If you're looking for a truly indulgent breakfast or brunch
If you're looking for a truly indulgent breakfast or brunch experience in Las Vegas, look no further than Chica. I recently had the pleasure of trying their Eggs Benedict Cazuela and Dulce de Leche French Toast, and I have to say, I was blown away by the flavors and presentation of both dishes. The Eggs Benedict Cazuela is a twist on the classic dish, served in a piping hot skillet with layers of Paisa Cheese Arepa, chorizo, and perfectly poached eggs, all topped with a velvety hollandaise sauce. The combination of textures and flavors was incredible, and every bite was packed with bold and savory flavors. As for the Dulce de Leche French Toast, it was a true delight for the sweet-toothed among us. Thick slices of brioche were soaked in a rich batter infused with vanilla and cinnamon, then cooked to perfection and drizzled with decadent dulce de leche sauce. Topped with fresh berries, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar, this dish was truly a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.Overall, I highly recommend Chica Las Vegas to anyone looking for an elevated breakfast or brunch experience. The Eggs Benedict Cazuela and Dulce de Leche French Toast were both outstanding, and the attention to detail and use of high-quality ingredients truly set this restaurant apart. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! One thing to note: CHICA has an 18% gratuity automatically footed into the bill. Be aware of it before you pay!

We were looking for a unique brunch spot and stumbled upon Chica. It was a Saturday morning about 10am. First, the ambiance is very fun: very dark with cute bright lights at every table, with plants hanging from the ceiling. Just be forewarned--if you're looking for a quiet, calm brunch spot, this might not be it...it's definitely more of the party brunch vibe. The service was amazing--we never had to wait for anything. But the food was truly the best part--I got the eggs Benedict and my fiancé got the chica salad with shrimp and both were amazing in their own ways. I loved that the eggs Benedict was unique with the chorizo links, brevas potatoes and arepas. The flavor was dynamic and so tasty; the only downside was cutting everything up. The salad was so fresh and yummy--it all worked so well together. I'd love to come back when I'm looking for a party brunch vibe!

Located in the Venetian, this eatery combines a sleek beautiful ambiance with absolutely delicious Latin inspired food. We came for brunch and had the lovely Vonda as our server. She was very knowledgeable and authentic in her recommendations especially because we were a vegetarian crowd. The brunch menu has only one true vegetarian option, with that said the the egg dishes were customized to be vegetarian and they were yummy flavorful and fantastic! The lemon ricotta buñelos could have used more of said flavor as well as the sauces that were mentioned but were warm and delicious still. I loved the Baja egg burritos, the ember charred cauliflower and the paisa bowl. The coffee was strong and hit the spot. All in all the food was 4.5/5. While I didn't have alcohol I did try the turmeric tonic with black pepper; it brought me to life and was way more delicious than it sounds haha! All in all, this is a sexy spot with really amazing tasting food and it made this moody New Yorker quite happy! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting LV.

Overall the food IS good at CHICA, but I just cant justify paying almost $90 a person without drinks for just a good meal. The food didn't blow my mind, something I would expect from this price point. We got the roasted chicken, sea bass and salmon, along with the smoked baby back ribs. The most disappointing were the sea bass and ribs. The flavor on the ribs was underwhelming (they were cooked perfectly though), and the sea bass had little seasoning and no sauce.

It's definitely very trending looking and very loud. Not a place if you want to have a quiet meal. We had reservations but yet still had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated. Once seated it took about 10 minutes before anyone came around to at least take our drink order. Our waiter was nice and helpful with the menu but we just felt service could have been better. From taking our order, bringing our food, coming around to see if we needed anything to bringing our bill. Did not appreciate the long waits. Food was impressive, flavor and spices were authentic. Will we return, probably not.

Because this one was on my list to try on recent visit, I made sure to make reservations online. The reservation system was quite easy to do. Location of the restaurant was easy to find and checking in was a breeze. Our server was very nice and friendly. She answered our questions and also helped us figure out our courses. To start our dinner service we decided to quench our thirst with 50/50 and living my best life cocktails. Though the 50/50 looks innocent as it was served on a cute wine glass, that drink definitely is strong. The living my best life was quite refreshing and a little on the sweeter but not too sweet side. Now onto the food. For starters, we ordered the wagyu quesa birria empanada, the crispy Peruvian octopus, and watercress Ceasar salad. Out of all the starters, I enjoyed the empanada. It had a good amount of wagyu beef and was quite filling. Ceasar salad was fresh and decent but it was nothing special. The least liked dish was the octopus as it was little chewy and it lacked flavor. Because we were a party of three, we decided to opt for the wood fired meat parrillada for our main course as recommended by our server who mentioned that CHICA was the only restaurant to operate a wood grill on the Strip. We also decided to order huancaina mashed potatoes, crispy brussels sprouts, and roasted street corn for our sides. To our dismay, the parrillada was a let down. The lamb felt a little too gamey and chewy, the chicken tasted mediocre, skirt steak and tenderloin were a little under seasoned, and the chorizo didn't really live up to my spicy and flavor expectations. I think what saved the dish was the sauces they provided, especially that chimichurri. As for the sides, we all enjoyed the roasted street corn the most. The mashed potatoes did have a spicy kick to it which I also enjoyed. And the Brussel sprouts wasn't memorable. As for dessert, I HAD to and I mean, I HAD to order the flaming skull. It was one of the main reasons I wanted to come here. Besides the technical difficulties our server faced by lighting the skull on fire, the dessert definitely saved the day. Aesthetically pleasing while the skull was on fire, and quite delicious. The lava cake was so rich and oh so delicious, the marshmallows were light and sweet, and that horchata ice cream was by far the best! It was so good in fact that I had to resist myself from eating all of the ice cream since I had to share with the rest of the party!Service was great. Our server was so friendly the whole entire time and made us feel welcome. She kept checking up on us and we exchanged some laughter in conversation. I do however, wished the food was better as it was disappointing. To say the least, it was a good experience and I'm glad that we went (for the flaming skull) but I expected more. I honestly hate to say that the food isn't worth the amount we paid for. Oh, and they automatically include 18% gratuity in your bill.

Went for brunch and the restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere with a DJ on the weekends. We tried the Dulce de leche French toast, the bomb, eggs benedict cazuela (yum) and Baja breakfast burrito. If you like brunch and Latin food, this is a must visit. Will definitely be back to check out the famous dessert-The Flaming Skull
Be the first to ReplyCocktail tasted as though I was prepared without alcohol.
My friend ordered the same cocktail and said the same about her drink. Empanadas we'e good - deep fried, which made the crust a little hard.

Be the first to ReplyWe made reservations for the "CHICA Nights" for our party
We made reservations for the "CHICA Nights" for our party of six for a birthday, on January 13. We got there and we sat down by the DJ Booth. The ambiance is loud and lively, with dancers going around dancing to the music. They were playing latin music, and it was LOUD, and there was a little area in front of the DJ where people were dancing. We really liked the environment, we just needed some food and drinks first, so we sat and waited... and waited. Our server finally came and acknowledged us after 15-20 minutes of sitting there. She informed us that we could actually order something from the regular menu (there is a Chica Dinner menu and a Chica nights menu). So we asked for a menu of that. Another 20 minutes went by. We managed to flag her down to try to order at least drinks, but she said "Hold on I need to get a pen." After another 10 minutes of waiting, we left and ate at Sugarcane and danced at Azilo instead. We loved the ambiance and music, we just wish we could've had the chance to try their drinks and food and had better service.

Everything we ordered was amazing and I loved the music they had plying in the background. Can't wait to come here again, this time for dinner!
Be the first to ReplyReally bad customer service, and my wife and I went there
Really bad customer service, and my wife and I went there for our 8th year anniversary. What surprised us was the front greeting ladies! They were rude and left us at the counter table that my wife could not even rest her legs. We sat there for almost 10 minutes, no one came to serve us, and the worst part was that when we complained about no servers and finally decided to leave, those two greeting ladies just said "ok." We were treated so badly, and we would never come back.

i absolutely love the fact that this restaurant was in our hotel. It made it easy for us to get ready and head over after an eventful morning at the day clubs haha the place was aesthetically pleasing, the music was on point with the vibes & there were dancers walking around/performing too! The food was equally as delicious on par with the whole restaurant as well. Staff was polite and attentive
Be the first to ReplyChica is a must try in Vegas.
The plate seemed small but it was more than enough. It was delicious and very worth the walk. The environment makes the experience even more memorable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our mimosas were never empty. I will be going back once I'm in Vegas

I spent my birthday brunch here & from checking in to getting our bill, the service was amazing!!! Food is really good, portions are on the smaller side but it didn't really take away from anything because it was so good. Overall, loved my experience. I highly recommend this place and planning to go back soon!!
Be the first to ReplyThey charge for soda refills.
The food is great. The music is too loud and it is quite difficult to have a regular Sunday brunch discussion. It was a nice experience, but not worth repeating. You can go if you want, but not really worth it. I don't drink, but if you do and are hungover, you should avoid this place 1000%. Trust me, your condition will only worsen.
Be the first to ReplyCame here for brunch and loved the food and interior decor.
We had:- french toast- eggs on the side- breakfast burrito- tres leches cakeEverything was absolutely delicious, and the tres leches cake is HUGE! Thought it would be a tiny little slice but no, it's definitely substantial. The salsa with the breakfast burrito was great. Service was pretty decent too. Overall would come back and recommend!

Can I tell you that I would fly back to Vegas just for this restaurant?! I would never have found this place if it weren't for my fellow yelpers. What a treasure. This is a high end place and is beautiful inside. The servers were great but the food!!!!, Oh the food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had the Arepa basket (best Arepas ever), the Peruvian Ceviche, a side salad and a carrot dish. Everything was mouthwatering. Quite expensive but worth it. I can't wait to go back.
Be the first to ReplyCame here as we were staying on business at the Palazzo.
Looking for a breakie / brunch spot and came upon this place. No availability with regards to tables, but the hostesses were kind enough to offer us bar seating. We were greeted by the bartender and the team there and they were super responsive and attentive in providing coffee, water and refills. Menu has a decent amount of offerings and all looked really good. Ordered eggs benedict and business partner ordered breakfast bowl with strip steak. All food came to order and was presented well and was great. Eggs benedict were complimented with potatoes and portion size was just right. My friend enjoyed the breakfast bowl and left full and happy! Would highly recommend if you re in the area!
Be the first to ReplySuch an underrated restaurant at the Venetian! Our Birria
Such an underrated restaurant at the Venetian! Our Birria Tacos was the best Birria Tacos we've ever had. The meat was so tender and the consume was so good (not the traditional runny kind...this one was thick and flavorful). The shrimp tacos were also great. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the aioli had a great kick to it. The ceviche is not your typical ceviche. This was tangy but had a powerful ginger base. It was delicious! Will definitely return to try more from their menu!
