Eataly Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year

I think this is such a cool vibrant place to check out! It felt like I stepped right into Italy! There were a lot of fresh Italian food...sooo many options to choose from. You could spend one week here and you still wouldn't be able to eat all of it. I loved the displays of all the different types of food from Italian sandwiches, pizza, bakeries, seafood, pasta, wine, etc I ate at one of the restaurants there called La Pasta Fresca . The food was amazing! Put this place on your travel inventory!
Eataly is ALWAYS a great choice! I have never ever ever
Eataly is ALWAYS a great choice! I have never ever ever been more impressed with a food court of any kind. This place is insane! We eat here often and never get tired of the food or the overall experience. The variety of delicious choices is mind-blowing, almost to the point of overwhelming, as you navigate yourself from stand to stand full of delicious Italian treats. Even if you just stop by for some coffee and people watching, you will leave happily surprised at what a satisfying experience even such as small interaction can bring. I don't even know what to recommend, as it's all so great. I will recommend that you start with some charcuterie from the meat/cheese stand, grab a glass of your favorite vino and sit and take it all in. That's our modus operandi for Eataly and we've rarely stopped there (with charcuterie only) and always leave satisfied. Thats hard to beat. Especially when it's all conveniently located within The Park and right next to some of the best attractions on The Strip.
Must stop
Must stop for pastries!! Brought my family to visit Vegas and this was #1 on the list!! We got 8 minis and 3 regular pastries. My only regret was not getting more before leaving the strip.
IL Fritto @ Eataly We ordered several items and nothing
IL Fritto @ Eataly We ordered several items and nothing really impressed me sadly. The meatballs were good. The calamari was a massive portion and the sauce was good but the actual calamari had zucchini sticks battered and fried with it and they just made big clumps of zucchini and calamari that I had to break apart. The arancini was bland. Very lack luster. The salad wasn't anything special either
We woke up hung over and needed a quick bite.
Eataly was calling us as we have been to another location before. The pizza was so nice and crispy. The service was quick and to the point. The ambiance was well lit and open. A very good spot for pizza if you are craving it.
I've been to Eataly in NYC and it was just so overcrowded
I've been to Eataly in NYC and it was just so overcrowded It was tough to enjoy. When we visited this location on the Strip in Vegas, we had an awesome time! On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we dined outdoors. The setting was perfect and the food even better. With another couple, we enjoyed a rosemary focaccia as an appetizer, then order pizzas. My wife and I loved the pizza with arugula, mozzarella, and prosciutto! After, walking through Eataly, we saw so many other delicious dining options too. I've heard they're building an Eataly in Short Hills Mall in NJ. Can't wait for it to open after eating here!
The ambiance and food are amazing.
Very busy during peak hours but worth the wait. The service is excellent.
This eataly was not much different than other locations,
This eataly was not much different than other locations, with the different kiosks by type of food. I routed to the fish kiosk, where I got a grilled salmon and ceasar salad. The salmon was pretty undercooked but at least a big portion (which, for the high price I was expecting). The salad was drenched in Parmesan cheese but otherwise fresh and a nice side. I also got a glass of red with this meal. A good no frills option to grab a last minute bite on the strip without needing a reservation, but nothing special in terms of food.
Worst $30 prime rib sandwich
I’ve eaten dozens and dozens of prime rib sandwiches at other Eatalys so I know what to expect. Tourists beware this Eataly caters to tourists and just doesn’t give a damn. The “prime rib” was microwaved and overcooked, there was no seasoning on the overcooked meat, no olive oil, there were just a few slices of thinly sliced meat, the bread was a cheap sesame seed Italian bread and burnt not the bread we’ve had at other Eatalys. The absolute worst prime rib sandwich ever and to add insult to injury $30. This Eataly treats is customers with disdain apparently believing their customers won’t know or care about quality. Add cheese to a prime rib sandwich? Tells you all those of discerning palettes need to know. This reviewer will never go back.
I love the NYC location of Eataly and was excited to
I love the NYC location of Eataly and was excited to introduce the hubby to the Las Vegas outpost on our most recent trip. Eataly is a really cool concept, like a giant Italian grocery store and dining hall. This location in the Park MGM is not as beautiful or grand as the NYC one IMHO, but the food still rocks. We were there relatively early in the day (about 11am) and we were there on a Thursday so the crowds were incredibly light, but I can only imagine how crowded things could get on a weekend. My husband had a steak sandwich. He was a bit concerned about how plain it seemed, but once he bit into it those fears were immediately alleviated. He said it was really delicious. I had bucatini cacio e pepe from the fresh pasta bar. It was so good! It had the perfect amount of sauce and the pasta was fresh and al dente. We split a pastry from the pastry section of the store. It was a strawberry heart for Valentine's Day. We also got some chocolates to take with us. They were good, but crazy expensive at $54 a pound! Other than the chocolates I found the prices to be a bit on the high side, but you are paying for quality and I think most things here are of a high quality. I love that you can take anyone to Eataly and they are bound to find something they enjoy and walk away happy.
Excellent place to get your Italian on! Lots of Italian
Excellent place to get your Italian on! Lots of Italian food offerings throughout Eataly. Great atmosphere, great wines, and the Charcuterie Board we ordered was absolutely delicious! It comes with Italian Bread. Service was top notch. I highly recommend if you're in Vegas.
Eataly is a decent Italian chain found in major cities
Eataly is a decent Italian chain found in major cities across the US. This location does not have a grocery like other locations, but does have many food court stalls. I got a pancetta breakfast sandwich that was an absolute salt bomb. It was extremely rich and could have used some mustard for acidity. The people working the counter were friendly and the ambiance was what you'd expect at a casino. I would like to go back to try one of their focaccia mortadella sandwiches. Unfortunately, they didn't open until 10am so I had to settle for a breakfast sandwich.
Includes wine bar, not to be missed
So lucky we stumbled in upon this spot. Will definitely return. We sat at the relatively quieter wine bar. Bought our bottle of wine here from the best selection in the place. Brought in food from around the food court and settled in for a delightful evening. Turns out Hank, the "security" person, was the best guide to the wines, the venue and the surroundings. Not being from USA, we learned a lot and had a spectacular time. We'll be back, next week when we pass through Las Vegas again, to have a bottle of great Italian wine, maybe another flight - they have two times for happy hour - and for a different take of glamorous Las Vegas. We were so glad we abandoned all our plans when one of the helpful staff told us they would serve our wine, we could bring in our food choices from around the food court and we could relax in relative calm. So many flavours, well done and expertly hosted.
Too expensive, small portions, skimping on key ingredients
We went to Eataly one night in Vegas. My boyfriend got the provolone/funghi pizza and after waiting a while, got a corner piece which was way too doughy, had no cheese that I could see, and all the mushrooms were falling off. $14.99. I got pasta from the pasta bar next to him. I asked the guy who took my order how many ravioli there were and he told me 20-24. So I ordered it and paid about $30, only to wait 10-15 minutes and find that there were only 12 (maybe 1 1/2" square and really flat). They were really yummy but far too expensive for what was really just an appetizer. The cook didn't strain them well so the sage butter was watered down. I complained to who I believe was the manager, as well as the cashier (who took my order), and they didn't seem to care. The cashier was like, "Really? Haha sorry about that!" The manager said nothing. Needless to say we passed on the gelato and pastries. We definitely would not return.
Worst pizza ever.
Be aware: pizza displayed shows cheese, pizza received had NO cheese underneath the mushrooms, only a few sprinkles of parmesan on top. It was basically like eating a thick pizza dough crust with mushrooms.
Good but well below Eataly Italian standards
I love Eataly, and have visited in Milan and Rome (the BEST!) and also Chicago. This one was the poorest and appeared to be the least impressive of them all. To be perfectly honest lol this brand doesn’t really work outside Europe because of the food importation restrictions in USA. Very high prices for rather lacklustre slightly mediocre results
Great place with average overpriced food
We went here after reading about them over the years. The place itself is great several areas with authentic looking offerings from pastries to a really authentic gelato. We did purchase a few items and decided on dinner at the pasta/pizza place. Overall just ok. The caprese salad was terrible, especially for $24.00, I know it’s not tomato season but if it’s on the menu and you want 24 bucks for a few tomatoes and a small tasteless ball of mozzarella you expect it to edible, it really wasn’t, the manger did take it off the menu. The lasagna was reportedly very good, the rigatoni carbonara was really a let down, again for 33 dollars per plate for essentially bacon, eggs and cheese you expect it to warrant that much money for 6 ounces of pasta, however not much flavor and a pretty runny sauce. The concept and vibe is great, some of the food could be better and more fairly priced.
Delicious food at great prices
I don’t know what else to say other than the food here is delicious. From the pizzas to the breakfast sandwiches to the charcuterie boards. Reasonably priced and great quality. We rarely come to the strip, without making a pass-through Eataly.
The heart of Italy right in Las Vegas
Coming from the East Coast and now living in the desert, we love this place for truly authentic Italian food. We can't wait to try the new products we bought at the market, Ragu Bolognese and Egg Pappardelle. We also got 2 pasticcinos (little desserts) and a loaf of rustic classic bread which were excellent. Feels like Italy inside!

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
