Dos Estaciones València Reviews from The Last Year
Don't cheat yourself for this taste experience!
We had read about this restaurant in "Politikken", which had highly recommended the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to that extent. We ordered a “Tasting Menu”, which consisted of a small apertivo, three starters, two main courses and a dessert (€44 per person). None of the dishes disappointed us, but all dishes were a taste experience. All dishes are small, so you can still enjoy the next dish without being overfull. We give our warmest recommendations to 2 Estaciones♥️
Innovative Market Fresh
Small restaurant (cosy) with innovative, market-fresh offerings. Make a reservation in good time! Open kitchen, depending on the table you can watch the concentrated and calm work of the team. The dishes impress with a skilful interplay of acidity, freshness and spice. Great wine list and professional service round off an enjoyable evening. We would visit this restaurant again!
A poor Choice
Unlike the many positive reviews, ours was anything but ... what menus were they using, was certainly not ours. I had a tongue starter, slices of tongue on a baguette - I could have made a better one at home. My main course was a lamb based dish supposedly spicey - overcooked and dry, with no flavour. My brother had an acceptable starter but a beef based dish in which the thin slices were actually tough with no flavour.. Neither of us finished our meals, and passed on desert, paying Eu120 for the poorest meal in a week in Valencia. (The wine was fine). C'est la vie I suppose.
Simply impeccable.
An incredible experience. The place is welcoming, the service is excellent and the food is fabulous. In addition to a very fair wine list. I went with my wife and my 6 year old son, booked through the Mastercard concierge. It is highly recommended for Brazilians traveling through Valencia. Impeccable food. I will return to Spain next year and I will include Valencia again in the itinerary just because of this wonderful restaurant.
Michelin star worthy
Great food, nice wines, friendly service and very good value for money: the menu degustation was delicious. Love to come back.
The best of Valencia
Just let yourself go, close your eyes and enjoy. To improve the temperature of the premises, if you are in the first place, air enters every time you open the door, in winter it is very noticeable.
All perfect. Dishes with a mixture of very daring flavors but with a spectacular result.
You couldn't ask for more, perfect service, spectacular food, very good atmosphere and all of this at a reasonable price for what they offer, a place to return to without a doubt. I loved
Great experience
A very nice experience Sophisticated and crafted dishes A professional service Really very good I highly recommend this place
Perfect Tasting Menu and Generous Wine Pairing
In Rusafa, this is a small tasting menu restaurant with a delicious and innovative take on Spanish cuisine. More affordable than most and had a very generous seven glass wine pairing. Reservations needed.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
