How do I get reimbursed? Buyer just didn't show up? Or used another name? I have no idea but upset that I was charged. Can someone help?

I just had the same issue. This is a gap in the process and doesn’t incentivize sellers. I emailed support. Please advise asap.

Hello, my $200 no show with Carbone was credited back. Thanks. Unfortunately I just got dinged with another $200 no show this time with 4 Charles Prime Rib NYC. I have emailed support, but please help expedite the credit.
The gap seems to be that most new sellers will have their personal credit card linked to an already acquired reservation which they can no longer make it to; and end up listing it for sale on here; followed by the buyer purchasing it and then not showing up. :-(

I’m sorry but please have them help me out here - I am awaiting a response to my email. I am anxious to resolve this and move on to using your virtual cards to avoid this mess altogether, but please advise and resolve my second $200 charge :-(
