Great seafood choice in Vegas
Very cool atmosphere. We chose to eat several small dishes. The truffle sashimi is amazing. Drinks were also very good.

We were a little dissapointed given the hype fo this restaurant! The entry way and photos are fab but the food was just okay. Nothing to write home about.

This was our second visit and I have to say it was even better than the first last year. We went to CATCH for brunch and they were awesome with us because we were a few minutes late for our reservation. They got us seated right away and we had to go in kind of a hurry to get to my sonโs baseball tournament. They were incredibly accommodating and when one thing came out a little too late, they comped it for us. The food was fantastic, from the special pancakes of the day, to the unreal octopus, to the green juice that my husband and I desperately needed โ everything was just delicious. I didnโt realize just how much I liked this restaurant at first, because the Aria has quite a few excellent restaurants. But there is some thing about it- and not just that it has the cutest entrance in Las Vegas. The place really is getting under my skin and becoming a Vegas โmust do.โ

After a failed dinner on NOBU at the Cesar's, we came to the right place: Octopus was out of this world, Try IT! Sushi delicious and ON FIRE Sea food tower very good Desserts were amazing Staff was happy, eager to serve you and with a big smile, from waiters, hostess and helpers. WILL DEFINETELY COME BACK
Be the first to ReplyExcellence food, great service
I could not book a reservation for lunch or dinner ahead of time because this place was already full! Book early! We stopped in for an afternoon snack (late lunch early dinner). Ordered every sushi roll on the menu and the protein salad. A few cocktails and relaxed at the bar with a very efficient bartender. Our experience did not disappoint.

Going to "catch" flak for this, but I just wasn't impressed. Small portions, over priced, nothing special.
Be the first to ReplyDinner at Catch
We booked catch as our fancy honeymoon dinner, the entrance is stunning and beautiful, but once we got inside our experience did not reflect that. Once we were seated we were asked if we wanted water or drinks. Server came back with water and gave us time to review the menu and make our food decisions. We place our order and that was basically the last we saw of our server, or really any server. They all seemed to be focused on the big table in the middle of the restaurant that was spending big money on alcohol and seemed to be someone they knew. Our food was dropped at our table by a completely different server who vanished quicker than they dropped our food off. The only time we saw our actual server during the meal was when he quickly ran by the table and said โyou good?โ instead of stopping to see how we were enjoying our meal. No question was asked after our meal if we wanted dessert or not, a menu was just tossed on our table. For as expensive a dinner as this was, we did not seem welcome and were more of an inconvenience to the staff. We have had better customer service from people working the deli slicer at Jersey Mikes than we had at this โfine diningโ establishment. We would absolutely recommend people skip Catch and find any other restaurant to spend their money at.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing experience
We were so disappointed with our experience at Catch, especially after looking forward to it for weeks. For starters, the music was so loud that we couldnโt hear each other and ended up sitting in silence, which isnโt an ideal way to spend a date night. A lot of their tables are just lined up along bench against the wall, and it was way too close for comfort. They might as well have sat us at a 6-top table with the people on either side of us because it was so close together. The cocktails sounded really good, so we ordered two different ones (a Lush Lemonade and Pineapple Trainwreck) only for both of them to come out tasting the same - like jet fuel. Our food came out within 10-15 minutes of ordering, which I expect out of a place that keeps frozen meals in the back and reheats them or makes everything in one large batch and keeps it warm to serve through the night. It looked good, but the taste was subpar. The portions were less than half of what youโd expect to get, even at a nice restaurant, and the lobster mac n cheese had such a horrible aftertaste that I was glad I had the jet fuel cocktail to get the taste out of my mouth. I would have asked for something different but itโs so hard to anyoneโs attention that I gave up and ate what I could. The waiter was nice but probably overworked because he couldnโt pay a good amount of attention to his tables. I definitely think this place relies on the fake-flower tunnel to get people in the door and then doesnโt care what happens once theyโre in. It was a massive letdown from start to finish and not at all what you expect from a nicer restaurant. You donโt get your moneyโs worth when you come here.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Experience
My family and I had the most amazing time at Catch. We booked a reservation in advance for 5pm (right when the restaurant opens) since we had to catch a 7pm show off the strip. When we were seated, we told our server, Darren, about the time crunch and if heโd be able to make it work to get us out by 615pm. Darren took our orders (which we had preselected in our minds in advance of getting to the restaurant) and assured us he would make it work. Darren, his colleagues, and the overall restaurant experience were absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was brought out with meticulous timing and with attentiveness to when we were ready for our next one to swiftly change dishes out. Everyone was so nice and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The drinks and food were outstanding - salads, sushi, cooked seafood. We all had hoped to get sushi at some point during the trip and their nigiri (including salmon, otoro and many others) were fantastic. By 6pm we were ready to leave for our show. It was perfect timing and we couldnโt thank Darren enough. He was one of the most motivated, enthusiastic, kind and generous servers any of us have ever had the pleasure of dining with. He truly made our experience at Catch one that we will not forget. After our show, we decided we wanted dessert so when we arrived back at the strip, we decided to go back to Catch since their desserts sounded delicious. We asked the hostess if Darren was possibly available to be our server again. He immediately came to the front, excitedly greeted us and then immediately expanded out a 4-top table to seat the 6 of us. Darren knew exactly what desserts we wanted, brought them all out, and truly made it our most memorable night in Las Vegas. This is one restaurant that you should not miss in Vegas - not just for the food but the exceptional service. And I highly recommend requesting to sit in Darrenโs section of the restaurant though if you canโt, all of the staff there were fabulous and you will most assuredly have the best evening!
Be the first to ReplyLooked forward to our dinner at Catch
Catch is an upscale restaurant in the Aria hotel in Las Vegas. We had a reservation and was looking forward to having a nice dinner on Saturday night. Arriving a few minutes early and we were instructed to stand in a certain spot to wait for our table. We complied. We observed at least 8 other parties walk in and get seated. After our reservation time passed, we, continued to wait. As time passed, I walked to the desk and asked about our reservation. The hostess rudely said our table was ready now, she walked us to the back of the room by the kitchen. Cleary giving us the worst table in the restaurant. The experience went downhill from there. Service was slow, not sure what was going on... I must say the food was good, but the customer service experience overshadowed our meal. This was a $300 tab (2 people). We travel to Las Vegas several times a year love to try upscale dining. We will probably never go back to Catch. Nor, will we recommend the restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyFood Not Worth Value
Not going to review the experience as theres plenty of reviews on that. They describe the dining experience as sharable plates like family style but ended up being very small portions per dish. We ended ordering 5-6 dish for 4 people and it was not enough. Every plate was enough for 1 bite per person. Food is decent with some being good and some being on the salty side. 6 dishes ended up a little over $160 and we left still hungry. If you do come with a larger group, be prepared to order lots of dishes and it could be costly. For those wanting to split the bill. There have been reviews that it is not possible. At first, our waiter said it was not possible then when I told him I wanted to charge our 2 rooms, he said it was possible but he couldn't give us a split itemized bill which I was alright with.
Be the first to ReplyGreat CATCH of a restaurant
though booked for 7/5, our Aria concierge got us a reservation for the time we wanted. all over a great experience from fast service, drink and food. our party of 7 all service the porterhouse, seafood tower, fried fish, sush, calamari, and various other dishes which we all enjoyed. next time we visit, this place will be a must visit.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food - delicious drinks
What a pretty restaurant! We had a great dinner here! We started with cocktails that were delicious and different. I had the "One too many" which was so delicious I've been trying to replicate it at home. For a starter we shared the grilled octopus which was excellent. And for the mains we had the branzino and the snapper. We shared a side of brussel sprouts. Very pricey restaurant, but that's Vegas. Great server!
Be the first to ReplyGood for a photo, not for a meal
Letโs be honest, you come here for ~the experience~ and once is more than enough. The food was subpar, especially the sides which were burnt, and Iโve made better tuna at home. The cocktails are ridiculously expensive, but thatโs to be expected. The vegan cheesecake was just okay. Honestly, you come here for an Instagram photo and to say that youโve been. Once is enough. I wouldnโt go back.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food, service, high value for the money, and a wonderful experience.
Every dish we ordered was excellent and far exceeded expectations on every item, salmon, filet (superb), sushi was fresh flavorful and just right, mushroom spaghetti (this was my fave -incredible flavor), lobster Mac n cheese, Parmesan fries, charred broccoli (bright flavorful tender), donut tower, chocolate cake, not a single flaw, perfectly seasoned, temp perfect. Really excellent food, very easy to recommend a 5 star rating. Very high quality foods. Roger was our waiter and he helped us order for our large party, he was spot on the serving sizes and extremely professional. The biggest biggest kudo goes to Frances Fox (I believe he is the manager, and what an amazing guy!, I hope his salary is extremely high because he runs the hell out of this place!) He was extremely kind in untangling what would have been a disaster. We had a party of 14, and somehow it got taken as "party of 2"! I was very stressed at this, as it was a special event dinner and I had held the reservation for over a month ahead. Frances was SO nice and fit our entire party in, just defusing and calmly and completely taking care of us. Our sincerest and greatest thanks
Be the first to ReplyI waited for a month and a half for utter disappointment
I showed up on time, was asked to wait in the lounge area and they would call me when my table was ready. No big deal. Once my table was ready the little girl came and got us, I remembered that I had specifically requested a both. I asked the little girl if she was taking us to a both, she snapped around and told me to "settle down and you will get what you get". My wife's jaw dropped. I was stunned for a second. Then I started to get a bit angry on the inside. I kept my mouth shut as a manager will surely rectify this little display in the middle of the dining room floor. The server showed up and I had let him know that the host just set his table on fire as we were being seated. He too was stunned. I told him I would give him every opportunity to recover our table, he promised much but delivered nothing. An assistant manager showed up and rudely asked "did you need something?". I asked quickly with "well let's start with who are you and go from there." I told her what had happened and that I was going to give her to opportunity to recover what was turning into a really bad night for me and my wife. She promised all and delivered nothing ... starting to see a training patern. I wanted A5 steak and chateau margaux. Being upset as a guest tends to limit one appetite and willingness to spend additional celebratory funds saved specifically for this dinner. The end was basically fish and chips and the fries came out cold. There was no resolution to this evening's events. From a world traveler and guild sommelier, beware of this restaurant. If you are a celebrity or a large party they will do more, if you are a visiting 2 top and there are issues, expect to be swept under the rug.
Be the first to ReplyGreat ambiance; moody hostesses
The restaurant decor and entrance are spectacular. It has a very good vibe and lots of energy in the evening. The sushi rolls were delicious, and waitress and busboy were very good. I would definitely recommend the restaurant, but had to knock a star off because the hostesses are just unfriendly.
Be the first to ReplyPancakes and salmon Benedict
The salmon Benedict and the pancakes were the best I have ever had. The garden entrance to the restaurant sets the mood as itโs simply stunning.

We went for brunch and the salmon Benedict was the best I have ever had followed closely by the cinnamon pancakes. The entry space is so beautiful with lots of great picture spots
Be the first to ReplyVery good but expensive
Located conveniently in the Aria. The atmosphere is very good and the service was great. However the the restaurant is pretty expensive and the food was very good, however not good enough to justify the price. Better places to eat for the price
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and better service!
We had a great experience at Catch for dinner. Atmosphere is great and decor is modern. Cocktails were delicious: Meatpacking Manhattan & Detox Retox. Both were carefully made and garnished. I even got a flask to keep with the Manhattan. Sides were all great: Hellfire roll, lobster mac, catch roll, crispy shrimp. Mains were excellent also: Roasted branzino and 10 oz filet. However, our server made our experience. Edward T. was very helpful with the menu and our choices. He also made sure to keep us smiling and our drinks full. This is the service you expect in Vegas. We will be back!

Fantastic ambiance and service. All dishes were fantastic specially the truffle sashimi and the wagyu roll. Will visit again on next trip
Be the first to ReplySeductive and attractive restaurant environment however needs a revamp on its food and cocktails
My husband and I went to Catch 2 nights ago during our New Yearโs celebration week. The restaurantโs decor is first class and the color scheme and interior are beautiful. The food and drinks were not impressive and they were poorly flavored and tasted bad. The waitress was okay but she seemed very rushed as well as the greeters when you walk in.
My husband ordered the sea bass and the breading was bland and the presentation was poor, the fish was laid on top of the rice which was as good as Rice a Roni, the quality of the food was disappointing and it had minimal flavor but at least it was palatable. My dinner however was one of the worst meals served in Las Vegas. I had the organic chicken which was fried in a breading that had no spices, the meat was undercooked and the surrounding vegetables were in a sauce that had color but no flavor. I had the waitress take it back. The grapefruit cocktail tasted artificial and cheap and the mixture of ingredients were not shaken and the bartenders obviously never tasted their drinks because if they did they would not have served it and I had to also request the drink to be replaced.
I appreciated the fact that our waitress at least worked with with me to get another meal and she brought the same meal my husband had and then suggested another cocktail which was a drink that was a mule that tasted better than the first drink but again it was not at the level of a seasoned cocktail which was balanced in flavor.
The restaurant is beautiful in its decor but the food was below average. I did not taste the sushi which is probably better than the other meals but they need a professional chef to improve their cocktails and regular food they present.
Beautifully Delicious
Stayed at the Aria and CATCH was a must visit. The entrance was gorgeous and a must photo op. I ordered the popular TRUFFLE SASHIMI & the TUNA POKE BOWL . Truffle Sashimi was a bit powerful but still fantastic. I ended up using some of the sauce to jazz up the poke bowl.
Great wait staff. I sat at the bar as waiting for a table for one was 25-35 mins.
Amazing Decor, Good food
Beautiful entrance. Instagram photo magnet. Inside the Aria hotel. Excellent sushi and seafood. Very good service. A bit pricy for the sushi, but the quality is excellent.
