dinner on Saturday night. Arriving a few minutes early and we were instructed to stand in a certain spot to wait for our table. We complied. We observed at least 8 other parties walk in and get seated. After our reservation time passed, we, continued to wait. As time passed, I walked to the desk and asked about our reservation. The hostess rudely said our table was ready now, she walked us to the back of the room by the kitchen. Cleary giving us the worst table in the restaurant. The experience went downhill from there. Service was slow, not sure what was going on... I must say the food was good, but the customer service experience overshadowed our meal. This was a $300 tab (2 people). We travel to Las Vegas several times a year love to try upscale dining. We will probably never go back to Catch. Nor, will we recommend the restaurant.
