Amazing display of the delicious gelato and sorbet! Very
Amazing display of the delicious gelato and sorbet! Very colorful and pleasing to look at each of them! This Cocolini's is located inside Venetian Hotel, upstairs at the Canal Shopping Center. Beautiful ambiance with so many different things around to see. When you're lucky, there's live performances on the stage right next to this gelato bar. You can't miss it! Visited multiple times, countless times! My absolute favorite flavors are Mango, Chocolate, and Hazelnut! But I am pretty sure that the other flavors are delicious too. Service is quick, the line is moving fast! There are some tables and chairs nearby if you'd like to sit down, but they are pretty much occupied very often. There are other locations in town of this gelato bar, but so far this one in Venetian is the best one for me! I was always satisfied with both the gelato and the service here!

I was thrilled to find a great gelato spot, while vacationing in Las Vegas. There aren't enough gelato spots where I live. Cocolini's had some of the best hand crafted gelato we've ever had. I love how they decorate their gelato, so you'd know what flavors you're expecting, and you KNOW that they use only real ingredients for their gelato. My favorite was the Italian cookie flavor. You can get two or three different scoops of gelato you want. Thankfully, Cocolini's have multiple locations in Las Vegas. Their gelato is creamy, decadent, natural and doesn't melt very fast. Our server was kind, and the prices aren't bad. I miss Cocolini's gelato so much!
Be the first to ReplyLots of flavor options.
$9 for two scoops, but it's Vegas, on the strip, and inside a hotel/mall so higher prices are just to be expected. We got the birthday cake and raspberry truffle. They were good, not the best gelato I've had but decent flavor and a nice treat.
Be the first to ReplyNice selection and presentation of gelato flavors.
However, samples are not permitted so you have to get it right the first-time. Worse, tonight's employee was less than welcoming. Between the 'no samples' and less-than-friendly staff we opted to move-on. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.

This place had the most gelato offerings I've ever experienced. Although I did not eat them all I'm convinced they all had to be delicious. I had the butter pecan and pistachio. Yes. You know I had to get my protein. Heheh. Every spoon was so worth it!! This is the type of place I'd got to Vegas just to go here. Thai has definitely made my top 10 dessert places of all time. The price was reasonable I think. But who knows it taste so good and was so worth every dollar!! My pictures are not doing it justice. Simply amazing!!

Very rude staff giving me attitude while I was introducing flavors to friends who don't speak English. This girl was super unprofessional and not patient at all. She was extremely rude and loud in front of everyone. It was a very bad unfriendly experience. And Gelato itself was probably the worst I have ever tasted. I strongly do not recommend this place for the terrible service and the horrible Gelato quality - purely money grabbing.
Be the first to ReplyThe ice cream tasted rough and very artificial.
The vanilla tasted more like coconut and had a horrible aftertaste. Not worth the price at all.

We were just in Vegas on Oct 14, 2023 and stopped here for gelato at the Excalibur location. I ordered the Bacio and we walked back to our hotel. When we got to the bottom of the ice cream, my husband felt something hard in his mouth. There were pieces of glass in the gelato! He went back to find that the tempered glass on the enclosure had broke and someone had tried to tape it, but shards of glass had fallen in the ice cream. He took a video but I have a photo of the glass. My children, myself and my husband had all had a few bites of this ice cream and have been worried we ingested glass. I wrote corporate to let them know and they haven't written me back. Beware buying gelato at their locations.

This is one of my favorite gelato spots in vegas! I usually get hazelnut or straciatella. The service is good. The ambiance is nice since it's inside the Venetian.

We were recently in Vegas for about a week at Palazzo, and we stopped here at least twice to get gelato. The staff was very friendly and patient as we were ordering for four people. The lines do get quite long here, and the line "order" is a bit nebulous as people just randomly get in front of you. We had a large group of people try to jump ahead of us, but the staff saw this and directed us to come over to a different area of the counter to order. If I had a point of feedback, it would be to organize the "line" a little better. We especially liked the pistachio gelato, and I tried the peanut butter gelato which was really good as well. They offer both cups and waffle cone options. I thought the prices were reasonable (for Vegas). It's not a place I would specifically go to if we were staying elsewhere, because the same gelato is available many other places even within Venetian/Palazzo. I love the canal shoppes area near St.Mark's Square, and we were able to grab a table in the square and listen to the performers on the stage nearby.
Be the first to ReplyI ordered a scoop of mango ice cream.
It tasted good but it's nothing you can't get from the store. It was overpriced and small. They don't offer samples. The single "scoop" I got was $6. A smoothie is $9 so that makes more sense to offer but the prices are hidden in a corner.

Winding down from a long day of walking we came across this place after dinner downstairs with friends. Despite long line the person behind the counter was not breaking a sweat. She answered all our questions. In the group we got guava, blackberry (me), birthday cake that had a bunch of red velvet bits in it and a bourbon apple pie. All well liked and the cup size was bigger than we thought for a single serving.

Quick take: satisfied my cravingAfter walking the strip for an hour I needed a break and sugar. This spot doesn't offer samples. So I decided to stay safe and picked one scoop of strawberry in a cup. The employee was nice and got to every customer pretty quickly.Kinda limiting when I'm not able to sample anything. The gelato tasted more like sorbet. But it wasn't the worst that I've tried. This will do if you are just dying for some sugar.
Be the first to ReplyGelato is very good but it is expensive.
The locations are easily located. however, there are menu inconsistencies where some locations have crepes and some do not. Website was not informative. The one at the Mirage has no crepes but the one at the Delano has crepes.
Be the first to ReplyWaited in line for 15 minutes behind 2 other customers.
A guys walks to the counter after me and wanted to buy a carrot cake. The server told me to hold on a proceeded to help him. I was ok with him buying a cake. She then asked him "Is that it?" He then asked his family, which was standing in line behind me to pick their ice cream. Worst customer service ever. I stood in line to get passed. I walked and voiced my frustration at the girl at the counter.

Located at the center of the Venetian Plaza, you will notice its bright sign and be intrigued enough to order a gelato at Cocolini's. Having gelato in Las Vegas is always the mood because of the humid weather, but I probably won't recommend this place too much. Gelato is one of my favorite types of ice cream, but Cocolini's just does not hit the same as many other gelatos I've had. First, the gelato was melting faster than expected (a key characteristic of a great gelato). Second, the texture is not as quite silky and dense. I ordered their cookies and cream gelato. To be honest, it was not as sweet as I expected it to be. Despite not being quite satisfied with the taste and texture, I still enjoyed the gelato since it was very humid when I went. Walking around the stores while enjoying a cup of ice cream is still a great vibe.

Kind've expensive but what could you expect it being located in the Mirage. The pistachio canolli was pretty good and they carry a great variety of gelatos and flavors

Cute little stop right in the middle of it all, so how can you not get a gelato? The display case looks great, although many flavors were lacking a name. It's a generous one scoop, and yes it's pricey, but it's a tourist trap so it will be. The gelato was creamy and full of what is usually in a rocky road. My only complaint was it was a bit melty before I got it so I had a mess all over the table and had to eat it quickly.
Be the first to ReplyI got two coffee flavored (Nutella coffee and tiramisu).
I paid for it and had the cashier toss it in the garbage. She didn't ask me any questions, just said ok. Very disappointed that I didn't ask to try flavors (because I didn't want to hold up the line). And I love gelatos and ice cream...didn't think I would not like it this much.
Be the first to ReplyHonestly, not good.
Asked for a sample and was told, "we don't give samples".After getting our 1 scoop cup at $7, I see why. If I was able to try before buying I wouldn't have purchased.Go elsewhere.
Be the first to ReplySimply not good.
Taste freezer burnt. Staff was nice though. But if you want good gelato, I don't recommend.
