Classy French restaurant.
Good whiskey selection and bar.Wine list if good to go with the food menu. Close to Broadway. Vegetarian option is salad.

Had the burger - it was vile. I would rather have a McDonald's cheeseburger that's 2 days old than the burger here. Also 2 burgers and 2 rounds of beer somehow was $165.... WHAT?!? Now I have been living in nyc for 9 years and use to egregious prices but this place is on another planet in terms of value per $. Hard pass. Hardest pass ever.

This restaurant was decent for taking our group out to dinner. The prefix course is $60 and you get to choose from a large variety of good French cooking. We were able to fit about 15 to 20 people comfortably. Overall I was pleased with the food and presentation.

I've been wanting to try their burger for a while now, and for an $8 upcharge, one could opt it from the restaurant week menu. It was incredibly underwhelming. Despite it being stuffed with short rib and mushrooms and foie gras and what have you, the burger was bland. Cold. The filling was barely discernable. The texture of the burger itself felt like meatloaf.Interestingly, the cauliflower appetizer with an umami hit of anchovies, and the chocolatey dessert that very adult and cocoa-y were actually decent. Just don't bother with the burger.

I had the burger and I wasn't impressed, because the meat was at best rare. After feeling like I was in a weird Fear Factor revival and being forced to eat raw meat, I caved like one of those poor people from the show.My Fear Factor projections aside, the interior was elegant, modern, and as expected in NYC. K had the coq au vin, and it was fantastic. We both had the prefix menu, everything else was amazing. While the burger here is apparently a big deal, I feel like it's much like 00's reality TV over hyped and just not good.

Two friends and I came here for restaurant and really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is nice. A little loud but there are plenty of tables in different sections of the room so you could find a more private table. We ordered a bottle of Syrah, which was good. It had nice bite to it. For food, I ordered the pate, duck breast, and citrus/lemon poppy seed dessert. The pate was just fine. They gave a very small fit with it that when combined with the pate was great, but there wasn't enough of it. The duck breast was amazing I ordered it medium rare, and it was so tender and delicious. For dessert, if you like sweet and citrusy, definitely go with the citron dessert. My friends ordered the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer. I can't remember what the other one got. Entrees were duck and salmon. The salmon also looked great. For dessert, they both got the white chocolate one which they loved.

Since it was restaurant we decided to check it out. The restaurant is beautiful. Service was great and staff friendly. The food was average. Appertizer, Brussels Sprout Salad, Kale Salad and Chicken Liver Mousse were all good but didn't overwhelm. Entrees Rigatoni, Steak Frites and the Burger was hit and miss. The Rigatoni was pretty good. Steak was good and cooked well. The Burger was a major disappointment. It's ground sirloin and filled with Black Truffle, Foie Gras and Brisket. The meat was dry, no flavor and bland. You could see the Foie Gras but couldn't taste amd same for the Truffles. The Frites that came with the 2 entrees was to salty.

Had the db burger which I would happily eat again. My wife had the bronzino which was great too. She had the hamachi appetizer while I had the octopus. The octopus was great. We ordered the white chocolate dessert and the cheese board which was a let down. Very simple and basic. Not worth the extra payment. But overall I would happily come back.

Came for restaurant week brunch menu and arrived early in the morning. The waiters wouldn't let us wait for 30 minutes at the table and wanted to move us to the bar when most tables are empty. Won't come here again.

My wife and I came for the first time to celebrate our 10 year dating anniversary. Man the food was amazing. The three course meal was superb. I had the Db Bistro Burger. It was off the charts! The Brussels Sprout salad with ceasar dressing was also amazing. And I loved the Chocolate Mousse dessert. Everything tasted fresh! We will be back!
