Oh my god everything is amazing, THE BEST OLD FASHON I HAVE EVER TASTED!! MIKE is your guy he rocks it. Love the mood they have set here....also with the main screen showing a little bit of game......don't even get me started with the shrimp and steak
Best Steakhouse in Vegas - You bet!
Fantastic dining experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by Richard. Our waitstaff included Mark and Martha. Everyone at this place was friendly and the food was insanely good. Not fussy like some restaurants but still very elegant. Octopus was a standout dish! Richard provided us with an excellent recommendation for wine to go with our fillet mignon. Though our wine knowledge is not vast, he made us feel comfortable. Mark and Martha seem like they really enjoy their work. Such a fun dinner for us. We plan to be back! Thanks everyone.
Dinner
This place was over the top. Great company (my wife), great food and the service was spot on. Bobby and Felix made sure the night was spot on. Highly recommend this place.
This was our 2nd visit and like the first time everything
This was our 2nd visit and like the first time everything was amazing. Amazing ..The ambiance is very friendly and intimate making it perfect for a girls night out or a date night. Our Server made sure all our needs were met and a special thank you to Chef Dante' for coming out to greet us. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the roasted mushrooms, mash potatoes and the Cream Brulé as a perfect end to an amazing dinner. Thank you to Rick as well for his perfect presentation of our wine selection. Best wishes LJ
Can't recommend taking clients here. The GM was rude.
I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but we had a very unusual thing happen when we took our clients to this place during a convention. We had a pretty good meal, steaks were done perfectly, the salmon was on point, side pretty good, and all in all we had good service (maybe slow down the water lady a little). We had finished the meal, paid, left a 30% tip, and were almost finished with our second drink when this gentleman comes up and says "I have other reservations waiting! Should I just ask them to continue to wait, or are you ready to leave?" This on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was half-full, available tables everywhere. It was almost surrealistically rude. The next day instead of talking about what a great time we had, everyone was talking about how rude this guy was at the Edge. For this reason I cannot recommend risking taking clients from a show to this steakhouse. Wow is all I can say. Later we found out the guy was the GM, Richard. In 35 years of taking clients out to dinner I have never encountered anything like him. He certainly made an impression on us and our clients.
A good last night in Vegas
Raymond & Felix gave us a wonderful experience, excellent service and great attention to detail. Raymond took our picture, he offered to take a picker of us in the Elvis room and it made the experience even better. Would enjoy returning again and being attended by these fine gentlemen. Thank you again Raymond and Felix
Our dinner was a great experience.
The service was impeccable throughout. The food was delicious. There was an issue with the temperature of my steak being slightly overdone, but at the prices charged, I had no problem bringing it to the server's attention. He quickly had a replacement made for me, during which the restaurant manager came over to apologize. Small mistakes like that occur at all restaurants. The replacement steak was perfect and delicious. I would definitely come back here again.
Was with two colleagues after a trade show convention
Was with two colleagues after a trade show convention center. Seated immediately. Food was good not great. Medium rare bone in $90 rib eye was overcooked on 2/3 of it. Flavorful though and fine. My beef is that after we paid the bill with decent tip and we're finishing a drink ordered just before the bill came someone came over and asked us to leave to make way for someone else. There were 5 other visible tables that were empty. Ruined the experience as we wondered why a random person who was not our server was asking us to leave. Sever came back by a shortly after and I informed him that I would finish my drink and needed 5 minutes. He said he didn't know anything about it but some asked us to leave they must need our table. Service doesn't chat and once your are done spending and have paid $480 for a three person meal that will not blow your mind, you are of no use to them.
Great experience and great food
Saw a few average reviews in the lead up to our visit for my wife’s 50th birthday but needn’t have worried as from start to finish this was amazing. From the minute we walked through the door the service was first class, our waiter Mark was attentive and knowledgable as to the wine list and never let our glasses get empty. The food was superb and far better value for money than a few of the branded steakhouses on the strip and felt far less commercial. Could not recommend this place enough a wonderful evening with superb food
Over the top service
We thought it was strange that they scrape all of your bread crumbs off your table. Other than that, terrific service and splendid steaks. Edge doesn't have much that's unique, but it's charming. I recommend eating here for a steakhouse experience that's extreme yet simple.
Exquisite food with even better service
The service was phenomenal. Thank you to Angel and Felix you both made this meal the best meal I have ever had. No joke, the best steak I have ever had (Waygu Rib Cap). The wine was excellent too. I look forward to coming back next year
I expected more
I guess I'm the outlier to this conversation. Our experience was ok but not spectacular. We read the reviews and were looking forward to dining here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The steak was prepared correctly and was good, but that is what I expected. The truffle fries were exceptional, and the wine list was very good. The cocktail menu was just ok. I had a Caesar salad that could have been fast food. The garlic mashed potatoes had a great presentation, but they were nothing impressive. Then there was our neighbors. The adjacent booth kept someone from the staff at their table the entire visit including a chef at one point. They were so loud it made it difficult to have a conversation at our table. It was a nice meal, but I expected more at this price point. There are better options in my opinion.
Excellent Experience
Raymond & Felix were phenomenal. Service, food and ambience was great. Recommended by my sister and brother in law, Brett & Selma Nann.
We went to this restaurant based off of an internet
We went to this restaurant based off of an internet suggestion before coming to Vegas. We went there with family to celebrate getting married! The food and staff at The Edge were knowledgeable, friendly and professional and we will definitely eat there again in the future! Highly recommended! 5 stars!
Three stars with mixed feelings! My first visit to Edge
Three stars with mixed feelings! My first visit to Edge Steakhouse was over the Super Bowl weekend to the historic Westgate Hotel! Westgate was the former Las Vegas Hilton, and the former International, and best known as the home to Elvis while performing in their theater. This is one of the easier Vegas steakhouse's to get to for the locals as it's a block or two off-Strip, plus free parking, and not overly large by Vegas hotel standards today. The steakhouse is beautiful when walking in and passing the lounge/bar area. Seated promptly due to having reservations, the interior seating area was just as nice! The immediate disappointment started as we were seated. We sat for nearly 15 minutes without being recognized by anyone! it became awkward when servers from other tables would pass by and look and notice that menus were closed, laying on the table, and not so much as a glass of water on the table! a major faux pas for a high end steakhouse!! Our server for the evening finally appeared, made a quick 3 second apology, and proceeded to start with the order. No charisma, no small talk to smooth out the immediate rough edges, just straight to the order! The food was on point, and exquisitely great! The charred octopus is a must for the appetizer! This is simply an outstanding dish! I would also recommend the "3 course pre-fixe" add on. For $30 you can add a salad, side, and dessert to any steak on the menu. The Caesar was outstanding, my 10oz Filet cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the creamed spinach was perhaps the best version of that dish I've ever experienced! Finishing off with the fiery crème brûlée brought table side as if it's being "announced" was the icing on the cake! Even after spending a few hundred dollars, and tipping the server appropriately despite his lack of enthusiasm, he was status quo with barely acknowledging us as we finished the evening! At this point I was amused by the lack of a professional "Vegas steakhouse" service in such an iconic hotel. I would be hard pressed to recommend it to anyone knowing the experience they would be hoping for.
What a great experience! Talk about rolling out of a
What a great experience! Talk about rolling out of a restaurant! We were stuffed to the brim! Service first of all was amazing. Our waiter for sure went the extra mile in making sure our dining experience was its best. Double Date means double the tasting. The steak was cooked perfectly and was so simply seasoned. Sides were just as good and left us wanting more. Desserts!! We were able to sample all they had yet sorry only 1 pic was taken. This is a must try for the price. Very reasonable and you get so much of it. Would definitely recommend.
Food and services were excellent.
. we were celebrating my husband's birthday and he said great choice. Best steak I've had in a long time. Cooked perfectly!
Steak was good.
Salad and sides were great! Service was good, but I wish the server would've refilled drinks more often. Loved the individual lighting at each table!
Food overall ok.
Outdated steakhouse (decor, menus, chairs) but same price as high end steakhouses on the strip. If you want the best, this is not your place. If you like 90s decor and 70s music you'll love it here!
Hands down the BEST
I had the pleasure of dining at Edge Steakhouse in the Westgate Resort, and I can't help but gush about the fantastic experience I had, all thanks to the dynamic duo behind the bar - Mike and Martin! The atmosphere at Edge Steakhouse is swanky and inviting, making it the ideal spot for a memorable evening. I went all in for the steak, and it was a carnivore's dream come true - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But what really stole the show were Mike and Martin. These bartenders aren't just mixologists; they're magicians of merriment. With their infectious smiles and cheerful banter, they turned the bar into a hub of fun. Even though I didn't have cocktails, my wine glass was never empty, their energy was contagious, and they added an extra layer of delight to the entire dining experience. If you're looking for a great steak and a side of good vibes, Edge Steakhouse is the place to be. Mike and Martin's enthusiasm and charisma are like a cherry on top of a delectable dessert - they make the whole experience light, enjoyable, and unforgettable. I can't wait to return and bask in their lively company once more!

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
