We ordered a Gold Rush drink. Figured, if it was on the menu, it was excellent... they are very hard to make. It was awful. We sent it back and she still charged us for it. The bill for 4 people came out to $700. Definitely not worth it.

The restaurant was completely empty with only a handful of people. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and that was us constantly peaking our heads inside to see what the holdup was. We asked if they were closing and the waiter/host or whoever it was let us know "we might be closing early as we're slow" ??? Ummm ok??? You still have 1.5 hours left till close. Anyways we got seated, the ambiance is okay...it's not fancy or anything at all, someone took a coloring book all over the walls. Before that the food was extremely salty, our server was MIA the whole time to the point where I had to get up to grab my drink that was sitting at the bar for 10 mint all bc my waiter was Mia. We were charged for a group of 2 a 20% gratitude fee that was already on the check w/o letting us know. I confronted her, she let me know that it was optional and that she'd remove it. I gave her my card and later on saw that I was charged for the 20%. It was never removed. Awful customer service, food 3/10, ambiance 3/10. Won't be returning.

Cute place, loud enough for the other tables to not hear you, but you can hear the people you're with. It's an old Hollywood vibe. Food is delicious! Portions were big for a fancy restaurant. The strawberry cake was better than I imagined! Drinks were pretty strong. All good things!

. to the server, they're all snotty yet honey, we're here for a special occasion. There are 1000+ locations in LA, we picked cause we wanted to support but this place just f*ckin sucks. We took picture of front of drakes and the valet stared.. Lol the hostess seems annoyed. The server tried but didn't followed through. Food was great but would not come back.

We were a party of 6 celebrating 2 birthdays on 3/14/24. We were charged $30.00 for sparkling water we did not order. We were charged for lobster mac & cheese (which we did not order and did not receive) we were served the plain Mac & Cheese. The server brought out 2 slices of cake (again not ordered) and we were charged $41.00 for TWO SLICES OF CAKE!!! As our meal was winding down we were told we needed to "hurry" becuase there was another reservation that needed to be seated. We were well within our 1 hour and 45 minute time frame. The food was okay at best, definitely NOT worth the almost $700.00 price tag...

went for my best friends birthday, and the food was SUPER yummy! -we got the Ozzy's pizza, it was so so good, the dressing and steak on it are perfection -the pasta za za was a little spicy for me but for everyone else it was amazing - we also got two sides the cauliflower dynamic and chili garlic broccoli, the broccoli was a bit plain, more garlicky then spicy and the cauliflower yummy too but a bit heavy service was super nice, our waiter was really funny ambiance is cool too, it's super dark. the crowd was definitely interesting, not what i expected. i didn't like the leather tables tho, it was kinda sticky

First experience on a Thursday Feb 15 th.
Walked in to be seated at bar very fashionably dress. A few older ladies. And a few other people. I got a menu after 5 minutes and waited 20 minutes and still no service. It seems this bar serves the main restaurant as there were very few people at the bar. I waited 20 minutes am still no service and left . I told the host "I thought I would try this place tonight based on local recommendations . But no service. She said I'm sorry I'll pass on the message. If she was smart she would have walked me back in and asked for the server to help me. She didn't and that's the problem in the service and restaurants will fail. I went to Ciccones across the street and was treated with dignity and respect, Signed a handsome 67 year old white make . Done ! Umm usually go to Blvd Steak in Sherman Oaks and I will continue. Tourist expect bad service but not us locals.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
