Outstanding Italian Dinner
Delicious food - nice ambience at Four Seasons dining room. Homemade pasta dinner with Winter black truffles was outstanding. Service was attentive and very friendly - great night!
Be the first to ReplyExpensive Mediocrity
We stayed at the hotel and payed for the b&b package which includes 90 dollars per room daily, not even that was enough! Its sooo expensive it will make you mad, I had to pay an extra 90 dollars daily which I wouldn’t mind if it was great, but sadly it isn’t, it’s just mediocre! Find attached a photo of my 25 dollar fruit plate, pathetic!! Don’t waste your money, just go somewhere else.
Be the first to ReplyVERY POOR BRUNCH !!!!
Sadly ….Very disappointed with the Sunday BRUNCH.
Poorly, very expensive, poor quality, no flavor in their plates and the service was really bad the waitress stink and smell really bad and the hostesses attitude was so rude and very bad manners.
I’ve been going to this brunch for years and always was amazing.
They have lowered their standards in service and quality.
Will never go back.
Best dining experience in Los Angeles
Dining at Culina at the Four Season in Beverly Hills has been so far the best dining experience in Los Angeles. A beautifully decorated restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating, surrounded by greens, dimmed lighting, and live music. Excellent and friendly service from our host, waiter, and server assistance. Overall a friendly and genuine staff which is what Four Seasons stands for, they will make you feel at home. The beautiful outdoor pizza oven next to the terrace gave me the hint that I was ready for a night with delicious pizza and amazing food. But it wasn't average at all.
From Skinny pizza topped with smoked salmon and caviar, to truffles with burrata cheese. A 7-course experience that featured fresh ingredients from Southern California, including Santa Barbara Prawns, octopus, grilled scallops and delicate oyster shooters. A display of hard work, detail and passion that I have not seen yet in Los Angeles within an upscale casual Italian restaurant that adds the food to a lavish California twist including the classic Italian homemade pasta, cheeses, black winter truffles, and even an inspired ceviche from Latin America.
I had the honor to personally meet Chef Giovanni Spataro, he prepared and delivered each dish adding that Sicilian charm and touch that makes any dining experience even better. The passion and love added to this dinner were beyond what I was expecting to see. Thank you, Chef Giovanni and his team for such a lovely dining experience.
Disappointing
I ordered to go so I could eat in my room while working. I ordered the Salmon Toast with a poached egg. The description stated it came with capers, radishes, cream cheese, charred tomatoes...sounds yummy. Except I did not get any of those things....nor did I get Salmon. I got ham and two fresh tomato slices on my bread. Also 4 small whole potatoes. I had a virtual call in 15 minutes and only had enough time to eat, before jumping in there. So I made the best of it. I did not eat the ham (watching sodium) and one of the potatoes was rotten inside. My eggs were good and the bread was delicious. Will give them another try at some point, but for now I cannot recommend.

Be the first to ReplyBest pizza outside of Italy
Great experience! Our waiter was attentive, and the cocktails and pizza were delicious. I'm from Italy and it is very difficult to find good pizza in the US, but this was it! The crust alone was perfection. We also had the caprese salad as appetizer, and I have to say that those were probably the best tomatoes I have had in my entire life!
Looking forward to going back to Culina!
Expensive
The food was normal, nothing different from what I can prepare at home, regular attention, they did not give me a birthday present, I would not return
Some healthy food choices
Glad the Sunday brunch is back. Good foods (love the roasted cauliflower), staff very attentive and friendly. The music during meal was quite loud so we had to speak louder. We didn’t even sit too close to the dj.
