The food is excellent, matched only by the service from the entire staff. The bar manager Miles, makes exceptional cocktails and really makes you feel at home. HIGHLY recommend the garlic noodles & whole crab.

Firstly... I booked weeks in advance and was seated outside. I then seen a couple seated inside after I asked if we could be seated inside once a table became available, I was told there was no more room due to a large party being scheduled... We ordered our food (a small feast for 2) and it took over 30 for my dishes to come, her food arrived after we finished sharing my (steak/wasabi rice), in other words we didn't get to eat together. We then spoke to a manger "Kevin" who said he would accommodate us by removing the king crab order from the bill and giving us a couple of free drinks. Before this was resolved I handed the waiter my credit card. The king crab took another 30 minutes to arrive and by that time we were ready to leave. So the waiter then brought back my receipt and card and the king crab had not been removed from the bill, instead they charged me and refused to refund($180). All in all. Service was horrible, manager (Kevin) was ill-equipped to perform managerial duties on a weekend as busy as vday weekend and I didn't get to share the experience I payed for with my love.Food was pretty good though.

For my birthday I decided to splurge and get some Crustacean To Go delivered for my family and friends. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. We got two crabs -- $110 *each* which had less crab in it than you'd find tuna in an average tuna can. Did I mention they were $110 each? Before delivery fees?We also got four servings of garlic noodles at $22 each. They were good, but again, very small portions for that price. I don't mind spending money on a great dinner. But $350+ for this tiny amount of food -- plus $20 tip -- makes me feel like an absolute sucker. Disappointing way to spend my birthday.

Sea bass, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts with garlic noodle, perfect harmony. In addition to the outstanding meal and knowledgeable server, don't miss the koi pond under the Dinning floor throughout! Ask for Paulina if she's serving during your visit Don't forget dessert, coconut cake and Iced Vietnamese coffee are a great combination.

First time back since the remodel and the place looks great! I do miss the fountain in the front though. Our server Diana was very attentive and informative. We really enjoyed her! Everything we got was super yummy. I've missed this food so much. I also appreciated the socially distanced tables and vaccination check before being seated indoors. A classic and classy establishment. Highly recommend for a nice dinner out. See photos of what we ate! We also got the pho soup dumplings and crab puffs which were so yummy too! Cocktails were also good especially the espresso martini!

went there the other night for my son's 40th bday and my 70th bday. the service was horrendous, the food was okay and the pricing was over the top.there are so many fine restaurants in town there is no reason to go back here again

My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and the service was awful. I don't know who the bartender was, but he was rude and hit on me when my boyfriend was in the bathroom. Made me so uncomfortable. I will not be going back. EVER.

Food was subpar and they haven't finished the remodel. They also made us wait an additional 30mins beyond our reservation time. Also they aren't handicap accessible.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
