Waste
The city isn’t clean with lots of homeless people on streets and parks. The beach is very crowded and it’s not safe either lot of thieves walking the promenade.
Over priced Coffee
Visited "Fast Food" outdoor cafe at Copacabana Beach today for a coffee. What a rip off, they charged us €10 for 2 Cappuccino's when you can get 2 for under €4 elsewhere. Goodness knows what they will charge you for the food as no prices advertised. Give this place a miss. Eric & Moira 16/10/23
Nice beach - don’t go to the beach bar
Very over- priced beach bar. No price list and no table service. Surly staff. Take a picnic and your own drinks and enjoy he beach, views and great swimming.
Sandy beach
There are not many sandy beaches in Croatia, most are rocky, making swimming off them a little difficult. Copacobana beach is set a little way off from the Port of Dubrovnic on the opposite side of the bay so there is a lot of activity in the water. However the swimming area is roped off to avoid any danger with shipping. In order to swim here there is a charge payable at the bottom of the access steps.
Beautiful view
Nice place with a great view however in order to get in you need to put money on a bracelet. So a hassle if you just want to go for a just a drink Prices were also pretty high and the menu is more for the evening then for a light linch. When you leave they put the rest of the money back
Disappointed with this beach resort which was not up to the usual immaculate Croatian standard.
An enigma in Croatia known for its hospitality, friendly welcome and cleanliness. This beach resort is past its sell by date, dirty, with aged beds and facilities. The toilets must rank as the worst in the Adriatic. The staff are far from attentive, in fact dismissive and too busy to care. It may be cheaper than the Coral Beach next door but like they say you only get what you pay for. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you like clean, quality, and friendly ambiance for your money. I’m sure it was nice once upon a time.
No refund
My husband and I had planned to go to the Copacabana Beach on one of our lasts days in Dubrovnik this past August. However a couple days before he tested positive for COVID. I emailed the company about cancellation for a refund (as stated in their booking that cancellations will only be accepted in writing) and never got a response. The next day I forwarded the previous email looking for a confirmation that they received it and never got a response. I also never got a refund. I could understand if this were not in the middle of the high season but they definitely were going to be able to refill those chairs and make their money. Pretty disappointing.
Terrible
Over priced and crowded. Stacked wall to sea with lounge chairs. The little bar was full of smokers and service for the high priced food…well, sucked. Never again
nice beach
Quite nice as a beach, bigger than others in Dubrovnik and very clear water, but pebbly so bring swim shoes! The sunbeds are very expensive but overall lovely with just a towel.
Avoid!
I was so disappointed when I visited this beach and a little puzzled as I’d been told by locals how nice it was. It felt small, the sun loungers were dirty and the staff rude. I’ve never been made to feel like I was committing a crime for bringing my own drinks to a beach before! Stayed for max 20 minutes then left. Wouldn’t return, wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
