Valet Parking Changed Twice
Food and ambiance excellent. However, the Valet parking charged me twice $24 x 2. I told them to credit one of the charges and they refused. They are stealing customers. Cipriani should do something about it.

We had to wait a bit because we had no reservation, but it was no problem at all, we waited at the bar having a drink. As always incredible service, I had the lunch menu which included burrata salad (small, $6 extra), lasagna and three little scoops of ice cream. The lasagna was a bit cold, but overall everything tasty. Pasta bolognese simple but incredible and the ravioli also really good.
Been here a few times while in Miami.
The foods decent but you really come here to people watch and eat average food. With that out the way This past visit we had the Pappardelle bolognese, the Bucatini Amatriciana and the lamb chops. We also had a few cocktails and a bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Food was good, wine was good, cocktails were average but people watching was entertaining.

Service is as good as the food. It is not cheap, but totally worth it!

For any special occasion, you must come to Cipriani.
Hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. We received unsurpassed white glove service from Mateo and the rest of the team. Some of the most darling humans I've met in the restaurant business. I have never felt more at home and more favored as a guest, this wasn't special treatment this is the culture at Cipriani. It's no wonder why this is a celebrity hot spot and fan favorite globally. Easily one of the most gorgeous interior designs with stunning views of Miami. Perfect for my mother's birthday. When we lightly mentioned preferring a waterfront table, Mateo ensured our party of 3 got the biggest and best one available even on a Saturday night. Simply unheard of for Miami restaurants especially of this caliber. Starting off with the freshest Bellinis, we knew everything that followed would be excellent. The pasta was unbelievable. The bucatini was my fave and the tagliatelle with lamb, a winner as well. Without debate, you must order BOTH the meringue cake and ice cream. No matter how full you are, they're equally legendary for a reason. Cipriani is a gem in the heart of Brickell. Forever grateful for the service we experienced and for the hospitality Mateo showed us during a special celebration.

Beautiful restaurant, good food…. Beware of 18% tip included in check!!
Weird martini— served in a shot glass. Had the carrot soup which was delicious. Had the sea-bass spaghetti which was very good although would not order again. The service was great in the beginning then we had to ask for the check. BEWARE: they charge 18% gratuity on the check!!!!

Nothing will disappoint you if you are expecting an enjoyable meal on every level. The service is impeccable. Menu is short here, but I found it diverse. Is family friendly for well behave kids :) , the view is relaxing and right outside you can get memorable pictures.

5 stars? I don't know I'd tasteless buffoons have been eating here or rather people who don't understand the star rating system. This place is AWESOME. Beautiful food, beautiful people, beautiful location, and amazing service. Attentive waiters who serve an armamentarium of true Italian dishes. I've spent close to 4 hrs here ob multiple occasions. I promise you it's not because I hated the experience. You'd be a fool to not eat here.
I was here with a group for a business dinner.
I made the reservations based on a recco from a local and knew the price tags were high but not as high as they were when we arrived. Open Table says the average dish cost $30 - $40 but I would say that it's more like $50 - $75. No menu pricing is found on their website. The restaurant is beautiful as is the view. The table was extremely small for a party of my size and we were very cramped. Guests were having trouble getting out of the large booth to use the restroom. Restrooms are not what I'd expect for a restaurant or hotel of this caliber. They are okay but you kind of have to go down a back alley to get to them? Only one sink and mirror. The servers are attentive but maybe too much. We felt a bit like they were trying to drive up our bill every step of the way Food was okay, but not fantastic for the high cost. Drinks were good, especially the Bellini. Next time I'm in Miami and booking for a group, I will look for a new place to try.

Cipriani holds itself to the highest standard in the hospitality business.We spent the summer at the Hotel in Venice —we never want to travel anywhere but there .The staff —-the service —the food —-the ambiance —-it’s an experience . Coming to this restaurant has all the same elements from when you arrive .They treat you like their oldest friend. And the food ——spectacular . The Dover sole and branzino rival the dishes of Europe. And who can beat that cake !!!!

The original waiter I had was rude and stuck up as if he didn't want to wait on me. He sent a woman over to serve me after greeting me and saying he would be the waiter. The quality of food was bland very bland for the price and environment.
Best Italian in miami hands down.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
