My wife always wanted to eat here.
So for her birthday I made a reservation. The front of the place was beautiful. IG moment indeed. We made our reservation at 5pm right when they opened. The ambiance inside was nice. Our friendly hostess was very tentative. She told us about the menu. The food was amazing and very tasteful. The steak melted in my mouth. And the lobster Mac and cheese is a must. The hit me dessert is a must. Was one of the best dessert I've ever tasted. It was a nice experience.
🙂
Came here a few times on my trip and the food was excellent.
However, servers were very rude.

Omggg!!The food and service were both AMAZING!! Obviously price is high, but if you're in Vegas and looking to splurge on a nice dinner, this place is worth it!I recommend the lobster Mac n cheese, grilled octopus, and filet mignon! The hit me chocolate cake is a slice of heaven. I'm definitely coming back here!

Absolutely love this place! As a VEGAS local, my husband and I come here often from fresh sushi and seafood. The Japanese Wagyu is absolutely delicious. The Catch roll is a must try. Also, you cannot leave without trying the #Hitme desert. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is always excellent. This is a great spot for a date night or even a small group gathering.

For years I have been wanting to go to Catch mostly because of how pretty it looks online. In person it does not disappoint. You enter through this beautiful hallway of flowers and picturesque decor. The main dining area is accompanied by dim lights, bird like cages and ambiance music. We decided to order a bunch of stuff for the table since majority of us have never been there before. Our one friend that has been several times suggested some great dishes for us. We got everything from sushi rolls, sashimi, lobster mac &cheese and lobster mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and filet skewers. I will see their portions are very small!!! Do not expect a big meal here. It is small portions and large prices, but it is good. My favorite thing we had was the waygu gyoza and the lobster mac and cheese. I was hoping to try the crispy shrimp but they said there was something wrong with the batter that day. If you choose to go here don't skimp out on dessert, that was my favorite part. I would go back for special occasions or a cocktail and dessert.
😍
If you're looking for a meal to splurge on in Vegas, Catch
If you're looking for a meal to splurge on in Vegas, Catch is a good choice! Ignoring the price, the food was AMAZING. A big party of 8 of us got a bunch of dishes to share, and it was great because we could try more things without getting too full. Every dish was extremely flavorful and we metaphorically licked the plates clean! The service was great too, my only complaint is that there was one dish that comes out smoking that a lot of tables got, and the smoke got so bad the whole restaurant was hazy. Besides that, I would definitely recommend my friends to come here! It's definitely pricey but not insane. The dishes range from $20-50 basically. My favorite things were the truffle sashimi, crispy shrimp, brussel sprouts, and donut wonder wheel! The skewers, mushroom spaghetti, and octopus were very good too. I'd probably pass on the catch roll, and rolls in general here since they're pretty basic.
😍

Really enjoyed my time here! the lobster mac & crispy shrimp were amazing, and the ambiance & service was even better! I will definitely be back in the future! ( located in Aria)

The entry walkway is too cute! The service is good and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that the tables are extremely close, but overall a very nice dining experience.

great ambiance and probably go back for drinks but no food, way overpriced for sushi that it wasn't fresh or real japanese. I was sitting at the bar and the bartender was rude and didn't realized that I was trying to get his attention to order. It was mas first time there so definitely didn't get a good experience. This place is not good if you are a foodie and looking for fresh and authentic food.
😍
I absolutely love this place.
It's found in the Aria Hotel. If you valet at the front entrance it's the closest way to get there. Our waitress was a dream. Her name was Jay and she was so polished and sweet. We trusted her to select our whole meal and what a treat. She started us with Crispy Shrimp, Grilled Spanish Octopus, Mrc Roll, Hellfire Roll and Caesar Salad. All of it was amazing. Than she sent out Herb Roasted Branzino stuffed with all types or yummy veggies. We got the whole fish with an amazing rice to pair with it. Finally we got to the dessert we had the Hit Me Cake, donuts and this incredible Coconut trio. I'm truly thankful for Jay she made dinner so easy. No one was disappointed at all, everything was just perfect. It's rare to come across customer service that goes above and beyond especially when it's a busy Saturday night. Again thank you Jay for EVERYTHING.

This review is very late but it's for my visit on 3/8.
My boyfriend made reservations via sevenrooms for my birthday. Reservations were set for 7pm and thank goodness we were staying at Aria so all we had to do was downstairs. Walking towards the entrance is beautiful flowers and just very Instagram photo op. We were seated to our table right away the ambiance was perfect in a chic sexy and kind of romantic in a way. Our server was Steve F. and he was the best. He told us about the restaurant, the menu and suggested some of his favorites as well as drinks. All of the food items were shareable and perfect for 2 people. We started with the Catch & MRC roll / Grilled octopus / roasted branzino and the brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious and we ate it all. Now this is not a place I would come to on a regular basis but if I was in the mood to get dressed and spend a some money for a special occasion.

The service and drinks were great! :) I loved the East-Coast Kali, it has a kick. If you like a spicy margarita I would recommend this.

We flew here for a few days from sf.
Perhaps it's because California already has great seafood but don't get the sashimi/oysters (which kind of makes sense considering it's in the middle of a desert) Truffle sashimi - kind of expensive for how much fish you get. The name is not very representative of you get, I expected more truffle but you only get 2 drops of truffle sauce Oysters - small, nothing memorable, one tasted a bit stinky 90% of oysters we get in sf restaurants are better (and cheaper)Savannah sipper - tastes like Arizona ice teaSteak + eggs - quality ingredients well cooked, egg was the right runny consistency Grilled octopus - this one was great, good amount of tenderness and crunch (a few pieces missed though and were hard and dry)
🙂
Catch is a very modern restaurant.
It attracts so many people to take photos on the entrance because its fancy decorations. The food here is a mix but the overall quality is still good. The branzino is good but the rice underneath taste a bit sour so it's okz the mushroom spaghetti is pretty good and creamy. But the best one is the filet skewer, we turned out to order one more because it was so good! The sauce is very special and goes really well with the beef and the texture of the beef is very soft. It melts in your mouth, and you can taste the beef is very good quality. It's a must order dish if you ever go!
🙂
Very good but expensive
Located conveniently in the Aria. The atmosphere is very good and the service was great. However the the restaurant is pretty expensive and the food was very good, however not good enough to justify the price. Better places to eat for the price
😍
Great food and better service!
We had a great experience at Catch for dinner. Atmosphere is great and decor is modern. Cocktails were delicious: Meatpacking Manhattan & Detox Retox. Both were carefully made and garnished. I even got a flask to keep with the Manhattan. Sides were all great: Hellfire roll, lobster mac, catch roll, crispy shrimp. Mains were excellent also: Roasted branzino and 10 oz filet. However, our server made our experience. Edward T. was very helpful with the menu and our choices. He also made sure to keep us smiling and our drinks full. This is the service you expect in Vegas. We will be back!

The entrance of the restaurant is beautiful, however, it gets very crowded as everyone wants to take photos and it becomes difficult to walk through and check in for your table. During our dinner, we were sat next to a table full of very loud and annoying people. The restaurant's atmosphere is loud enough and this group made it so bad to where we weren't able to have a conversation at our table. The initial service was slow and took a while to get our orders placed. However, the food came in fairly quickly after we ordered. Although pricey, the food were delicious. Our party also took note of how overly sized the menu was... it's half a table for each menu. Overall, the food was great but we didn't thoroughly enjoy our dinner and we couldn't wait to leave as soon as we finished our food.
😍
Do not leave here or any catch location without ordering
Do not leave here or any catch location without ordering truffle sashimi!!! The sauce is out of this world good. It's so good I literally want to bathe in it lol. The waygu cooked table side is melt in your mouth good. Prices on point for what you get. A lot of beautiful Instagram spots throughout so it's a very good choice for a night out!

Can't deny how beautiful the entrance to CATCH is! I would
Can't deny how beautiful the entrance to CATCH is! I would definitely recommend getting a reservation to the restaurant as it seemed extremely packed even on a Monday night. Like others have said it is a pretty loud and bustling restaurant but that's to be expected from vegas amirite! On to the food - I ordered the octopus, mushroom spaghetti, half a dozen oysters and the new york strip steak. By far my favorite was the octopus. It was made with some much flavor and basically melted in your mouth. The potatoes on the button were such a plus too. The oysters were super fresh too. Spaghetti and the steak were also super flavorful. The food was good but the price point of everything was pretty high thus the 4 stars. Our table ended up getting drinks all around so our bill ended up shocking me a little. If you're in vegas and want to enjoy the fun ambiance and good food and you're not afraid to spend a little CATCH is a nice place to grab dinner.
Service was exceptional. We did order a couple bottles of wine in our group and I think the cheapest they offered on their wine list was $98. We consulted with the sommelier and (after much discussion) found a $72 bottle. Call us cheap, but for a party of 5 and the total bill close to $600- I don't think it's the worst thing to save $20 on a bottle of wine (especially when we're not the type to know if the vintage came from hrs soil in South America or a more airy climate in Northern California). That was sarcasm. Bottom line. Restaurant was super trendy, great food and the service was impeccable.
😍
I've always had Catch on our "need to check out list" after
I've always had Catch on our "need to check out list" after staying at the Aria a few times and reading all the good reviews. Finally got the chance to go back in January. It was all that and more! The food itself was phenomenal! The ambiance ( ladies there are plenty of great photo spots! You can pick & choose) and that's all before getting seated! Our waiter was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. All his recommendations were yummy! 1 point to note is that since this is a pretty happening spot. It does get lively and yes that means loud so don't expect to be able to sit down and talk quietly. Not gonna happen. I would definitely recommend coming here at least once. It is very pricey but so worth the money if your planning a nice dinner out and not too worried about your budget. It's most definitely a splurge.

Beautifully decorated and definitely IG-worthy as you walk
Beautifully decorated and definitely IG-worthy as you walk in through the foyer of the restaurant. They could work on their promptness in opening- hours are from 10am and they didn't start until 10:02am. We got the truffle sashimi, catch roll, waffle tower, octopus, and truffle fries. Everything was delicious- except the waffle tower. Definitely would not get that again. The waffle was sad and soggy, didn't have any butter to compliment the flavor and the ice cream tasted like it was vegan. It was a typical on the strip restaurant price-wise. Portions were small but very flavorful and cooked well. Chef did a nice job on the flavors. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but If you're staying at the Aria it's worth a try.
😍
This place NEVER disappoints! The pasta is the best paste
This place NEVER disappoints! The pasta is the best paste dish I have ever had. My wife and I agreed that although the strip was cooked and seasoned perfectly -- the Dover fish was the best protein. Make sure you make reservations early and they are always fill up weeks out.
🙂
Location is beautiful, its a nice little enchanting place.
A nice place to dress up and enjoy some fancy vibes. Would recommend making reservations. The food was very delicious, although very small portions for its prices. Just something to consider. However really enjoyed it.

My daughter and I visited last night for dinner.
We had a reservation and we arrived and were told to wait they weren't ready to seat us. No hello or greeting of any kind. When we were seated we had two different servers try to wait on us. That sounds great but we ended up having very mediocre service at best. The server was distracted, no personality and seemed annoyed. The food was pretty good but should be fabulous for the price. The entrance is gorgeous but the service wasn't up to par.

First impressions made walking through the butterfly flower
First impressions made walking through the butterfly flower tunnel. Had very high expectations. Gorgeous entry. Instagram worthy ? Yes! Butterflies . Flowers and twinkle lights surround you as running streams of water on either side of this runway to the interior of the restaurant becomes a prelude to the ecstasy that awaits.Hostess podium next: Pretty hostesses who were all business but did not smile which seemed a bit odd. Front reservationist also texted us to tell us we were late for our reservation at 6 but thought our reservation was at 5. We had to push through red tape to get her to change it. Two strikes ugh. But I guess that's ok given we are still at the tail end of a Covid outbreak with omicron. Sigh. Maybe no one will smile ( like with your eyes even) for awhile even in service industries unless you're a good actor actress or paid more to smile with your eyes or enthusiastic with your voice . The model like main hostess showed us to our seats and gave us very big heavy menus but lacked empathy to one of our guests in a wheelchair who had a hard time. She waited for us to seat our own friend and then rolled her eyes at one of her coworkers behind her. Usually someone will help with the wheelchair. Our waiter was fine but he too had a hard time smiling. He did nothing wrong in terms of service. He was efficient. None of the servers were smiling and no one chatted or made small talk not even the manager. No smiling allowed. Service gets a 3 at this restaurant. Maybe less being that food here is so pricey. I don't think anyone will be tipped less than $100 a table at this restaurant. But the food is incredible! Cocktails are amazing too. Wow. Kudos to the kitchen staff and bar tender mixologists who totally rock ! We loved the food and drinks. Favorites : 1. 5/5 Cali cocktail ! Spicy and really balanced though very unique . Not too sweet. Yum 2. 5/5 The wagyu beef tapas skewers are tiny . Two tiny skewers with 3 small cubes. So yum. So tender. 3. 5/5 The very fresh branzino is to die for. Crispy outer skin, atop a citrus rice with julienned veggies. Absolutely delicious light dish perfect with a dry Sauvignon Blanc4. 5/5 The Hong Kong lobster dish is not one lobster. Several lobster tails, several claws ... 3.5 lbs at least. Very very fresh ... 5. 4/5 Lobster Mac and cheese; yum but was hoping for more stretch in our cheese. Not served very hot. Seemed dry. 6. 5/5 Vegan pistachio cheesecake ! To die for. Big pistachios in the cheesecake. Blueberry compote with fresh blueberries... served with a vanilla gelato on the side. The best dessert I've had in awhile ! 7. 5/5 Chocolate cake . Crack open the chocolate box top and out flows milky cream that spills over the top of a chocolate tower of cake and ice cream! Unique presentation that would have been more dramatic if a waiter cracked the chocolate tower as part of the presentation. The cream truly produces a fountain effect! So many opportunities for wait staff to stage a show with food so conducive to theatrics. To die for food and drinks. We will be back even if all the hostesses, waiters and support staff never crack a smile.

Beautiful hotel lobby casino led to a beautiful garden-like
Beautiful hotel lobby casino led to a beautiful garden-like entrance of CATCH along with "Celebrities" pictures/images on a screen near the entrance. Went for Brunch menu. Interesting offerings of an asian japanese and Italian fusion. Good flavor but not a place for multiple repeats. As others have stated the price is a little steep. Interestingly the best coffee in the building.... No frills coffee but if you're into just great smooth but strong flavor then get a cup... they also have espresso. A few theatrical items on menu.... Ie: the flame torched sushi rolls, a brown cook-box with hot skillet to allow further cooking on the table, and the stacked and colored waffles dripping with toppings was ordered by almost every table. Worth checking out. The reservations are still filling quickly so plan in advance.
Fantastic ambiance and service. All dishes were fantastic specially the truffle sashimi and the wagyu roll. Will visit again on next trip

Seductive and attractive restaurant environment however needs a revamp on its food and cocktails
My husband and I went to Catch 2 nights ago during our New Year’s celebration week. The restaurant’s decor is first class and the color scheme and interior are beautiful. The food and drinks were not impressive and they were poorly flavored and tasted bad. The waitress was okay but she seemed very rushed as well as the greeters when you walk in.
My husband ordered the sea bass and the breading was bland and the presentation was poor, the fish was laid on top of the rice which was as good as Rice a Roni, the quality of the food was disappointing and it had minimal flavor but at least it was palatable. My dinner however was one of the worst meals served in Las Vegas. I had the organic chicken which was fried in a breading that had no spices, the meat was undercooked and the surrounding vegetables were in a sauce that had color but no flavor. I had the waitress take it back. The grapefruit cocktail tasted artificial and cheap and the mixture of ingredients were not shaken and the bartenders obviously never tasted their drinks because if they did they would not have served it and I had to also request the drink to be replaced.
I appreciated the fact that our waitress at least worked with with me to get another meal and she brought the same meal my husband had and then suggested another cocktail which was a drink that was a mule that tasted better than the first drink but again it was not at the level of a seasoned cocktail which was balanced in flavor.
The restaurant is beautiful in its decor but the food was below average. I did not taste the sushi which is probably better than the other meals but they need a professional chef to improve their cocktails and regular food they present.
