Not worth dressing up for half hour of entertainment
Ourâs was a very late booking so can forgive the seating and the 5.30 reservation. However upon arrival informed we had 2hrs to eat up which is ok with me as I like to eat and run however my wife wanted to enjoy the entertainment which didnât kickoff until 6.30ish . So hardly worth getting glammed up for. Server was a bit up ish and determined to upsell, food was nice but overpriced for us , with a line out of the door and no bookings available I would do same . Decor is spot on entertainment for the half hour we got to see it also nice . Wynn has many restaurants so options are aplenty and our next visit will try the ones we missed this visit after that I think weâll try off strip.

Consistently Las Vegasâ toughest reservation Delilah debuted at Wynn in July of 2021, the âsocial diningâ experience from L.A.âs h.wood Group making good use of Michelin 2* Alexâs former footprint with million dollar upgrades and aspirations to redefine a modern day Supper Club. Long awaited and debuted with an opulent Grand Opening of A-List celebrities, guests are immediately met by a small foyer before entering the thirty-seat Little Bubble Bar whose rich fabrics overlook the main Dining Room two floors below. Accessed via double staircases, with bronze and marble gilding the space envisioned by Wynnâs Todd-Avery Lenahan, tables reside between a main stage and larger bar with posh materials and wood surrounded by plaster ceilings above numerous original paintings. Fusing interior to outside via paired courtyards, one abutting the Chefâs Table and secret dining room directly accessed via the kitchen, it was in the middle of the action that four diners sat Wednesday to enjoy seventeen plates from Chef Josh Smith and team. Over-the-top in a good way, from contrasting patterns and custom porcelain to gracious servers with encyclopedic knowledge of the Chef Smithâs Cuisine, it is once Beverages are ordered that tables receive complimentary Milk Bread, each slice piping hot with a delicate crumb ready to be slathered by some of the best Butter in America. Sparing no expense in terms of Ingredients or dĂ©cor, Beef Carpaccio enjoyed amidst murals and mirrors, Appetizers from Chef Smith continued with Uni Chawanmushi and Crab Cakes that certainly bring the Meat with almost no filler. High energy in the main room, easy for conversing until live music starts, additional small bites include Joshâs now-famous King Crab Caesar plus a new Greek Salad and two-bite Lobster Rolls that feature both Truffle Aioli and Brown Butter for dunking. Onward to Entrees, but not before âDelilahâs Famous Chicken Tendersâ again justified their signature status in terms of both taste and texture, Delilahâs Beef Wellington sees Chef Smith once again outpacing Gordon Ramsay alongside creamy Mashed Potatoes while glazed Scallops with creamy Corn highlight summer. Not forgetting sides, Snap Peas simple but seasonal alongside layered Potatoes with Caviar and King Crab Pasta in Vodka Sauce, it remains pretty tough to beat Smithâs vertical Macaroni with Mimolette Fondue and Black Truffle BĂ©chamel brought over from Bardot. Growing livelier by the minute, but never too loud, it was around 8:15pm that the Captain poured Molten Chocolate overtop âKendallâs Slutty Brownie,â but no matter how good this or Delilahâs Rocky Road Sundae are it will still take more to outpace Joshâs Grandmotherâs world-class Gooey Butter Cake as Las Vegasâ best Dessert.

Absolutely amazing experience, from the beautiful greeting and the fantastic food, entertainment and service . I cannot recommend this place enough. Itâs a must see if you visit Las Vegas .
Be the first to ReplyNot worth it
I would not waste your money on this place. My wife and I got sick following a mediocre evening at the establishment. Super pricey, mediocre food, and feels like an outdated cruiseship dining experiene.
Be the first to ReplySurprisingly very disappointing
To be fair to Delilah, we never had a chance to see the show or try the food. After making reservations for my wifeâs birthday months ago, we went to Delilah last night to celebrate her special day. We were seated fairly quickly. However, it was 90 degrees out and they sat us at an outdoor table. There were no fans or air conditioners. Our table also provided no view of the show or even the ability to hear the music. We immediately requested a new table and were told a manager would speak with us soon. We were served room temperature water while waiting. We patiently awaited for 20 minutes in stagnant summer heat before we had to get up and walk out. No staff member spoke with us and we left and would never return.
Be the first to ReplyMINIMUM SPEND OF $2,500 WITHIN 2 HOURS
DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! We had reserved a table for four people. There was a time block of 2 hours. Halfway through, the staff unexpectedly indicated that there was a minimum spend of $2,500 within the 2 hour time block. We did not agree but the restaurant did not care. They said it would be charged anyway through the credit card authorization. We feel we have been ripped off.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful but beware.
The space is absolutely beautiful but extremely difficult to Secure a reservation. It took me a month to reserve a table for 2 on a Sunday for âjazzâ night. The only time slot available was midnight so I took it. Fortunately for us, we arrive an hour earlier and they were able to seat usâŠI was surprised to find half of the club had empty tables and the âjazzâ band was and older gentleman (with a band) playing mostly Motown classics and pop songs with a twist. It was ok but def not a jazz band. And hereâs what they donât tell youâŠafter midnight the DJ comes on. He plays mostly pop/club songs. By that time mostly the drunk ppl get up and dance and honestly starts to feel cheap and not special. I would def try it again for dinner and when thereâs a true jazz band or musical act that is more in line with a âsupper clubâ

Be the first to ReplyRude and Insolent Manager Adam Narotsky
Food and service were excellent. However, management not only refused to properly address an issue with a very intoxicated patron who kept falling into my date at the bar, he was aggressive, hostile and rude in responding by suggesting I could help the situation by sliding over. To where? On top of the very nice ladies on the other side of me?? Unacceptable and unprofessional to say the very least. I will never return (this was my third visit) and prefer to blow my money on blackjack!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food with live music
Inside Wynn Las Vegas, Delilah has a lovely club ambiance with live music and great food. The service is very attentive. The wagyu beef wellington and the grilled branzino were great. We accompanied our dinner with a pinot noir 2019 from Shea Wine Cellars. When they learned that we were celebrating the graduation of our son they served him a small cake written âcongratulationsâ. Not to miss if you are in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyGorgeous decor and delicious drinks
Delilah did not disappoint! We stopped in for drinks and a snack before a concert, and Delilah is our new favorite Wynn restaurant. Next time we will come back for dinner. The tacos and the cocktails were delicious. The service was prompt and somewhat aloof, but fine - they were packed. The decor is gorgeous, true art deco down to every detail. They also have live cabaret. Put on your favorite velvet or sparkly outfit, and go to Delilah for a special night.
Be the first to ReplySeated With No View Stage; Manager Rude
We made a reservation two months in advance with the Encore concierge, as we were staying at Encore. We specifically asked in the reservation for a table in the main dining room with a good view of the stage. When we arrived timely, the hostess tried to seat us at a table behind the band where you can't see anything! They have several tables like that - and what is the point of that - so they can make money on people's substandard dining experience? Awful. When we politely requested that the hostess seat us at a different table where we can actually see the stage, the manager, Adam Narotsky came running up, and very rudely, with an assertive, aggressive tone, said, "I don't have anything else, you have to take this or there's nothing!" His tone was commanding and conceited--and this is not the way you treat customers at all! Had he been nice and said, something like, "I am so sorry, we have a slight overbooking and this is all we have left, let me see what we can do in terms of people finishing and if we'll have a slight wait, or let's think about what else we can do to make your experience better," we would not have been so upset and would have worked with him as well. Yet, no such decent customer service came from Adam. Just such a rude tone that it turned us off completely and made us want to leave. Delilah's may be a trendy, hot, coveted place now, but if they continue treating people this way, and Adam continues to behave this way, Delilahs will not be so hot and coveted for very long. A unique experience of the band playing while you eat and a beautiful venue, in the end, will not make up for terrible service and rude behavior towards guests. Everyone who makes a reservation and shows up deserves a good experience, including being seated at a place that allows them to enjoy the unique experience of the concert/singers in full, just like the other guests--afterall, we are all paying equal prices for the food and the service. No one should be cheated out of a good experience by getting a limited or no view table virtually behind the stage in a corner, nor should anyone be subjected to Adam's rude behavior when they have come for a nice dinner. Adam needs serious training on customer service or be replaced with someone who understands customer service and how to speak to customers graciously and ensure they have a good experience. In short, I cannot recommend Delilah's. If you do try to go, make sure to specify exactly in your reservation that you are not to be seated in one of the tables adjacent to or behind the stage such that you cannot see the stage.

This is more than dinner. Itâs a destination. They have a vegan menu too just ask. Loved it here! Service is absolutely amazing.
Be the first to ReplyCool!
Amazing restaurant with live music. Service from Catherine was great. Our favorite plates were: -Hamachi Sashimi -Wagyu Pig in a Blanket -Beef Carpaccio -Ribeye <-- Amazing I would come back for the Ribeye, it was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and the texture and quality were amazing. We were recommended the Beef Wellington but it was bland, no taste at all, we left it all.
Be the first to ReplyIf you want to impress and be impressed. Delilah is your kind of place.
Half the fun of returning to Delilah with friends in tow is looking at their faces light up in awe and wonder. Delilah is truly the most enchanting and glamorous place on the planet. Yes itâs hard to secure a table and itâs pricey but oh so worth it! If you like to watch truly beautiful and talented band and singers, this will be your go to place. I would post photos but they donât allow that.
Be the first to ReplyThe BEST event in town.
Time and Time again - Delilah is the very best in Las Vegas. Went friends and/or clients are visiting or we just want the a wonderful evening - it is Delilah. Beautiful environment - Beautiful food - Beautiful music - Beautiful entertainment - Beautiful service - Delilah has it all. It is an event for the evening. It works both as a business or private celebration or a very personal even - the staff knows how to serve you. The menu is creative and fun - the execution of the food is perfect. We can't recommend Delilah any higher - a must go. Reservations are recommended and hard to get but try - it is worth it.

Delilah has it all, atmosphere is very upscale, food is great and service is exceptional. There is a reason it has a month or two waiting list. Seriously though it does not disappoint - one of the best supper clubs period!

Onward to Entrees, but not before âDelilahâs Famous Chicken Tendersâ again justified their signature status in terms of both taste and texture, Delilahâs Beef Wellington sees Chef Smith once again outpacing Gordon Ramsay alongside creamy Mashed Potatoes while Dover Sole in a Potato Crust rethinks Fish nâ Chips. Absolutely delectable! We started with uni in egg shell and zero fishy taste. Uni is from Japan and was best Iâve had in US ever. Then lobster which was solid. Foie gras was my absolute favorite dish and I would have ordered for dessert if I were still hungry. Then we had salmon entree with carrot side dish. Zero complaints about this place. The service was great so not sure about delays in service. Each table has a time allotted to it and staff may be short due to work shortages. We had a great time and will refer others and return!
Be the first to ReplyMust be what old Hollywood was like
I really loved Delilah! I was expecting an upscale establishment and entertainment but was not anticipating just how classy, sophisticated and retro (in the best possible meaning of that word) it would be. It is a place I must return to. Youâre greeted outside of view of the interior so when you are escorted in the room really opens up to you. It is like those movies from the 50s of a glamourous club/restaurant. I said Hollywood in my title but think of the club in Casa Blanca. I kept waiting for Bogart or Bergman to step out from around the corner and light up a cigarette. Food and service were excellent. My only quibble about the service was that the server assistant kept putting his arm in front of our faces when placing utensils - it may seem like a small thing but having someoneâs forearm right by your nose is unpleasant. I would also say that the wine list really skewed towards the high end. I mean it is Vegas and everyone is a baller but it is nice to have selections on a wine list form a varied price point.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing! Donât miss it!
Amazing experience! After reading some of the recent reviews I wasnât sure what we were going to get but given the reputation of the Wynn and the pictures of Delilah I knew we had to give it a try. It did not disappoint. If you have any hesitations based on the sub par service reviews on here - rest assured whatever was going on theyâve gone above and beyond to fix and make sure you have a great experience. We had a round of drinks that came out a little slow. Nothing you would think to even complain about. They were super proactive and came over and apologized and comped the drinks! Never had that happen. Then for the trouble they then gave us a free dessert. They went above and beyond on a very minor blip. Most places (even high end) wouldnât be proactive and identify something so minor. Majorly impressed. And everything else was on point for what youâd expect in a high end establishment. Food was excellent. Ambiance even more so. Itâs an experience and one you donât want to miss. We will absolutely be back the next time weâre in Vegas!

Server definitely needed more training on food. We felt we were bothering him. When your check is $1100 for 4 people your experience should be at a higher level. The caviar was the best part of the meal. The steak was not the quality as The Cut but same price point. The lobster was chewy. Ambience was nice but our table you couldnât see the entertainment. They had a lot of staff standing around yet no one was in a hurry to clear our plates. It was an experience but not sure if I would come back. If we did it would be for cocktails only.
Be the first to ReplyVery Disappointing Evening
We were given the worst seat in the place no view of the stage or restaurant. Weâre not able to get us the drinks we requested. Told us to order everything and they would stage the meal. Appetizer and salad were brought together. Our bread had to be requested. Food is just ok. In and out I less than 1 1/2 hours. Never saw the stage. Tell me Iâm going to see a show and then put me in a table that I canât see a thing. Not a happy camper. Why they would even have tables like that is beyond me. Seems like it is asking for this review.
Be the first to ReplyDonât hesitate, go!
Amazing! Difficult to get reservation but worth it. Itâs difficult to read some of the low ratings due to their no phone policy. You want to use your phone? Go to Applebees. The decor is beautiful, very classy. Pretentious wait staff? Um, that was not our experience. Our waiter was knowledgeable without being overbearing. The sommelier was excellent and recommended a wine that complemented both our dishes. The entertainment was subtle but beautiful. The food was amazing from the appetizer to dessert. This more than made up for our poor visit to Mayfair at bellagio the night before. Ignore the bad reviews and try it for yourself.
Be the first to ReplySupper club atmosphere. Great food and service.
Everything was great. Food was exceptional. Endive caesar salad incredible. Pork chop fantastic. Bread outstanding. Service amazing. The first negative was that we received a message outlining the dress code which our entire party of 8 adhered to only to find that people were there in graphic tshirts, baseball hats, ripped jeans. Seems there are different rules for various groups which should not be the case. Second negative is regarding the live entertainment. There was a singer that no one could hear! Would have been nice to be able to hear what was being sung and played. There are these âdancersââŠno one in our party could understand whyâŠ..they didnât do any type of dancing worth watchingâŠ.just seemed like writhing.
