I think this is such a cool vibrant place to check out! It felt like I stepped right into Italy! There were a lot of fresh Italian food...sooo many options to choose from. You could spend one week here and you still wouldn't be able to eat all of it. I loved the displays of all the different types of food from Italian sandwiches, pizza, bakeries, seafood, pasta, wine, etc I ate at one of the restaurants there called La Pasta Fresca . The food was amazing! Put this place on your travel inventory!

Eataly is ALWAYS a great choice! I have never ever ever been more impressed with a food court of any kind. This place is insane! We eat here often and never get tired of the food or the overall experience. The variety of delicious choices is mind-blowing, almost to the point of overwhelming, as you navigate yourself from stand to stand full of delicious Italian treats. Even if you just stop by for some coffee and people watching, you will leave happily surprised at what a satisfying experience even such as small interaction can bring. I don't even know what to recommend, as it's all so great. I will recommend that you start with some charcuterie from the meat/cheese stand, grab a glass of your favorite vino and sit and take it all in. That's our modus operandi for Eataly and we've rarely stopped there (with charcuterie only) and always leave satisfied. Thats hard to beat. Especially when it's all conveniently located within The Park and right next to some of the best attractions on The Strip.

IL Fritto @ Eataly We ordered several items and nothing really impressed me sadly. The meatballs were good. The calamari was a massive portion and the sauce was good but the actual calamari had zucchini sticks battered and fried with it and they just made big clumps of zucchini and calamari that I had to break apart. The arancini was bland. Very lack luster. The salad wasn't anything special either

Eataly was calling us as we have been to another location before. The pizza was so nice and crispy. The service was quick and to the point. The ambiance was well lit and open. A very good spot for pizza if you are craving it.

I've been to Eataly in NYC and it was just so overcrowded It was tough to enjoy. When we visited this location on the Strip in Vegas, we had an awesome time! On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we dined outdoors. The setting was perfect and the food even better. With another couple, we enjoyed a rosemary focaccia as an appetizer, then order pizzas. My wife and I loved the pizza with arugula, mozzarella, and prosciutto! After, walking through Eataly, we saw so many other delicious dining options too. I've heard they're building an Eataly in Short Hills Mall in NJ. Can't wait for it to open after eating here!

Very busy during peak hours but worth the wait. The service is excellent.

This eataly was not much different than other locations, with the different kiosks by type of food. I routed to the fish kiosk, where I got a grilled salmon and ceasar salad. The salmon was pretty undercooked but at least a big portion (which, for the high price I was expecting). The salad was drenched in Parmesan cheese but otherwise fresh and a nice side. I also got a glass of red with this meal. A good no frills option to grab a last minute bite on the strip without needing a reservation, but nothing special in terms of food.

I love the NYC location of Eataly and was excited to introduce the hubby to the Las Vegas outpost on our most recent trip. Eataly is a really cool concept, like a giant Italian grocery store and dining hall. This location in the Park MGM is not as beautiful or grand as the NYC one IMHO, but the food still rocks. We were there relatively early in the day (about 11am) and we were there on a Thursday so the crowds were incredibly light, but I can only imagine how crowded things could get on a weekend. My husband had a steak sandwich. He was a bit concerned about how plain it seemed, but once he bit into it those fears were immediately alleviated. He said it was really delicious. I had bucatini cacio e pepe from the fresh pasta bar. It was so good! It had the perfect amount of sauce and the pasta was fresh and al dente. We split a pastry from the pastry section of the store. It was a strawberry heart for Valentine's Day. We also got some chocolates to take with us. They were good, but crazy expensive at $54 a pound! Other than the chocolates I found the prices to be a bit on the high side, but you are paying for quality and I think most things here are of a high quality. I love that you can take anyone to Eataly and they are bound to find something they enjoy and walk away happy.

Eataly is a decent Italian chain found in major cities across the US. This location does not have a grocery like other locations, but does have many food court stalls. I got a pancetta breakfast sandwich that was an absolute salt bomb. It was extremely rich and could have used some mustard for acidity. The people working the counter were friendly and the ambiance was what you'd expect at a casino. I would like to go back to try one of their focaccia mortadella sandwiches. Unfortunately, they didn't open until 10am so I had to settle for a breakfast sandwich.

Excellent place to get your Italian on! Lots of Italian food offerings throughout Eataly. Great atmosphere, great wines, and the Charcuterie Board we ordered was absolutely delicious! It comes with Italian Bread. Service was top notch. I highly recommend if you're in Vegas.

Looking for quick and easy food at a price that doesn't break the bank? This Vegas spot is for you. Pizza's we're good and sandwiches were delicious. Ask for your sandwiches to be served hot because most are served cold (which to me isn't as good). Pretty loud because it's kind of like a food court.

I tried this place for the first time with my friend since we're staying at Park MGM. Food is good and we tried what our server recommended us but it took so long to serve our food. I understand they're really busy because it's lunch time and weekend. Other than that, everything's perfect!

Overall the ambiance is spot on as if you were in an Italian market. It was actually really busy but none the less this was on my places I had but wanted to experience. I will say the food I ordered at the wine bar was just trash. You can tell it was fresh pasta but it wasn't cooked good. Still a bit hard but I'm not one to send my good back I still ate it. The wine selections are awesome and the serves was great fir how busy and loud it was! There's a lot of better good choices to eat in the area it's def cool ti see but I'd skip out on a whole lot of food here. It's worth it yo split a few things to try and experiment though. Coffee and treats are a must grab though!
Be the first to ReplyLove this place! All kinds of delicious food here.
Service is really good and can't beat the ambience.

Have you ever had a plate of pasta at Olive Garden and said yourself "gee I wish I was paying double for the same quality"? Eataly is a total waste of money. The decorations might be nice, but you're still in the middle of a busy area so it's not relaxing or peaceful at all. It all has all the unpleasant noise of Vegas.... Especially the music turned up way too loud. My small little serving of rigatoni cacio e pepe was over cooked and flabby. It cost $23 too. Sure, Vegas is a rip off, but you're much better off spending your money elsewhere.

Made to order, feels authentic and love the atmosphere. Highly recommend for a lunch visit.

We were staying at Park MGM and the Eataly was the perfect place to eat without a reservation, fast and delicious Many options and a wine bar, you really thought you were in Italy.Great place after hours drinking and dancing. Service was great!!

not surprising, but usually has a long wait to get your food as usual which is always very tasty and very fresh. No complaints about the food however, being that is it in Las Vegas, finding a table to sit at was extremely difficult. We had a little bit of a larger group with eight people and so we had to put several tables together and it was a little hard to find that seating. Do you recommend one person to order the one person scours the floor for seating, as it can take some time and you might have to wait for that. Otherwise, I would love a good pasta Eataly, and will return!

Burrata with home made lasagna, wine selection was minimal at the bar i sat but maybe the other bars have more selection. Great ambiance with various bars and seating or the restaurant itself. Literally an Italian market where you can buy pastas, sauces and extra virgin olive oil to cook at home. Julio the bartender was on top of it and made recommendations and super friendly. Authentic recipes cant way to try more pasta!

Ordered Nordic Blu Salmon Alla Griglia from Cucina del Mercato. Originally overcharged us $15.00 for each of our three orders of Salmon. ($45+tax). Had to wait in line again to get our refund. When we picked up our order we asked why they burnt our Salmon. The server said they cooked it perfectly.

I loved that Park MGM added this glorified food court with an Italian theme. ย It was great to have an option to get a slice of pizza or sandwich and not sit down and be served. ย It is cheaper but not cheap. ย My large slice of pizza was $13 but for Vegas that is not bad.
Be the first to ReplyOne of my favorite places to eat.
True Italy food experience. I've done Eataly in Chicago, NYC and Boston. Vegas is smaller, but delivers. I enjoyed salad and a variety of pastas. Fresh mozzarella with basil is a must. Save room for gelato and pastries... Love Eataly!

Came here for breakfast, we ordered coffee and prosciutto breakfast sandwich, it was very good. Also came for a late dinner, where we ordered pizza. The crust is crispy and airy. I love the prosciutto on both items.

Food court meets Trader Joe's meets Italy This has everything you think of when you think of Italian cuisine. Pastries, wine, pizza, cheese boards, gelato, pasta, and so much more. From what I can tell everything is homemade. ย Everything is delicious and practically perfect. Besides the food it was nice to go somewhere with fresh air, if you're looking for a place to eat on the strip that isn't smoky Eataly is the place to go.Perfect place to go to relax after a busy adventure full day in Las Vegas.
