Great experience! Tasty ribs.
Great Band and awesome food. Couldnโt be happier. We were seated on the ground floor with an amazing waitress, she could have used help but pulled it off.
Be the first to ReplyGreat all-around bar
A huge bar with lots of TVs and amazing bands. The staff was always very helpful. They also have a bull if youโre interested in going for a ride. The restrooms were extremely clean, which is always a bonus.
Be the first to ReplyRude service - bad drinks
Rudest waitress ever!! Sat at a table with another couple. The other couple had ordered drinks already when we got there. Waitress took a while and it was crowded so my husband went to the bar to get drinks. When she came around, she was so rude and told us we would have to get up from the table because we didn't order from her. Keep in mind that she was indeed getting drinks from our table and we would have gladly ordered our next set from her. Also, the seats would have been empty since the other couple was allowed to stay and no one else would have sat at their table with them. The drinks were not good at all either. Only thing worth while was the band.

We stayed by the live bandโฆ. Overall was cool except the bartenders were exceptionally awkward and rude. Almost like they were upset seeing people having a good time. ๐คท โ๏ธ. Wonโt be back here again until this revolving door of staff changes to some friendly peopleโฆ!
Be the first to ReplyGood drinks and music, excessive security
This was a nice restaurant with good live music. The specialty drinks were well made and reasonably priced. We did not have anything to eat while there, but the menu had some interesting items and seemed appropriately priced. The security to enter was the most extensive experienced in Nashville. As with other establishments, you have to show your ID regardless of age. At Dierks a bag check is also performed as well as a 'pull your shirt up and spin around' - presumably checking for weapons. A man in front of us had to turn over his pocket knife to be returned when leaving. Not a great intro to the facility.
Be the first to ReplyOnly place that searches purses and you but selectively
3rd place I've posted. We have visited DB bar every visit to Nashville. This time my wifes purse was thoroughly searched and i was asked to pull my shirt up to make sure i wasnt carrying a gun. Mind you i had on a pretty tight shirt. Some people wete had their bags and purses searched and some did not. And most guys with a jacket on or a baggy shirt were not asked to lift them. I sure was. Only bar in Nashville to do this. And please, do not say it's all about security. BS
Be the first to ReplyToo many steps!!
Wanted to check this place out because there was a long line to get in the night before. Stopped in on a Monday afternoon. Was asked for our id and he needed to look in my purse and check out my husbands waste band. Felt like I was going to visit a prisoner. We walked in and the place is super small. Nowhere to sit. We saw some stairs and figured there must be a couple more levels. No signs stating that but we saw people coming down so just started on up the steps. There is no 2nd floor exit so we continue on up the steps. A LOT OF STEPS!! Finally made it to the top and it was less than wonderful. Lots of worn out beaten up couches and a few tables mostly without umbrellas. Several giant fans created a nice breeze. The bartender was less than friendly. She acted as if we were interrupting her day by asking for some beers. Wouldnโt recommend this place to anyone
Be the first to ReplySurprised allowed to operate
Attended bar with knee injury. Was denied access to elevators both up and down. Struggled to make it up and down 4 flights of straits. In tremendous pain after the flight walk down.

We went during brunch and ordered the Dierkโs Potato Hash. It was very good and we had friendly on point service! Would for sure go back again!
Be the first to ReplyDirty, disgusting, smelled, trash everywhere
I was so disappointed in this bar because I love Dierks. It was nasty, trash everywhere, smelled, pee, just gross. And we were there on a Wednesday/Thursday not even a weekend! Would not go back

2 stars was 1 great Band Friday morning. And good bartenders. But beer is $ 8 . Oct was $7. Question that too bartender. Was told the other country singer bars all went up. So they did the same. Well don't they have enough money. Dierks, Jason,Luke stay as singers. Sell your bars so working people can afford coming 2 Nashville. Plus they add 4% charge on credit card. That's on pillars stating that. But they also charge taxes if u pay with credit card. That is not posted any where. If u pay cash it's $8 where is the tax money going. Right into owner pockets. After this visit I'll never go into Whiskey Row.
Be the first to ReplyWorst nashville bar
Bartender was rude and saw patrons dismissed from tables so some workers with little to wear could take them over. NOT CLASSY. Least favorite bar in nashville
Be the first to ReplyUnbelievably crappyโฆ
Dierksโฆ do you have anyone checking on your bar in Nashville? Both of the bathrooms are hideousโฆ there is only one bathroom for the women and the menโs room has a hole in the wall from a previous repair, which is obviously a Fire Hazard!! Speaking of hideous, the womenโs one bathroom was filthy! Toilet paper dispenser was broken off the wall and on the floor. They tout this bar under Dierkโs name and it is an embarrassment! I am pretty sure he has no idea or if he does, then he should be ashamed. IMO. Wonโt be going backโฆ and as a Travel Advisorโฆ I wouldnโt suggest itโฆ until things are cleaned up.. IF .. they take care of the problems.

Stay away! Bouncer was a butt to us coming in and the bathrooms are the worst. Nice bartenders but the smell was really bad..
Be the first to ReplyFun with friends
Fun place to go with friends during the evening. Live music and ability to get up close to band/stage. Visible/ambulatory security personnel.
Be the first to ReplyFun, well-run bar
This place is set up to be a bar. The space is wider than some, so it's more square shaped and has a square bar, so access to the bar is easier. It's a more recent remodel, so it's nice and clean. Seems like they try to attract a little better talent for the bands, too.
Be the first to ReplyGreat band and good food.
This is the place we ate at for lunch. The band was really good, alternating between hot country and a few rock songs and traditional country. Service was OK. We liked the overall feel of the place during the day. Food was well-priced for the HK highway, and better than expected. The burger seems to have gotten the best ratings from the family. Would have a musical lunch there again.
Be the first to ReplyJust another sloppy drunk spot on B'dway
Very disappointed with our visit. We were there when it first opened, but it seems to have slipped into just another sloppy drunk spot on Broadway with crappy food and crappy drinks. Not sure why it's even called whiskey row as their whiskey selection was severely lacking. Music was okay, not even good and the noise from downstairs permeates into the second floor so much that you can't tell who is playing what. Not sure why he put his name on it - but it's not worth going to. There are many better places on Broadway.
Be the first to ReplyTuesday night out on Broadway
Great night out. Place was packed, got a great seat at the stage. Staff was amazing. Sophia, our server was the best. Only 4 staff running the bar and floor but we never waited more than a couple of minutes for a drink. Stephen Paul was great on stage. Only downside was the bathroom set up but I guess with the old building lay out itโs the best itโs gonna get. Recommended highly
Be the first to ReplyDiscrimination was alive and well in this bar 4th of July weekend! The bouncers were extremely aggressive and disrespect
Discrimination was alive and well in this bar 4th of July weekend! The bouncers were extremely aggressive and disrespectful! Me and my friends were casually drinking! I went to the restroom and upon the exit they immediately came up to me and told me I had to leave without any reason at all. I would stay away from this bar if you donโt want to get discriminated on.
Be the first to ReplyNot Fun.
My husband and I visited this bar for a private event following a nearby conference. Food and beverages were provided as part of the celebration, but nothing was all that great. They had a buffet set up with Mac n' cheese, brisket, sliders, and other hors d'oeuvres. Not an exaggeration, everything was cold, even though we arrived only 10 minutes after the start of the event. Drinks were pretty average, but the bartenders were VERY unfriendly - that was really the most unpleasant part. I understand that you're catering to a large amount of people, but the least you could do is act like your customers weren't the bane of your night. It really dampened the event and caused multiple groups to leave. I would never host a corporate party here again.
Be the first to ReplyTypical Broadway Spot
We stopped in here for dinner and drinks. The place was packed and the hostess downstairs unhelpful. We went to the 2nd floor and got seats at the bar. The bartender was busy but still was able to do a good job. Food was ok but nothing special. Not sure I would come back here on my next trip to Nashville.
